The performance of an organization can be determined by the existence of a good organizational culture that exists within an organization. This work culture will not just appear, but must be pursued in earnest through a controlled process involving a controlled process involving all Human Resources (HR) in a set of systems, tools and supporting techniques. The objectives of the research carried out by the Alfamidi Prosperity Minimarket Outlet Soppeng are: to find out the description of organizational culture and employee performance at the Alfamidi Prosperity Soppeng Minimarket Outlet, Soppeng Regency. To answer these questions, the stages of the research method were used, starting from the literature review and field study, proposal preparation, testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, data collection, analysis and discussion. The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the work culture of the employees at the Alfamidi Prosperity Minimarket Outlet Soppeng was high, as well as the employee performance at the Alfamidi Prosperity Soppeng Minimarket Outlet showed that the employee's performance was very good in achieving organizational goals.

The ideology of Pancasila as a way of life, the basis of the state, and national identity has a various challenge from time to time so that the existence of Pancasila as an Ideology must be maintained, especially in industrial revolution 4.0. The research method used is a qualitative approach by doing study of literature. In data collection the writer used documentation while in techniques data analysis used content analysis, inductive and descriptive. Results of the research about challenges and strengthening of the Pancasila Ideology in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are: (1)  grounding Pancasila, (2) increasing professional human resources based on Pancasila’s values, (3) maintaining the existence of Pancasila as the State Ideology.

One crucial factor in determining the successes of learning in schools is the teachers’ performances. Teacher’s performance not only determines the learning successes but also the achievements of the organizational goals. This study aims to determine the effects of the work environment, work motivation, and organizational culture on the teachers’ performance in the XYZ School. The number of subjects in this study was 82 teachers who taught at the XYZ, both the Primary and Secondary levels. A quantitative approach with the PLS-SEM method, in which the Smart PLS application was implemented to process the data, was used in this study. For the data collection, a survey technique using a questionnaire was selected as a research instrument. The results of the data analysis have shown that the work environment, work motivation, and organizational culture have positive effects on performance.

This research aimed to describe the employee performance, organizational culture and cultural relations organization with the performance satisfaction at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto. The hypothesis of the proposed research is “organizational culture is  significantly correlated with the performance of employee at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto”. The present research is correlational which to see organizational culture with employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto. The population is 69 people and samples is 61 people. Large instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire type a Likert scale that have been valid and reliabel. The techhique of data analysis is done by using the formula Product Moment Correlation and T-test. The result of the dataanalysis showed that (1) employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto is in the category is good (85,15%), (2) organizational culture are on the category good (89,54%), and (3) there is a significant organizational culture between leadership with employee performance with a correlation coefficient = 0,327. So it can be concluded tha organizational culture affects employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto.

TTechnological developments are now in the era of super-smart society 5.0 which is an advanced solution to the 4.0 industrial revolution. The era of super-smart society 5.0 is a learning innovation that changes from basic literacy to digital literacy. This study aims to analyze the innovation of Biochemistry learning in the Department of Chemistry at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung in welcoming the era of super-smart society 5.0. The research method used descriptive qualitative. The data analysis technique was carried out using a literature review. The method of data collection was carried out by observation, distributing questionnaires, documentation, lecturer interviews, and student interviews. The research instrument consisted of observation sheets, questionnaires, and interview sheets. The results showed that in the era of super-smart society 5.0, lecturers and students were required to be quick in making decisions and solutions when learning Biochemistry. Lecturers must dig up information and look for innovations so that students can think ahead and keep up with the times according to the era of super-smart society 5.0. Lecturers act as tutors or teachers, facilitators, and inspire students to achieve learning objectives. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that lecturers must have the ability in digital literacy and train students to be able to think critically and creatively in learning Biochemistry in the era of super-smart society 5.0.

This study aims to analyze; (i) the influence of work mutation variables and organizational culture on employee performance; (ii) the influence of work mutation variables and organizational culture on performance through job satisfaction; and (iii) the effect of job satisfaction variables on employee performance. The quantitative approach is used to test and analyze the factors that influence job satisfaction and employee performance. Research location at Hasanuddin University, Makassar. The population in this study were all employees who had been mutation in 2018 by 114 people. Withdrawal the number of samples in this study using saturated sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The measurement scale used is a Likert scale with five components. Data analysis techniques in this study used path analysis. The results showed that the variable of work mutation and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work mutation variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to find the implementation of organizational culture, in this case the Ministry of Religion of the Regency of Buleleng based on Hindu values. The research method used was qualitative with the location of the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Buleleng Regency. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and document studies. Data analysis techniques include (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, and (4) conclusion drawing or verification. The implementation of organizational culture in the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Buleleng Regency especially in the Head of the Hindu Religion Affairs is inseparable from the role of the socialization of socio-cultural values themselves, both government leaders, traditional leaders, or family leaders. Theoretically, the process of institutionalizing values to society goes through several stages, including the stages known, understood, obeyed, and valued.

Motivation and work discipline are the important things in an organization, because theh are a factor which plays a role in obtaining the optimal work. With the motivation accompanied by good work discipline of the employees will greatly affect the personal performance which in the end the organizational goals will be easily achieved. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and discipline on employee performance, both together and partially. The approach of this research is quantitative with a population of 149 and sample 108. Data collection using questionnaires and data analysis using t test and F test. The results showed motivation has an influence on the performance of the Directorate of Ports of the Ministry of Transportation's employees by 15.6%. Discipline has an influence on the performance of the Ministry of Transportation's Port Directorate's employees by 19.4%. Motivation and Discipline together have an influence of 27.6%.

The performance of an employee plays an essential role in an organization because it contributes to the achievement of the performance of every organizational function. Several previous studies showed that human resource competencies and organizational culture can affect employee performance. This study aimed to test and analyze the competencies of human resources and organizational culture on employee performance at Bio Farma both partially or simultaneously. This study was conducted using a quantitative method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire distributed to employees of Bio Farma with samples taken of 300 employees. The research results were tested using path analysis. The results show that human resource competencies and organizational culture had a significant effect on employee performance at Bio Farma, either partially or simultaneously.

<p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p><em>This study to determine the effect simultaneously and partially between Leadership, Training and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance At Directorate General of Manpower Placement Development Kemenaketrans RI. This research method is a quantitative research method. The population in this study is 394 employees and the sample used is 80 samples with 10% error sampling .. The test used is a test of validity and reliability, correlation test, simple linear regression, t-test and F test where the significance of trust 95% (? = 0.05). All statistical tests were performed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 19. The results showed that leadership, training and organizational culture together have a positive influence on employee performance shown by coefficient of determination R2 = 0.107 and multiple regression equation = 28.383 + 0.010X1 + 0.276X2 - 0.002X3 so that the contribution and influence of leadership, training and organizational culture together on employee performance is significant.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keyword: leadership, training, organizational culture, employee performance</em></strong></p><p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p>Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial antara Kepemimpinan, Diklat dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai  Pada Direktorat Jenderal Pembinaan Penempatan Tenaga Kerja Kemenaketrans RI. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode  penelitian kuantitatif.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai berjumlah 394 orangdan  sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 80 sampel dengan sampling eror 10%.. Uji satistik yang digunakan yaitu :  uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji korelasi , regresi linear sederhana, uji t dan uji F dimana signifikansi kepercayaan 95%     (? = 0,05 ). Semua uji statistik dilakukan dengan menggunakan  program SPSS (<em>Statistical Package for Social Science</em>) versi 19.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kepemimpinan, diklat dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien determinasi <strong>R<sup>2</sup> = 0.107</strong> dan persamaan regresi ganda <strong>? = 28.383 + 0.010X1+ 0.276X<sub>2</sub>- 0.002X<sub>3</sub></strong> sehingga kontribusi dan pengaruh kepemimpinan, diklat dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah signifikan.</p><p><strong>Keyword : kepemimpinan, diklat, budaya organisasi, kinerja pegawai</strong></p>

TThis research aimed to analyze the effect of work discipline and compensation on employee performance, and the effect of motivation as intervening variabel. The population of research amounted 39 employees. Thirthy four employees in Investment And Integrated One Stop Services Of Bima City were selected as the sample in this research.The data collection technique used is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability, then tested using path analysis. From the results data analysis produced several research findings as follows work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has no effect on employee performance, motivation does not effect in employee performance, motivation can not mediate the effect of work discipline with employee performance, motivation can not mediate the effect of work compensation with employee performance.Keywords:Work Discipline; Compensation; Motivation; and Employee Performance
