Online shopping is the process of purchasing goods / services by consumers to realtime sellers, without services, and through the internet. The development of online business in Indonesia is now very rapid, one of them by shopping online. Online stores or we often call e-commerce is a form of change that is presented by the internet in terms of innovation in shopping by providing various facilities in the transaction process. The aim of the writer is to determine the best e-commerce, therefore the author uses the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method because the method is able to make a more precise assessment because it is based on the value of criteria and preference weights that have been determined, besides that the SAW method also can select the best alternative from a number of alternatives because there is a ranking process after determining the weights for each attribute.

Online based purchasing is the way toward buying products and enterprises from traders who sell them online through Internet. Since the rise of the World Wide Web, sellers have tried to offer their items to individuals who browser the Internet. Customers can visit online stores from their homes and shop comfortably. Presently a day shopping has turned out to be mainstream among individuals through browsing which has increased their web knowledge and effective utilization of internet. So internet shopping has become accustomed to the buyers which made the researcher to study the perception on internet based shopping. The principle aim of the this research is to find out the opinion of the respondents towards internet shopping. These days, there has been a flood in web based shopping. The Internet has been utilized by clothing organizations to sell their items and advance their brands. As an ever increasing number of individuals purchase attire on the web, there have been an expanding number of inquires about.

Purpose-The purpose of this research is to find out and explore the online business transactions implemented by the Tokopedia application and online business transactions in the Islamic perspective on the Tokopedia application case study. Methods- This study is a qualitative research method, namely by using the Library Search (Literature Review) field by taking references from several books and sources from websites or the internet. Findings- From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the transaction of buying and selling online on the Tokopedia application is perfectly legal in Islamic law. As long as there is no element of deception or fraud or the desired item is incomplete or defective (not as expected) that occurs during the transaction process. Even if this happens, the responsible party is obliged to return all buyer's money and the sale and purchase is considered invalid because it does not meet the trading agreement.

Developments in information technology very rapidly in recent years a positive impact on many aspects of life, including in the business world. One concept that is assessed that the new business is E-Commerce or Commonly called Online Business. There are many sites that do Transactions of Goods or Services through E-Commerce, for example, the Sale and Purchase at online shopping sites in Tokopedia which emphasizes the Transaction Customer to Customer (C2C). C2C is one model of e-commerce in this case consumers sell directly to consumers who want to buy, or may be called as a transaction between the consumer. Activity C2C can be done in many ways over the internet. Auksi is one example of the best known C2C activities. Many people make purchases and sales on eBay and hundreds of auction website. Other examples of C2C activities are classification advertising, personal services, exchange, sale of virtual properties and supporting services. In the online shopping site that emphasizes C2C Transactions Transactions Using Transactions Rekber piggybank so as to secure for consumers. Rekber piggybank principle similar to that occurred in Escrow Payment System, the system Rekber piggybank an agreement between the seller and the buyer or producer and the consumer to use the services of a third person as the place of payment and the payee. Therefore Rekber piggybank exists to support and secure the sale and purchase of Online Transactions on the site piggybank. So that the transaction using the system Rekber piggybank can be used as a system that can promise Consumers and sellers can trust each other.

The number of population is increasing, and the competition is getting tougher. It requires companies to remain able to survive and be able to compete with other companies, especially with companies that have the same line of business. The increasing use of the internet today has caused many changes in various fields. Many efforts are made by the company to survive, including by providing the best service to its customers. The use of existing technology for developing information systems for handling customer complaints is expected to help companies improve the quality of their products or services. In company management, it is important to provide good quality service in order to increase customer satisfaction. By determining the priority for handling customer complaints, it is expected to improve the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of engineers. The decision-making process using the simple additive weighting method is carried out by weighting each criterion. This research is expected to determine the priority of handling customer complaints so that it can help engineers in determining the priorities for handling existing complaints.

The sale and purchase transaction process are carried out through the internet using internet media using both smartphones and computers. The development of the internet has undergone a product sale and purchase transaction process. Various buying and buying transactions can only be done face-to-face, now it can be done through the internet called online stores. To support the freedom of online stores, a website or smartphone application is an important component that presents information in the form of text, images, sounds and others that are presented to find information in tracing and exploring information virtually on certain media. Many online sales websites will be seen from different levels of service. Therefore, the purpose of this analysis is to assess the performance of online store websites. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research method with comparative analysis techniques. The results obtained from the level of online store service levels show that the percentage of satisfaction is 64.09% and an increase in performance perceptions occur because each online store has different features and different times.

Thick store business activities are growing, online purchases and sales are growing. The community does not need to leave home and face congestion if they want to buy goods. The development in the special society of the Polytechnic students of Ganesha is the purchase of using the internet, which is known as an online store. Polytechnic students from Ganesha often discuss online shops. Talk about thick stores to meet student needs in online purchases, and choose which thick store is best for online shopping. With this explanation, it is important to consider which decision to choose the best thick store in the Ganesha Polytechnic environment using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method. In this method, 10 criteria will be processed, namely: Online Phone / Chat Numbers, Popular Products, Free Shipping, Shipping Systems, Logos, Social Media Links, Search Stores, Product Brands, Latest News, and Trusmark and 3 types of alternatives Online. Stores, namely: Bukalapak, Shopee and Lazada. The results of research on data processing using the ANP method indicate the type of Online Store that can be recommended for students of Ganesha Polytechnic as consumers who buy online from the highest to lowest order are Lazada = 0.114, Shopee = 3.80, Bukalapak = 3.73 and Lazada = 2.47.

Technological developments have penetrated into all fields, including buying and selling. In the past, buying and selling activities required sellers and buyers to meet face to face to reach an agreement, in contrast to the current era where technology is increasingly advanced where sellers and buyers do not have to meet in person but the buying and selling process can still take place. This activity is commonly referred to as buying and selling online, where the process takes advantage of the internet network. In Islam this is something new, but that does not mean that this activity is prohibited, as long as it does not violate Islamic principles. This study tries to identify the implementation of Islamic principles in online buying and selling activities both from the products sold and the transaction process. This study uses qualitative research by taking informants from online business owners in Banyuwangi, Gresik and Kediri by indirect interview. The result of this study was all online business actors did tried applying Islamic sharia in the practice of transaction by social media as Whatsapp, Instagram and Facebook and e-marketplace.Keywords: Buying and selling online, Islamic principles.

Due to the rapid technological development, online business is at a high peak and yet to attract people to buy things on the internet is not as easy as it sounds. The purpose of this study is to describe the importance of the role of creative writing in online marketing. The method used for this study is secondary data, where all the sources are obtained from previous research, including collecting data from articles, books, or online websites. The results indicate that creative writing is one of the most important elements to promote a product or a service for business over the internet. Most people nowadays prefer to buy things online because it is indeed an easier and simpler way. However, to promote and attract more people to look at our online products is not as easy as it sounds. It is because we can’t taste, smell, touch, and feel things while doing online shopping. That’s why we need creative writing in order to create a strong visual in the reader’s mind.

 The purpose of this study was to study the Role of Social Media as an Online Store Business Marketing Effort. This study used a descriptive type of research using qualitative. The research subject is the Online Shop Seller Antler MakeUp which provides information about facts or opinions. @ Antler.makeup on Instagram, @ antler. Make your own selling MakeUp with famous brands not Original but have original grade or really like the original makeup. What attracts the attention of this research is that social media from @antlermakeup is very thematic and neat, this is one of the factors that will influence interested people from online shopping to buy through social media. What's more interesting in Antler MakeUp is always reviewing merchandise in detail in the form of videos or photos on Insta-story, a good form of marketing done by Antler Makeup is to write clearly in the bio description. Viewed from social media @ antler. Using Instagram proved that social media is now very proven in making online shops. However, online social media stores must be very well organized, have an interesting and consistent theme to attract customers to buy goods at online stores.
