Abstract— The report card processing system on Imam Syafi'i Jember Islamic Elementary School still not yet computerized. Report card score processing is still using Microsoft Excel and count it manually. So there can be any mistakes in calculation, and report card processing needs a lot of time. With this online report card information system, hopefully it can make it easier for schools to manage report cards in a way that saves time and effort and avoid miscalculation of report card scores. At this writing, the writer is still using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. Applications created using Codeigniter 3 for the framework, PHP for the programming language, MySQL for the database, and Visual Studio Code as tools to help create theinformation system. This system helps in the processing of report cards to print the results of report cards that are conveyed well and quickly. Intisari — Sistem pengolahan rapor pada SD Islam Imam Syafi’i Jember masih belum terkomputerisasi, yaitu mengola nilai rapor masih menggunakan Microsot Excel dan menghitungnya masih dengan cara manual, sehingga bisa terjadi kesalahan dalam perhitungan dan proses pengolahan rapor membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Dengan adanya sistem informasi rapor online ini, diharapkan dapat mempermudah pihak sekolah dalam mengola rapor dengan cara yang lebih hemat waktu dan tenaga, dan menghindari kesalahan perhitungan nilai rapor. Pada penulisan ini penulis menggunakan metode Rapid Aplication Development (RAD). Aplikasi yang dibuat menggunakan Codeigniter 3 untuk framework, PHP untuk bahasa pemrograman, MySQL untuk database dan Visual Studio Code sebagai tools membantu pembuatan sistem informasi tersebut. Sistem ini membantu dalam proses pengolahan rapor sampai mencetak hasil rapor yang tersampaikan dengan baik dan cepat.

Nowadays, the application of information systems can be applied in many fields, one of which is to support the process of adopting dog as a pet. The purpose of this research therefore is to develop an integrated information system that can be used to facilitate the process of adopting dogs. The developed information system which is web-based has several main functions, such as searching for dogs, managing adoption requests, monitoring dogs that have been adopted, and periodically managing user reports. The proposed system was developed using Rapid Application Development method, PHP programming language, Code Igniter frameworks, and MySQL database. Meanwhile, the system was tested using the black box testing method.

In an agency or company a letter is one of the most important communication media. The letter is in the form of incoming and outgoing letters. At the Banyuasin Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office, management of incoming and outgoing letters is still done manually starting from making, storing, documenting, to verifying letters, all done manually so as to result in ineffective and inefficient energy, time and cost. Letter Filing Information System can be a solution to this problem. The methodology used to design this information system is to use the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method and the program produced in this system is the Information System for Filing Incoming and Outgoing Letters at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Musi Banyuasin Regency using PHP as a programming language and MySQL as the database

The registration of new students is one of the routine activities which are carried out by all universities every year and data processing system assistance is needed to make easier the work of universities in processing data for the new students’ registration. The purpose of this study is to develop a web-based new students’ registration information system which is expected to make easier for the new students registratlion committee in managing the data and also make easier for new students to register and get information. The development method used in this research is Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The RAD method has several stages, namely Requirements Planning, RAD Design Workshop, and Implementation. The development of this information system starts from collecting data using observation and interview methods, making system design, development, and testing. The trial was carried out using black box testing which focused on functional testing. The results of the blackbox test show that there is no error in the new student registration information system.

Current IT development offer many easyness in business. Soraya Shop is a business in selling women's clothing.one of the problem is But sales problems sometimes still be one of the obstacles to achieving corporate objectives, since the sales system is still done manually. To enchance that problem, authors develop an electronic commerce by using CMS wordpress. e , the deals are still done manually, dam management of data that has not been structured and lack of means of purchase and payment online or via account transfer. Then built a Sales Information System Online at Soraya Shop that will be using the programming language PHP. With this system is expected to help Soraya Shop in marketing online sales of women's clothing and fast it is used CMS WordPress. By applying the method of Rapid Application Development to expedite their preparation and the estimated time is shorter. And related to that issue of writing the thesis according to information obtained from Soraya Shop.

The purpose of the research is to; 1) Generating a customer information system on Telkomsel GraPARI Banda Aceh, 2) To find out the application of the information system that has been built, and 3) Apply the system that was built using Visual Basic. This research was conducted at Telkomsel GraPARI Banda Aceh and conducted for 9 (nine) months of 2015-2016. The method used for system development, researchers use the methodology Rapid application development (RAD) and Data Flow Diagrams (DAD). This research has succeeded and completed the design of information systems for recording customer data at Telkomsel Grapari Banda Aceh, the application was built using the stages of the Rapid application development (RAD) model. The application was built using Visual BASIC and as a database using Microsoft Office Access. The application of the information system that has been built is still in the prototype and there is still a need for study and development of current technologies such as the use of mobile and cloud databases involving interconnection to make it easier for GraPARI units to connect.Keywords:Information Systems, Customer Data, Telkomsel

Abstract   Depok city, West Java, Indonesia is located in the south of Jakarta, between Jakarta and Bogor. This city has 2.1 million people in 2016 with a high mobility society characteristic. Therefore, they need adequate transportation mode for supporting their activities. The availability of information for public transportation route is a mandatory requirement for Depok city. The use of Internet technology for the implementation of geographic information system is expected to contribute to the success factor of public transportation service. In this study, the proposed system utilized Google Maps in processing and visualizing the public transport route map. The system is designed using Rapid Application Development software development that suitable for faster system development. With this information system, the community is expected to be easier to get information about public transport in Depok city. In addition, the purposed system could give the benefits, i.e. increasing the use of public transport, decreasing the use of private vehicle in people daily activities, and reducing the traffic jams in the city. The proposed system this study was a web-based GIS application that provides information about public transport service in the city of Depok.   Keywords: Rapid Application Development, Geographic Information System, Public Transportation, Web   Abstrak   Kota Depok adalah sebuah kota di provinsi Jawa barat yang terletak tepat di selatan jakarta, yakni diantara Jakarta dan bogor. Populasi kota Depok pada tahun 2016 mencapai 2,1 juta penduduk dengan mobilitas masyarakatnya yang tinggi. Hal tersebut menjadikan masyarakat kota Depok sangat membutuhkan moda transportasi yang memadai untuk menjalankan segala aktifitasnya. Kemudahan informasi mengenai rute rute transportasi umum juga menjadi sebuah kebutuhan wajib bagi masyarakat kota Depok. Pemanfaatan teknologi internet untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi geografis diharapkan dapat berkontribusi memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat dalam mendapatkan rute angkutan umum. Sistem ini memanfaatkan Google Maps dalam mengolah dan memvisualisasikan peta rute angkutan umum. Sistem dirancang dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Rapid Application Development, dengan harapan sistem lebih cepat diimplementasikan. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini, diharapkan masyarakat lebih mudah mendapatkan informasi mengenai rute angkutan umum di kota Depok. Selain itu tujuan penelitian ini dapat berdampak peningkatan penggunaan transportasi umum oleh masyarakat dibandingkan penggunaan kendaraan pribadi saat melakukan aktifitas harian yang secara tidak langsung dapat mengurangi angka kemacetan di kota Depok. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi GIS berbasis web yang memberikan informasi rute rute angkutan umum di kota Depok.   Kata kunci: Rapid Application Development, Sistem Informasi Geografis, Transportasi Umum, Web

Rumah Kost Hj. Gaby is one of the many boarding houses for rent around industrial areas and offices in the Tg. Priok area, North Jakarta. This boarding house still uses a board in front of the house to indicate that the house is rented out for boarding. This method is less effective in promoting the boarding house because prospective tenants must accidentally pass and see the promotion board. The down payment for boarding and monthly rent still has to meet directly with the owner of the boarding house so that it requires special time. The boarding rental information system that is designed is expected to help prospective tenants or tenants to make more practical order and payment transactions, in addition to helping boarding owners tidy up their boarding room rental management The methods used in this research are: interviews, observation, and literacy studies for data collection. Meanwhile, the model used for software development uses the Rapid Application Development Model (RAD). The results of this study are expected to assist boarding owners in promoting their boarding houses and also provide a more effective way of conducting transactions related to the boarding houses.

SMA Raudhah Barmawiyah Kota Tangerang sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan sekolah swasta di kota Tangerang yang bertujuan untuk mendidik dan memberi pengetahuan baik berupa ilmu, sikap dan keahlian bagi para siswanya. Hal ini sudah berjalan secara berkelanjutan sehingga SMA Raudhah Barmawiyah mendapat reputasi dan memiliki fasilitas pendidikan yang baik.Sampai saat ini SMA Raudhah Barmawiyah masih menggunakan sistem manual, seperti pengolahan data siswa, guru, jadwal pelajaran, nilai siswa dan media penyimpanan masih dalam bentuk dokumen yang menggunakan microsoft word dan microsoft excel meskipun penataan tertata rapih tetapi beresiko kerusakan atau kehilangan data lebih tinggi.Menurut Jogiyanto dalam (Melan Susanti, 2016) “Sistem informasi adalah suatu sistem di dalam organisasi yang mempertemukan kebutuhan pengolahan transaksi harian, mendukung operasi, bersifat manajerial dan kegiatan strategi dari suatu organisasi dan menyediakan pihak luar tertentu dengan laporan - laporan yang di perlukan”. Menurut Mishra dan Dubey dalam (Supriyatna, 2018) Untuk pengembangan suatu sistem informasi yang normal membutuhkan waktu minimal 180 hari. Namun dengan metode RAD suatu sistem dapat diselesaikan hanya dalam waktu 60-90 hari . Sistem Informasi Akademik ini ditujukan untuk mempermudah setiap pencarian data dengan cepat, dan solusi bagi SMA Raudhah Barmawiyah Tangerang ini membutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi akademik dengan sistem layanan pendidikan berbasis web yang dapat mengakses dan memperoleh informasi – informasi dengan lebih cepat.

Sistem monitoring adalah sistem yang digunakan untuk melakukan pengawasan terhadap sarana dan prasarana fasilitas kegiatan belajar mengajar. Sistem monitoring yang berjalan sebelumnya adalah menggunakan microsoft excel sebagai media pembuatan form kemudian dicetak dan dicatat manual dikertas untuk setiap kegiatan monitoring fasilitas kelas kemudian diarsipkan kedalam ordner. Setiap kali diminta untuk rekapan laporan perbulan, petugas harus membuka kembali arsip dan merekap satu persatu laporan yang ada sehingga memakan banyak waktu mengingat teknologi sudah berkembang pesat. Permasalahan lainnya adalah terjadinya human error dimana petugas yang telah selesai melakukan monitoring terkadang lupa mengarsipkan form kedalam ordner sehingga pada saat diminta pelaporan oleh pimpinan, petugas harus mencari file yang hilang atau pelaporan menjadi tidak lengkap. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempermudah proses pengawasan terhadap sarana dan prasarana fasilitas kegiatan belajar mengajar, karena sistem yang dibangun adalah sistem satu pintu dimana proses monitoring, proses perekapan dan hasil laporan ada didalam sistem. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Rapid Application Development atau RAD yang terdiri dari tiga fase yaitu fase requirements planning, fase RAD design workshop dan fase implementasi serta untuk pengujian sistem menggunakan blackbox testing. Hasil yang didapat berupa sebuah sistem monitoring sarana dan prasarana dan penerapannya untuk kegiatan belajar mengajar pada perguruan tinggi swasta yang ada di Palembang yang merupakan pengembangan dari sistem sebelumnya.
