This study aims to examine the effect of self-efficacy, self-esteem, and performance measurementsystems on the intrinsic motivation of state-owned bank employees in Jayapura. This research data was obtained using primary data by distributing questionnaires onlinedue to the covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia globally to 105 employees of Bank X in Papua, out of 144people/employees. The analysis method used is the Structure Equation Model (SEM) withthe Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The sampling method used snowball sampling in which thesample was initially small in number, then the sample was asked to choose its friends as the sample. It's like a snowball rolling, getting bigger and bigger. The results of this research variable indicate that (1) Self Efficacy has a positive andinsignificant effect on Intrinsic Motivation with p-values (0, 148> 0, 05), (2) Self Esteem has apositive and significant effect on Intrinsic Motivation with p-values (<0, 001 <0, 05), and (3) thePerformance Measurement System has a positive and significant effect on Intrinsic Motivationwith p-values (<0, 001 <0, 05).

The population in this research is the employee technician  PT. Telkom Akses Surabaya Utara as many as 56 respondents.Sampling technique used was saturated samples or often called as well with a sample of the total. Analytical techniques used in this research is the Partial Least Square (PLS) includes test convergen validity, discriminan validity, composite realibility, cronch alpha, R- square, simulan test (test F) and partial test (test T). The results of the analysis explains that the process of recruitment and selection effect simultaneously against the performance of the employee, this is indicated by the value of the count of 40.991 F is greater than F table 4.02 and significance value (S ig) 0.000 smaller than 0.05 and the process of recruitment of influential partially against the performance of the employee, this is shown by the value T calculate of 3.024 is greater than 1.96 table T and value its significance (P values) 0.003 smaller than 0.05. As well as a selection of influential partially against the performance of the employee, this is shown by the value T calculate of 2.856 is greater than 1.96 table T and value its significance (P values) 0.004 smaller than 0.05

Data were collected from four parks out of 21 in Dhaka selected by systematic random sampling. Two-hundred and three elderly participants were picked up for survey using snowball sampling. The survey was conducted in a pre-structured questionnaire consisted of 40 close-ended questions. Data was analyzed applying ordinal logistic model, multivariate regression analysis, and Partial Least Square (PLS) -Path Modeling. The study explored several key findings-1) Infrastructural amenities impacted social services of parks; 2) Social services contributed positively to mental health boosting up self-esteem for elderly population. 3) Likewise, mental health for elderly population was affected by safety measure of green space. This study figured out the factors that influence Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia to adopt a mobile accounting application as a tool to record business transactions and to prepare financial reports. This research applies the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) with two additional variables, namely perceived risk and perceived trust. Using a combination of purposive, convenience, and snowball sampling techniques, this study distributed questionnaires to MSME owners in Indonesia who know the mobile accounting app. Following that, this study uses the Partial Least Square- Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) to analyze the data obtained and to confirm the significance of the causality relationship. Effort expectancy, performance expectancy, social influence, and perceived trust have a significant positive effect on the intention to adopt a mobile accounting app.  The study provides knowledge of the factors that influence MSME owners' intentions to choose a mobile accounting app which might help app providers to develop strategies to meet the expectation of MSME owners. This study merely examines the intention to adopt a mobile accounting app, hence further study could examine the user's intention to continue using the mobile accounting app, by using the longitudinal data collection.

This matter caused by many tax-fraud that have done by tax-payer (small and big enterprise). Generally, these cases have influence to un-performing tax revenue of government. The tool used in this research is the structure equation model (SEM) with partial least square (PLS) alternative approaches. PLS evaluation model is done by assessing outer model and inner model. That used to test 98 samples (respondent) obtained from the slovin’s formula. The result of this reseach show indicates that the implementation of tax officer services/Fiscus have negative impact partially to tax-evasion and fairness of tax regulation has not effect partially on tax evasion.
