he purpose of this study was to describe the conditions of organizational culture, job satisfaction, work morale, and employee performance at the Village Office in Rangsang Pesisir District. To determine the effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance through morale in the Village Offices in Rangsang Pesisir District. The approach in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all Village Office Employees in Rangsang Pesisir District. The sample in this study was 94 people consisting of employees in 11 villages in Rangsang Pesisir District. Data collection with questionnaires and documentation and data analysis methods by testing the validity and reliability and using path analysi. The results showed that organizational culture, job satisfaction, morale, and performance of Village Office Employees in Rangsang Pesisir District were all in good condition. Organizational culture and job satisfaction have a significant effect on both work enthusiasm and employee performance. work spirit also has a significant influence on employee performance. organizational culture and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance through morale.

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of compensation and organizational culture on performance by mediating job satisfaction of nurses. In this study, the population was all nurses in the Civil Hospital inpatient Kardinah. The sampling method using purposive sampling. Retrieval of data using questionnaires. Tests conducted by the research instrument validity and reliability, statistical test equipment being used is multiple regression analysis, R2 test and t-test, to test the significance of regression coefficients generated. The results showed that compensation is positive and significant effect on affective commitment, job satisfaction and commitment continuants, but had no effect on performance. Organizational culture of innovation and risk-taking has positive influence on affective commitment and performance. Results-oriented organizational culture has a positive effect on job satisfaction and performance. People-oriented organizational culture has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Affective commitment and commitment continuants positive effect on job satisfaction but had no effect on performance. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on performance. Affective commitment, job satisfaction and commitment continuants is purely capable of mediating variables to explain the effect of indirect compensation to performance. Affective commitment and job satisfaction are not able to explain the indirect effect of organizational culture of innovation and risk-taking on the performance of nurses in hospitals Kardinah Tegal City.Keywords: compensation, organizational culture, , job satisfaction and performance of nurses

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance and the role of job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research used an explanatory research design. The population of this research were all employees of Bank Indonesia Jember Representative Office consisting of 69 organic and non organic employees. The type of data analysis of this research was path analysis. The result of this research showed that organizational culture (X) having a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Z) of 50,2%, organizational culture (X) having a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) of 29,2%, job satisfaction (Z) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) by 34,4%, organizational culture (X) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) through job satisfaction (Z) of 46,4%.

The purpose of the organization is to obtain maximum results and also pay attention to performance in the process of these objectives. The description of the research aims to explore the relationship between leadership and organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance. The independent variables of this research are leadership and organizational culture. Meanwhile, job satisfaction and performance are included in the dependent variable. This research was conducted at the Department of Transportation (Samarinda City) consisting of 83 respondents. Research is descriptive and quantitative. Data collection by questionnaire by testing the leadership and organizational culture on performance and moderated by the variable job satisfaction. Data analysis uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique. Empirical findings indicate that leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on performance. On one hand, the results of the study also showed that job satisfaction had a negative and not significant effect on performance. Researchers who have a focus on the variables in this study, in order to be able to use the criteria for selecting more respondents and more detailed in the future.

This study aims to analyze; (i) the influence of work mutation variables and organizational culture on employee performance; (ii) the influence of work mutation variables and organizational culture on performance through job satisfaction; and (iii) the effect of job satisfaction variables on employee performance. The quantitative approach is used to test and analyze the factors that influence job satisfaction and employee performance. Research location at Hasanuddin University, Makassar. The population in this study were all employees who had been mutation in 2018 by 114 people. Withdrawal the number of samples in this study using saturated sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The measurement scale used is a Likert scale with five components. Data analysis techniques in this study used path analysis. The results showed that the variable of work mutation and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work mutation variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The research objective is to analyse the effect of organizational culture on employee performance with the mediation of the variable organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Data analysis in this research is quantitative using a path analysis model (Path) with the help of Smart PLS Software version 3.2 .8. The results found that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Interestingly, it indicates an insignificant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment and job satisfaction both show a significant positive effect on employee performance. For testing the indirect effect is found empirical facts that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance if mediated by organizational commitment. The organizational culture does not have a significant positive effect on employee performance if mediated by job satisfaction.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, kedisiplinan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja APIP, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja, pengaruh kompetensi dan kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja APIP melalui kepuasan kerja. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, observasi, interview dan dokumentasi, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur, pengujian hipotesis dan analisis sobel test. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kompetensi dan kedisiplinan memberikan pengaruh secara nyata terhadap peningkatan kepuasan kerja, kompetensi dan kedisiplinan memberikan dampak terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap kinerja APIP. Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh secara parsial kompetensi dan kedisiplinan  terhadap kinerja APIP. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of competence, discipline on job satisfaction and performance of APIP, the effect of job satisfaction on performance, the influence of competence and discipline on APIP performance through job satisfaction. The data were collected through questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation, with data analysis techniques using path analysis, hypothesis testing and sobel test analysis.  The results of the study show that competence and discipline had a significant effect on increasing job satisfaction, competence and discipline had an impact on improving employee performance. Job satisfaction has a real influence on Apip's performance. Job satisfaction can partially mediate the influence of competence and discipline on APIP's performance

<p><em>This study aims to determine the impact of Organizational Culture towards Employee Performance through the mediating role of job satisfaction at Private hospital in West Jakarta. This research using quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques used in this research is using AMOS 20 software and mediation analysis is conducted with Sobel’s test. The results showed that organizational culture has possitif affect and significant on job satisfaction,  job satisfaction has possitif affect and significant on employee performance, organizational culture doesn’t affect and hasn’t significant on employee performance,  and job satisfaction has possitif affect and significant mediates the effect of organizational culture to employee performance.</em></p>

This study using data analysis methods namely multiple regression models that are used to see the effect of independent variables, namely Mutations (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) on the dependent variable, namely Job Satisfaction (Y), so that in research this aims to be able to produce data processing that has been done at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil X Bandung, then tested using the T test and F test, showing that mutation variables and organizational culture simultaneously on job satisfaction shows results as complete as 53.8% or has a Sig. value of 0.000 where this value is smaller than the significance level used is 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected while for partial mutation variables for the variable job satisfaction of 27.04% or having a Sig. value of 0.011 is smaller than 0.05, meaning H0 is rejected so that it only has 1.1% and variables organizational culture on job satisfaction is 51.27% or has a Sig. value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected so that it only has an effect of 0% where all of these variables produce a continuum in the good category based on responses from employees as respondents fromfilling the questionnaire. The performance of an organization can be determined by the existence of a good organizational culture that exists within an organization. This work culture will not just appear, but must be pursued in earnest through a controlled process involving a controlled process involving all Human Resources (HR) in a set of systems, tools and supporting techniques. The objectives of the research carried out by the Alfamidi Prosperity Minimarket Outlet Soppeng are: to find out the description of organizational culture and employee performance at the Alfamidi Prosperity Soppeng Minimarket Outlet, Soppeng Regency. To answer these questions, the stages of the research method were used, starting from the literature review and field study, proposal preparation, testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, data collection, analysis and discussion. The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the work culture of the employees at the Alfamidi Prosperity Minimarket Outlet Soppeng was high, as well as the employee performance at the Alfamidi Prosperity Soppeng Minimarket Outlet showed that the employee's performance was very good in achieving organizational goals.

The object of the research to be studied has different characteristics compared to other organizations. Thus, it requires qualified employees and lecturers to be able to complete the work appropriately, effectively and efficiently in accordance with the mechanism set by the institution. To obtain this, a good organizational culture is needed that can affect the satisfaction and performance of its employees. Therefore, I want to analyze further about the organizational culture applied by the institution besides to find out the extent to which the conditions of organizational culture and job satisfaction have an influence on employee performance.
