Data were analyzed using simple regression using SPSS 21 for Window. The results showed t-hitung 7.216 while t-table 1.697 with degrees of freedom (df) = n-2 or 32-2 (n is the number of respondents) then the result was 7.216 with a level of significance (level of significance) using α = 5% or 0.05. The test found that tcount> ttable for compensation amounted to 7.216> 1.697, it can be concluded Ha was accepted, meaning that there was a significant influence between compensation on employee work performance at PT. Introduction: The CB of clinical nursing students is very important but they are still in the implementation phase of the theory from when it was learned in college. This study aims to describe the correlation between intelligence quotient (IQ), emotional intelligence (EI) and spiritual intelligence (SI) with caring behavior (CB).Methods: This study was descriptive and correlational with a cross-sectional approach. The respondents of this research were all of the clinical nursing students (166 respondents) via the simple random sampling technique. The data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed using the Spearman-rho test with a level of significance ≤ 0.05.Results: The results showed that CB had a correlation with IQ (p=0.019, r=0.211), EI (p=0.048, r=0.178) and SI (p=0.000, r=0.456).Conclusion: IQ, EI, and SI have a correlation with CB. A higher quotient will produce a higher CB. Future research is expected to be able to analyze the other factors related to CB among clinical nursing students.

The result of coefficient determination (R2) shows that the influence of all variables which are Spiritual Intelligence, Financial Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence dan Social Intelligence have contributed 56,7% to performance. While the other 43.3% contributed by another variable which is not discussed in this study. The hypothesis test shows that as simultaneously these 4 (four) variable shave significantly affect to the performance of SME’s, but as partially by t-test shows that Financial Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence and Social Intelligence have significantly affected to performance but Spiritual Intelligence have no significant effect on Performance of SME’s in Surabaya.
