The processes of globalization that have engulfed the whole world require the preservation of national traditions and cultural identity. Given that it is characterized by the spread of spiritual values, the relevance of the problem of forming the spirituality of future teachers in the process of professional training in higher education increases. Based on the analysis of research works on the formation of spirituality of future teachers at the University.The article reveals the indicators of preparedness and component structure, as well as the methodological basis of the problem under study. The authors comprehensively covered and analyzed the theoretical materials on the formation of spirituality of future teachers in the process of professional training at the University gave an independent mental statement. It is also emphasized that the development of the spiritual culture of the future teacher ensures a harmonious entry into the world of the professional image and its changes in the context of the noospheric path of civilization development.

The article is devoted to the coverage of the results dealing with the theoretical and methodological stage of the study regarding the professional training of future teachers of Musical Arts in developing schoolchildren’s artistic and aesthetic worldview. The introduction reflects the relevance of this problem, the goals and objectives of this stage. To achieve the goals and solve the tasks, a set of methods was used: theoretical ‒ analysis, induction, comparison, generalization of philosophical, psychological, pedagogical, artistic and historic; musical and pedagogical sources in order to clarify the content and specify the essence of the concept “pedagogical conditions”, the contextual analysis – to clarify the concept “Artistic and aesthetic perception of the world”; empirical ‒ a generalization of pedagogical and methodological experience, innovative practices; theoretical generalization – to explain the essence of special pedagogical conditions for developing schoolchildren’s artistic and aesthetic worldview. The author clarifies the essence of the phenomenon “pedagogical conditions”, presents and characterizes the pedagogical conditions for training future teachers of Musical Art in developing schoolchildren’s artistic and aesthetic worldview: actualization of the artistic and philosophical potential of the piano-performing activity fulfilled by the future teachers of Musical Arts; stimulation of a comprehended attitude of the future teachers majoring in Musical Arts to the artistic and aesthetic content of piano works in the process of working on their interpretation; a purposeful orientation on the creation of a methodological trajectory of influence on the artistic and aesthetic worldview by the future teachers of Musical Arts through comprehension of the artistic image of the work; involvement of the future teachers of Musical Arts into the organization and participation in real and virtual intercultural innovative and interactive forms of the educational process. These conditions are grounded through the prism of the component structure of the phenomenon “artistic and aesthetic worldview”. It is noted in the conclusions that the methodology, which includes pedagogical conditions, optimizes the further development of the phased implementation of the pedagogical conditions alongside with their corresponding methods in order to verify their effectiveness. This book, 'Places of Engagement', offer reflections on themes discussed by Van der Zwaan, written by twenty of his peers and other opinion leaders from around the world. The book was written in honour of Bert van der Zwaan at the occasion of his departure as Vice-Chancellor of Utrecht University. The article reveals the theoretical aspects of the problem of forming the research competence of future teachers of higher education, which is associated with the transition to a unified European education system and the renewal of the educational process of higher education with an orientation towards the formation and development of the personality of a competent teacher-researcher who owns the technology of scientific and pedagogical activity. The necessity of the development of the intellectual consciousness of the future teacher of higher education, which determines the style of scientific thinking, is substantiated by the main indicators of consistency, dynamism, problematicity, categoricality, reflexivity, evidence, predictability, projectivity, search ability, creativity. The authors have revealed the structure and the content of the research competence of the future teachers of higher education. The structural components of the research competence of future teachers of higher education are highlighted: cognitive, diagnostic, project constructive, technological, reflective, communicative. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of research competence of the future teacher of higher education are scientifically substantiated: motivational and value, creating needs and determining the persistent positive motivation of the future teacher of higher education in mastering research qualities; meaningful and constructive, which combine the individual and technological capabilities of scientific and pedagogical activity and the requirements of the forthcoming professional activity of a teacher of higher education; organizational and pedagogical, determining the establishment and retention of pedagogically expedient relationships between teachers and students, based on cooperation and mutual interest in research; reflexive-corrective, contributing to the analysis, accounting and correction of the process and the result of the formation of research competence in future teachers of higher education.

The relevance of the problem under study is associated with an important task of the higher education system the preparation of students future teachers for project activities in an educational institution. A modern teacher should have a wide range of knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of project activities. The purpose of the paper is a theoretical substantiation of pedagogical conditions that contribute to the formation of project competence of future teachers in the university environment. As designated pedagogical conditions are named and described: organization of training in cooperation; introduction of an additional course Learning to work on a project into the educational process; the use of the project method as a form of independent work of students in the study of various disciplines of the curriculum. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that pedagogical conditions have been developed and substantiated, contributing to the effective formation of the project competence of future teachers in the conditions of a university. The theoretical significance of the study lies in the fact that its results enrich the theory and methodology of vocational education in the field of forming the project competence of future teachers; complement scientific ideas about the pedagogical conditions for the effective formation of project competence, as well as about the features of its functioning; scientific approaches are systematized. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the revealed pedagogical conditions lead to the effective formation of the project competence of future teachers in the conditions of a university. The developed additional course can be applied in the practice of teaching universities in order to improve the quality of professional training of future teachers. The experimental base of the study was the budgetary institution of higher education Surgut State University. The methods used in the research: generalization, analysis and synthesis of information, comparison, analysis of educational and project activities of students. The effectiveness of preparing students - future teachers - for project activities with students is an urgent task in the education system, which can be ensured through the implementation of certain pedagogical conditions. It is the pedagogical conditions that increase the effectiveness of educational and cognitive activities and contribute to the most fruitful work of the teacher and students.

The relevance of the study is justified by the new requirements for the personality of a specialist in the field of education. Thus, an obligatory component of professional and pedagogical competence is the innovative competence of the teacher. The formation of this competence in future teachers in the system of their professional training in higher education requires special methodological system of innovative competence formation. The purpose of this article is to reveal the essence and to describe the model of readiness to innovative activity of future teachers. The purpose of the article is realized by applying theoretical (spectral analysis, generalization) and empirical (modeling, methods of pedagogical diagnostics) methods of scientific knowledge in the research. On the basis of the application of these methods in the study, the essence, features and structure of pedagogical innovative activity are determined. The necessity of innovative activity readiness formation of future teachers is substantiated. The components of the structure of teacher's readiness for innovative activity are described. The essence of pedagogical formation model of future teachers readiness to innovative activity is described. Its efficiency on the basis of quantitative and qualitative results is proved. The elements of scientific novelty in the work are represented by the creation of an experimental pedagogical model of the formation of the future teachers’ readiness to innovative activity, the substantiation of methodological and methodical aspects of its implementation, the development of the criteria base for determining the level of formation of the future teachers’ readiness to innovative activity.

The article is devoted to the scientific development of the problem related to the development of an artistic taste of the future teachers specialised in Musical Art. The purpose of the article is to theoretically and methodologically substantiate the development process of an artistic taste of the future teachers specialised in Musical Art in the process of teaching pop singing. The purpose is realised through the implementation of relevant tasks using the methods of theoretical research: analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, generalisation and extrapolation. The article considers the category "artistic taste" as a person's ability developed by social practice to evaluate aesthetic phenomena, to distinguish beautiful things from ugly ones. The artistic taste of the future teachers of Musical Art is defined as an individual, socially conditioned system of evaluation of phenomena reflected in works of art, aimed at widening the worldview of an individual. The component structure of the artistic taste of the future teachers specialised in Musical Art consists of four components: personal-motivational, sensory-perceptual, intellectual-interpretive and reflexive-projective. Professional training of the future Music teachers is considered as a platform for the formation of their artistic taste. We find the specifics of training future professionals in pop singing particularly important in the context of the study. The pop variety of vocal music is recognised as the one that provides for effective pedagogical influence; in particular, it is aimed at forming the artistic taste of the younger generation, based on the needs, interests and perception level of most students. A set of scientific approaches is considered as a methodological basis for the formation of the future Music teachers’ artistic taste in the process of teaching them pop singing: axiological, student-centred and holistic approaches. The study also presents pedagogical principles, the implementation of which ensures the formation of the future Music teachers’ artistic taste in the process of teaching them pop singing.

The article deals with the issue of professional training of students with disabilities in higher inclusive education. Statistical data showing the existing difficulties of obtaining higher education for disabled people are presented. The results of research on the material and technical, organizational, psychological and pedagogical conditions of accessibility of higher education for persons with disabilities are considered. The article analyzes the current pedagogical, socio-psychological and other barriers to training in higher inclusive education. The role of socio-psychological factors in the social adaptation of a disabled student in the educational space of the University is determined. Special attention is paid to psychological and pedagogical aspects of training in terms of inclusive higher education: designing integrated programmes of support for disabled students, the creation of the University rehabilitation-education environment, the definition of criteria for evaluation of universities on inclusive higher education. The article attaches great importance to the formation of an inclusive culture of an educational organization. Approaches to understanding inclusive culture presented in Russian and foreign studies are considered, and its component structure isdescribed.

The article reveals the conceptual problems of creative self-realization of future teachers-artists. The authors note that the level of readiness of future professionals to work depends on the formation of creative pedagogical potential at the university, which consists of several components, such as motivational-axiological, cognitive and manipulative. The article justifies the need for specialists in the field of artistic and aesthetic education, who are able to work effectively in the new socio-economic conditions. It is possible to increase the effectiveness of the creative self-realization of future teachers-artists in the process of higher education by creating certain pedagogical conditions.
