At this work a methodology is proposed for a course of the discipline of Operations Management with a focus on active methodologies in the degree of Electronics and Automatic. For the course is combined: lecture, group work, problem-based learning, project-based learning and presentation of group work. Previous experiences in the same course allow us to conclude the importance of the lecture in this environment in what is the only course of the discipline in all the degree. The importance of feedback in project learning is not easy for large groups such as the case study, suggesting the presentation of group work as a good solution to the problem

Project based learning (PBL) is an instructional approach that focuses on student centre learning, learning process, and students’ autonomy. This study was conducted at International Class Program in one of universities in Salatiga. Furthermore, this study explained the teaching strategies by using project based learning in English drama class. The researcher used a case study as the design and collected the data by using interview and observation. The participants of this study were an English drama lecturer and 20 students of International Class Program (ICP). The findings indicate that ICP students dominated the class especially to improve their speaking skill and the lecturer provided new learning atmosphere in teaching English by giving some activities which contains communication, critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity or 4Cs skills.

This research study examined how a group of ninth graders enhanced the speaking skill in an English as a foreign language classroom through project-based learning. Data about the experience were collected through field notes, transcripts of learners’ oral performance, and one interview. Grounded theory was implemented for data analysis, out of which three main findings emerged: (1) project-based learning encouraged students to increase oral production through lexical competence development, (2) helped them to overcome fears of speaking in L2, and (3), increased their interest in learning about their school life and community.

This article describes the implementation of Project-Based Learning (digital storytelling) to improve students’ speaking skill at the first-grade students of a senior high school in Karanganyar. The aims of this research are (1) to find out whether Project-Based Learning (digital storytelling) can improve students’ speaking skill and (2) to analyze the students’ learning motivation when is implemented. The data were collected through observation, interview, questionnaire, and test. Findings of the research revealed that students’ speaking competence improved in some aspects such as grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and confidence. Those aspects were improved through a series of speaking activities including group discussion, interview, voice recording, and oral presentation. In addition, students’ learning motivation increased in terms of: (a) the students invested more effort in the learning, (b) the students looked more interested in the learning activity, and (c) the students’ attitude became positive. A challenging multimedia-based project in which students created digital stories could provide meaningful experience and enhance the students’ participation throughout the learning process.

[E-LEARNING BASED CLASSICAL COUNSELING SERVICE EFFECTIVENESS THROUGH PROJECT BASED LEARNING TO INCREASE THE RESILIENCE OF KINDERGARTEN PRINCIPALS IN THE TIME OF COVID-19]. This study aimed to improve project learning-based classical service supervision to increase the resilience of kindergarten principals in East Jakarta. This type of research was experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design. The research subject was the principal of a kindergarten in East Jakarta. The population in this study was 30 people. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling of 30 people. The research was conducted from November to December 2020. The research instrument used was a resilience scale compiled by the researchers themselves, with a validity of 0.308 (Pearson Product Moment) and 0.811 reliability (Alpha Cronbach), data normality test with the Shapiro test. -Wilk (0.318> 0.05). The data analysis technique used parametric statistics with paired sample t-test with (t = .- 36.870, p <0.05). The results of the study provided an understanding that classical services with project-based learning are effective in increasing the resilience of kindergarten principals.

This study aims to develop functional food project learning tools for the food chemistry course. This project learning tools consist of an implementation guide accompanied by a project appraisal rubric. The development of learning tools was based on the Dick and Carey model with three stages: needs analysis, development, and validation. The needs analysis shows an increase in non-communicable diseases in Indonesia and the world. Functional food has not been taught in food chemistry courses and the abundance of local food in Lombok Island with its various functional potency. The development stage involves designing project instructions accompanied by an assessment rubric. Two experts in food chemistry carried out the validation stage of the project learning tools. The instrument used was a questionnaire related to the suitability of the project objectives with the learning outcomes of food chemistry, the clarity of project-based learning syntax, the relevance of project topics to Lombok food, aspects of the language used, and an assessment rubric. The results show that all validated aspects are accepted with a few notes which have been further improved. Thus, the project learning tools can be used for functional food projects in food chemistry courses.

The article discusses the problem of adapting the educational program of training IT specialists to solving complex engineering and, at the same time, creative problems associated with the development of data journalism. Open government data on the health care system is used as a source of big data. The article proposes the main provisions of the approach to project training, formed on the standards of project and system engineering activities, as well as on the principles of conducting hackathons, where the main priority is the intellectual component of the team's work and its ideas. Some results of the use of project-based learning in the interaction of students - future IT developers with journalists and data researchers are presented. The proposed approach and the results of project training obtained on its basis can be used to create guidelines for the development of joint interdisciplinary educational programs that combine the field of training future IT specialists and data journalists.
