With the rapid development of new energy vehicle technology, how to test and evaluate the performance of a traction battery has become a key issue in the field of new energy vehicle testing technology. Starting from the technical requirements of vehicle traction battery, this mini review introduces the key contents of battery performance test and evaluation from vehicle level and battery level respectively. Furthermore, based on the actual vehicle demand, the influence of electricity quality and feedback current on the performance of battery is introduced, and the feasibility of multi-stage reuse of traction battery is discussed.

With the rapid development of new energy vehicle in China, the volume has been the hot topic in the fields of automotive industry. A series of subsidy and financial policies has been released by the government. Peoples in this industry care about the effective of the policies especially the new energy vehicles volume and market share in China. In this paper, we analysis the development experience of developed countries such as the US and Japan, and calculate the new energy vehicles volume and market share in China from 2015 to 2020 by model. Its more effective to the government department to draw a plan of new energy vehicle development blue print.

Purchase subsidy has been adopted to accelerate the diffusion of New Energy Vehicles (NEVs) in China. With a Multi-stage Difference-in-Differences (DID) method, this research investigates the impact of purchase subsidy on Research and Development (R&D) efforts of NEV enterprises. The results indicate that purchase subsidy for NEVs has a positive and significant impact on R&D efforts of NEV enterprises. The impact increases when the purchase subsidy rate decreases. When considering the influences of government procurement and exemption on purchase tax, the positive impact of purchase subsidy still remains significant. The policy implications are that the purchase subsidy rate should be reduced, and stricter technological requirements should be set to couple with the purchase subsidy.

Recently the issues of insufficient energy and serious air pollution around the world have been rising. Henceforth, there is a need to carry out a research of new energy. Soon, new energy vehicles will be the mainstream trend, which can not only reduce the burden of consumers due to rising fuel prices but also solve the air pollution problem caused by the exhaust emissions of fuel vehicles. With the rapid development of science and technology, deep learning continues to make breakthroughs, and, in the field of economy with huge information data, we have more powerful weapons available to predict and research important economic data with infinite value, which can not only provide reference information to policy makers but also help enterprises and even economic markets to develop more healthily and sustainably. Therefore, this article uses deep learning algorithms to forecast and analyze the new energy industry, starting from the financial information released by new energy vehicle companies in their annual reports, in order to make basic judgments and help policy makers and enterprises in the new energy vehicle industry.

With continuous development of China’s economy in the past two decades, people’s living conditions have been greatly improved. The improved living quality boosts the prosperity of the automobile industry in China. However, whilst the popularity of automobiles promotes the rapid development of social economy and modern civilization, it also brings severe energy and environmental problems. The government pays great attention to these problems, and promotes the development of new energy vehicle industry by issuing various policies and encouraging consumers to actively buy new energy vehicles. However, under these policy incentives and economic incentives, the domestic new energy vehicle industry did not present the expected market response. This paper briefly describes the development status and existing problems of domestic new energy vehicle industry, and puts forward some feasible suggestions.

New energy vehicles(NEV) as a new thing for sustainable development, in China, on the one hand has faced the rapid expansion of the market; the other hand, for the new NEV users, the current NEVs cannot keep up with the degree of innovation. This paper demonstrates the reasons for the existence of this systematic challenge, and puts forward the method of UX research which is different from the traditional petrol vehicles research in the early stage of development, which studies from the user's essence level, to form the innovative product programs which meet the needs of users and being real attractive.
