This reserach aims to determine what can affect financial distress in mining companies and to examine and analyze the impact of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The independent variables used in this research are ownership structure, financial performance and firm size. This research is processed using secondary data types. Tests in this research used descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the data. By using the sampling method with purposive sampling technique, 160 data were obtained where this research was processed using the SPSS version 25 program, and the population studied included mining companies listed on the IDX during the 2016-2019 period. This reserach shows  that: Institutional Ownership, Liquidity, Leverage, Profitability shows a significant impact on Financial Distress. It is inversely proportional to Managerial Ownership and Company Size which indicate does not have effect on Financial Distress

Financial Distress is indicated as company’s financial decrease which can be caused by various circumstances. Identifying financial distress is important to do since financial distress that occurs continuously will lead to company failure. This research is useful to see the impact of Ownership Structure, Liquidity, Leverage, and Activity in predicting Financial Distress to the sector consumer goods companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The independent variable used is Ownership Structure, Current ratio, Debt ratio, and Activity (TATO). While the dependent variable used is Financial Distress. The sample in this research involve 27 companies was taken by Purposive Sampling technique by determining 3 criterias within a span of 5 years, so the amount of research data was obtained as many as 135. This study use quantitative research. The results of this research using multiple linear regression analysis concluded Ownership Structure, Liquidity, and Activity have positive impact on Financial Distress. While Leverage is the only variable whichhas no significant influence on Financial Distress. Keywords : Ownership Structure, Liquidity, Leverage, Activity, Financial Distress.

The problem in this research is the low level of CSR disclosure or social responsibility in mining companies, even though in reality it is stated in the law that every company is required to disclose social responsibility. This research is an empirical study on mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ROA, NPM and DER on CSR. This research is quantitative descriptive. The data used are secondary data with direct collection through the company's annual report. This sampling technique uses a separate sample criteria taken from mining companies that disclose CSR using the GRI index. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 24 software. The results of this study indicate that partially the ROA variable has no significant positive effect on CSR, while the NPM and DER variables have a significant positive effect on CSR. However, all variables simultaneously influence CSR.

Investors have a goal to get maximum returns by anticipating the impact they will face in the future. In this study the return meant is dividend policy. There are 4 factors that influence dividend policy, namely: (1) debt policy, (2) liquidity, (3) company size, (3) profitability. This type of research is causative with secondary data, where this study analyzes how the influence of one variable with another variable or how a variable affects other variables. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method. Purposive sampling is the determination of the cellphone and population based on the criteria desired by the researcher in order to obtain a representative sample according to the criteria. The object of this study is a company listed on the LQ-45 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a period of 2013-2016. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21.0. The results of this study indicate that (1) debt policy has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy in the LQ-45 index company listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013-2016, (2) liquidity has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy on LQ-index companies 45 which are listed on the IDX in 2013-2016, (3) the size of the company has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy on LQ-45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016, and (4) Profitability has a negative and not significant effect on policy dividends on LQ-45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016.Keyword: Dividend Policy, Debt Policy, Liquidity, Company Size, and Profitability

This study aims to analyze what factors can affect the Price Earning Ratio (PER). Several factors that are considered to be able to influence PER which is used as a variable in this study, namely Return On Asset (ROA), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Dividend Pay Out Ratio (DPR), and Profit Growth Rate. . The population used is manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2018 period. With the purposive sampling technique, obtained 13 companies that will be used as research samples. The data used are secondary data. To see the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, multiple linear regression analysis tests were carried out which previously carried out the classical assumption test. Based on the results of the study, it is known that partially the results show that ROA, DPR, and Profit Growth Rate respectively have a significant effect on PER while DER has no significant effect on PER. <p>The aim of this research is to prove empirically the influence of Managerial Ownership, institutional ownership, profit growth, liquidity, and firm size on profit quality. Data that used to this research is secondary data and that data are taken from the official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange. The populations of this research are all of Banking Companies that list on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) year 2012-2014 that numbered 42 companies. The samples that used to this research are 48 unit of analysis, with method of choosing the samples is purposive sampling technique. The analysis method used for this research is multiple linear regression analysis that analyzed with SPSS 21 program. The result shows that variable of institutional ownership and firm size influence on profit quality. Whereas managerial ownership, profit growth and liquidity does not affect to profit quality.</p>

This research using companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) as sample in 2016-2018. Sample selected by purposive sampling method.  Data type used in this study is quantitative data and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to analysis dependent variable, financial performance, and independent variable,managerial ownership, institutional ownership and earning management.The result of the research revealed managerial ownership and earning management has no significant effect on financial performance, but Institutional ownership has positiveandsignificant effect on financial performance

This research has purposes to discover and examine the impact which causing from return on equity (ROE), debt to equity ratio (DER) and current ratio (CR) against stock prices in sub-sector telecommunications companies which have been registered on the IDX during period of 2012 - 2019. This research currently uses a quantitative method with sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique during the research period so the samples used were EXCEL, FREN, ISAT and TLKM. The research data used was secondary data through multiple linear regression analysis method. The results had shown that 1) ROE had a positive and significant impact on stock prices; 2) DER had no impact on stock prices; 3) CR had a positive and significant impact on stock prices; and 4) ROE, DER, and CR had simultaneously impact on stock prices.

Abstract This study aims to understand the environmental disclosure of agricultural and mining companies. Especially the impact of independent are commissioners, leverage ratios, firm size, and liquidity ratios on environmental disclosure. The population is the agricultural and mining sector’s companies in 2014-2019 with 61 companies. Sampling using purposive sampling technique and uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS. The results show that firm size, liquidity ratio, and leverage ratio harm environmental disclosure. However, the independent board of commissioners does not affect environmental disclosure. In conclusion, if the leverage ratio, liquidity ratio, and company size are increase, it will reduce the level of environmental disclosure. Hence, agricultural and mining companies in Indonesia have to improve environmental responsibility. Then, the government should make an effective policy for environmental disclosure.

<p><em>The objective of the research was to examine the influence of size, firm age, CR, DER, ROA, ROE, NPM, EPS, and PER on financial distress level with. The population was manufacture companies listed in BEI (the Indonesia Stock Exchange) in the period of 2010-2014. The samples were 73 manufacture companies listed in BEI, taken by using purposive sampling technique so that there were 365 observations. The data were secondary data which were obtained from financial statement. The gathered data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis with an SPSS 21 software program. The result of the research showed that ROA had negative and significant influence on financial distress level. Firm size, Current Ratio, DER, ROE, EPS, and PER had negative and insignificant influence on financial distress level. Meanwhile, firm age had positive but insignificant influence on financial distress level, and NPM had positive and significant influence on financial distress level. </em></p>

One way is to get working capital from a third part or what we call debt.This research aims to determine the effect of receivable turnover and the solvency ratio toward the financial distressThe problems of the research were: 1) is the receivable turnover effect toward financial distress condition on Garmen and textile company Listed on IDX on 2011-2015? 2) is the leverage ratio effect toward financial distress condition on Garmen and textile company Listed on IDX on 2011-2015 ? 3) Are the receivable turnover and solvency ratio effect toward financial distress condition on Garmen and textile company Listed on IDX on 2011-2015?The sample of this research is 11 Manufacture company of sub sector Garmen And Textile were taken by using purposive sampling techniques. This research data used secondary data that getting from literature review. Data were tested using multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect between one variable with another variables, and the data was then processed using SPSS 22.0 for windows.Result of the research showed that partially, receivables turnover hadn’t a significant effect toward  the financial distress.
