This study is aimed at analyzing adoption and usage behavior within the context of Internet banking services in South Korea. In a country where the penetration rate of the Internet is very high, it seems that the self-efficacy would play a crucial role in affecting the Internet banking adoption. To pursue this research question, this study adopts TAM and incorporates the self-efficacy into TAM as one of antecedent variables such as risk, Internet experience, facilitating conditions. The proposed research model is tested empirically with 185 usable questionnaires and partial least square (PLS) method. Experimental results showed that the self-efficacy plays a prominent role in influencing the Internet banking usage compared to other factors.

Indonesia has become the biggest market for e-commerce as it has 250 million inhabitants. Growth of internet and online shopping has made retailers expand their businesses via smartphones. Shopping channels via the internet has given customers another channel to get information and buy products without visiting brick-and-mortar stores. This channel multiplicity potentially leads customers to do showrooming. In this research, showrooming in Indonesia will be explored with sunglasses as the research object and optic salespersons as the research subject. There are 178 samples collected in total for this research with 154 of them being used. Primary data is taken from optic salespersons at a prominent optics store in Jakarta. Partial Least Square (PLS) is used as the data analysis method. The research results show that perceived showrooming behavior has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy and salesperson performance. Moreover, salesperson self-efficacy also has a positive and significant effect on salesperson performance. Meanwhile, coping and cross-selling strategies have a moderate positive but not a significant effect. These results reflect that salespersons do not respond negatively to customer’s showrooming behavior such as price comparison, window shopping, product information, product availability, and shopping via smartphone in front of the salesperson. Salespersons feel optimistic and confident when customers come because they have been trained for customer orientation, availability of supervisory support, and belief that the customer will do their transaction in brick-and-mortar stores if they give a good explanation about the product.

Ethical crises occur in all professions, affecting not only those already in the profession, but also those preparing to enter it. The accounting profession experienced controversial the deepest crisis in its history with the discovery that accountants had acceded in historic fictitious financial reporting by corporate giants such as Enron, WorldCom, Tyco, Parmalat and others. The long term destruction inflicted on these professions is still being felt. However the view among those preparing to enter their particular profession, e.g. they are enrolled in a police academy, seminary, college or higher learning institution, is a crucial significance. Since the accounting students will be the future members of the accounting profession and are prone to be involved literally in the corporate scandals, their ethical behavior can be used to measure ethical conduct. Thus, using primary data collection through questionnaire survey on accounting students in one of the Malaysian government-linked university and partial least square (PLS) tool, the aims of the study is to investigate the influence of personality traits towards love of money (perception to money) and ethics.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine the influence of experiential marketing modules, service quality and social judgement on experiential values of young customers. The paper also investigates the effects of experiential values on customer satisfaction (CS) and post-purchasing behaviour. In addition, the paper intends to strengthen the shift in marketing paradigm and to provide insightful enhancements to the literature. Design/methodology/approach An instrument was developed to measure how strategic experiential module (Schmitt, 1999), social judgement module (Rosenberg et al., 1968) and service quality perceptions of customers influence functional and emotional values. Primary data were gathered through surveying 402 respondents in order to diagnose young customers’ experiences in popular coffee stores in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The constructs and their interrelationships were examined based on partial least square-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). Findings The results of PLS-SEM were found to be adequate in terms of validity and reliability. The results revealed that some of experiential modules and service quality have positive stimuli on experiential values. These contributions postulate an impetus for potential exploration in numerous service settings. Originality/value The study assesses the effect of shopping experiences of young customers on experiential values, social judgement, CS and post-purchase shopping attitudes. It is anticipated that by filling this gap, this study will assist in strengthening marketing strategies, which requires an alteration in the existing business atmosphere. The suggestions and results for future research are discussed in detail accordingly.

This research data was obtained using primary data by distributing questionnaires onlinedue to the covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia globally to 105 employees of Bank X in Papua, out of 144people/employees. The analysis method used is the Structure Equation Model (SEM) withthe Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The sampling method used snowball sampling in which thesample was initially small in number, then the sample was asked to choose its friends as the sample. It's like a snowball rolling, getting bigger and bigger. The results of this research variable indicate that (1) Self Efficacy has a positive andinsignificant effect on Intrinsic Motivation with p-values (0, 148> 0, 05), (2) Self Esteem has apositive and significant effect on Intrinsic Motivation with p-values (<0, 001 <0, 05), and (3) thePerformance Measurement System has a positive and significant effect on Intrinsic Motivationwith p-values (<0, 001 <0, 05).
