Abstract. In the process of digital restoration of cultural heritage, for the disappeared royal gardens, where information is relatively scarce, the process of accurate digital restoration usually encounters a problem of how to effectively use the fragmented and limited historical and status quo information for discernment, to achieve accurate digital alignment restoration of the disappeared royal gardens in the region, and to complete the overall digital restoration of boundaries and patterns. Taking Changchun Garden as an example, this paper uses recent status quo mapping, aerial photography and current status quo structures as the basis, historical archival materials, style house plans, early mapping, early aerial photography and various historical documents as the starting point for the credibility and priority of various materials, and uses the iconic remaining information of key locations, such as buildings, water systems and fences, through historical traces, relative positions and proportional relationships. The identification of the 'line' is done by using the 'point' to determine the location of the wall in the east, north, west and south directions, thus defining the boundary and pattern of the historical Changchun Garden. This approach is based on the disappearing royal gardens and the digital restoration process can be effective in completing the task of solving problems and giving ideas and directions to those working in the relevant fields.

The challenges that are associated with the 17 United Nations sustainable development goals are wickedly complex and interconnected in nature. Because they require transformational changes at the systems level, the pace of change has, so far, been nowhere near fast enough to meet the goals by 2030. In this paper, we analyze the catalytic actions of a novel form of organizing that could potentially facilitate the timely achievement of transformational aspirations such as the SDGs: the transformation catalyst (TC). By identifying 27 TCs and analyzing their vision, mission, values, and their practices represented on their websites, we elaborate the following four key ways that TCs are distinctive from other entities, and therefore potentially more capable of facilitating transformational changes at the systems level: (1) TCs have transformation agendas that target systems-level solutions to bring about large-scale and fundamental changes in the relevant system(s), as opposed to more incremental or fragmented approaches; (2) TCs engage in catalytic actions, such as connecting, cohering, and amplifying the work of partners and collaborators; (3) TCs clearly acknowledge the current status quo, attributions, and urgency (i.e., sensemaking) of the issues on which they focus; and finally, (4) TCs embody systems orientation. In exploring how TCs work, we hope to build a solid conceptual framework for understanding the nature of transformative catalytic action on societal issues, and consolidate our understanding of what elements are needed if TCs are to work, providing a starting point for future research.

The friendship between nations lies in the mutual affinity of the people, and the people’s affinity lies in the communion of hearts. The cultural and humanities cooperation between China and Russia has a long history. In recent years, under the role of the“Belt and Road” initiative, the SCO, and the Sino-Russian Humanities Cooperation Committee, Sino-Russian culture and humanities cooperation has continued to deepen. Entering a new era, taking the opportunity to promote Sino-Russian relations into a “new era China-Russia comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership”, the development of human relations between the two countries has entered a new historical starting point, while also facing a series of problems and challenges. This article is based on the current status of Sino-Russian human relations in the new era, interprets the characteristics of Sino-Russian human relations in the new era, analyzes the problems and challenges of Sino-Russian human relations in the new era, and tries to propose solutions and solutions with a view to further developing Sino-Russian cultural and humanities relations in the new era. It is a useful reference, and provides a reference for future related research, and ultimately helps the Sino-Russian cultural and humanities relations in the new era to be stable and far-reaching.

Numerous attempts to improve diversity by way of changing the hearts of decision makers have fallen short of the desired outcome. One underappreciated factor that contributes to bias resides not in decision makers’ hearts, but instead in their minds. People possess images, or mental representations, for specific roles and professions. Which mental image or representation springs spontaneously to mind depends on the current status quo within a field. Whether or not an individual or groups’ appearance matches visual stereotypes results in perceptually mediated preferences and prejudices, both of which harbor pernicious assumptions about who belongs in a professional setting and why. Leveraging these scientific insights can enact change. Shifting visible exemplars can change people’s mental representations and their heart’s evaluative reactions to others.

Is the pain of a loss greater in magnitude than the pleasure of a comparable gain? Studies that compare positive feelings about a gain with negative feelings about a comparable loss have found mixed answers to this question. The pain of a loss can be greater than, less than, or equal to the pleasure of a comparable gain. We offer a new approach to test hedonic loss aversion. This method uses emotional reactions to the reference point, a positive change, and a negative change. When we manipulated the reference point (i.e., pleasurable and painful), two distinct patterns emerged. Pain surpassed pleasure (loss aversion) when the reference point was positive, and pleasure exceeded pain (gain seeking) when the reference point was negative. A reference-dependent version of prospect theory accounts for the results. If the carriers of utility are changes from a reference point—not necessarily the status quo—both loss aversion and gain seeking are predicted. Loss aversion and gain seeking can be reconciled if you take the starting point into account.

The members of the profession of audiology often express concern that the services and products that have been developed to provide benefit to the hearing impaired are not sought after or delivered to the majority of those diagnosed with hearing loss. A critical look at the status quo of hearing care delivery in the United States is needed to verify this assumption and to develop strategies to improve the situation. A key concern is the lack of a comprehensive high-quality scientific database upon which to build continuous improvements in the effectiveness of the services and products that are provided to the hearing impaired.

Megaproject practices worldwide have triggered increasing research in megaproject management issues and led to an increasing number of papers being published during the last decade. However, it is demonstrated by the literature that there is no systematic examination on research development in the discipline of megaproject management, and consequently it is very difficult for scholars to quickly understand and grasp the research trend. Therefore, a research question naturally comes out, i.e., what is the status quo of megaproject management research and what are the research directions worthy of further investigation? This study aims to answer the question by conducting a systematic examination of the research development in the discipline of megaproject management. A total of 117 relevant articles, identified from six major international journals between 2009 and 2021, were analyzed based on the number of papers published annually, main author contributions, citations, categorization of the research methods and data analysis methods adopted, and research topics covered. The results indicated that developed countries, such as Australia, Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom, have enjoyed significant advantages in terms of megaproject management research. It also revealed that more sophisticated views and theory have been used effectively, rather than only basic qualitative methods, in a number of studies on megaproject management. Future studies on megaproject management will be led globally, where megaprojects will remain designed and built to better built environments. In addition, continuous in-depth research on related topics can promote innovation in megaproject management to achieve sustainable megaproject development. Megaproject management will continue to be a hot research topic in the future; in particular, megaproject investment and finance management have emerged as new challenging topics. The findings can be valuable for both industry practitioners and researchers to gain deeper understanding of the current status and future directions of megaproject management research.

The mechanism of the statutory assessment can be understood as one of the most important gears that put into operation the teaching-learning process of an educational institution. For the same reason, it is necessary that all its constituent mechanisms be constantly reviewed, in order to measure its success in relation to the goals it proposes. This need, wherein lies the justifications of this work, is accentuated before a glaring paradox: even though the theoretical discourse about the pedagogical assessment point to an inclusive and democratic thinking, the practice is still imbued with influences of traditional evaluative models, which results in a banking education, exclusive and hierarchical. In this sense, through a qualitative research based on extensive literature analysis, a historical analysis of the evaluation to the point of the current status quo is undertaken, in order to highlight these contradictions and inconsistencies, launching later to a critical discussion of this historical trajectory. Such is the objective of this study. Tal é o objetivo do trabalho. Sustainable development, which has been emphasized in the tourism system where sustainability has been targeted for years, temporarily eliminated the problems such as poverty, unemployment, and hunger for that period; however, it has affected tourism development by ignoring the rights of the ecosystem, future generations, and cities, thus causing some problems today. For these reasons, the need for handling with the manpower in tourism with a perspective that is more conscious, sensitive, and predictive than the current perspective has emerged. Taking these as a starting point, the study will include the following topics: the fourth generation of human rights, the current status, problems and opportunities of human resources in the tourism industry, and the reflection of the fourth generation of human rights on human resources.
