This study aims to analyze empirically the effect of the Regional Financial Accounting system on the quality of financial reports, and to analyze empirically the effect of the Regional Financial Accounting system on the quality of financial statements moderated by dysfunctional behavior. The number of samples in this study were as many as 20 people, drawn from all regional apparatus organizations in Sarmi Regency. The results of this study indicate that the regional financial accounting system has a positive effect on the quality of financial reports, the better the implementation of the regional financial accounting system will make the regional financial reports more qualified. The regional financial accounting system has an effect of 37.0% on the quality of financial reports. The regional financial accounting system moderated by dysfunctional behavior has a negative effect on the quality of financial reports. The implementation of the regional financial accounting system if supported by high dysfunctional behavior will reduce the quality of financial reports. The regional financial accounting system which is moderated by dysfunctional behavior has an effect of 60.1% on the quality of financial reports.

The population in this study were all PNS Regional Financial Management Work Units (SKPKD) in the UPT. Disdikpora of Badung Regency. The sample collection technique used was purposive sampling method. Respondents in this study were the Head of the UPT, the subdivision of finance and 3 staff of the finance department of the UPT Disdikpora in Badung Regency totaling 6 UPT spread across all sub-districts, so the number of samples set was 30 people. Methods of collecting data using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the local government financial accounting system has a positive effect on the quality of financial statements and the effectiveness of the implementation of budget monitoring has a positive effect on the quality of financial statements. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of competence of human resources, government internal control system and the application of regional financial accounting system to the quality of local financial statements. The population is a financial administration staff of 49 SKPD, while the sample amounted to 120. Data collection was done by direct survey. Hypothesis testing is empirically tested using Multiple Regression. The results of partial research on the quality of human resources have a positive effect on the quality of financial statements. The government's internal control system has a positive effect on the quality of local government financial reports. Other findings of the local government accounting system have a positive effect on the quality of local government financial reports. While the results simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the quality of the Government's financial statements. Application of Internal Control System and Regional Financial Accounting System in management of local government financial statements is a very important thing. This financial statements of local governments must meet the following characteristics : relevant, reliable, comparable, and understandable.  The purpose this study to examine the influence of the Internal Control System,Regional Financial Accounting System on the quality of goverment financial statements. The population in this study are all working in BPKAD Bolaang Mongondow Utara.  The sample in this study is the staff / employees of the financial part of the respondents were 30 respondents. The samples were selected by using a purposive samplingmethod. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents directly concerned. Technical analysis of the data used is multiple regression with SPSS 22. The result showed that : the Internal Control System has a significant effect on the quality of government financial statements and the Regional Financial Accounting System has a positive significant effect on the quality of goverment financial statements.Keywords : Internal Control system, Regional finsncisl accaounting system, quality of goverment financial statements.

This study aims to analyze the application of good governance and local financial accounting system to the quality of financial statements SKPD. This research was conducted in Manado City Government. Sampling method in this research is by using quantitative approach, by using primary data through questionnaire. This sample is distributed to 40 financial officers from 10 SKPD of Manado City. For this study data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression with statistical program tool, after classical assumption test fulfilled. The data is processed by using SPSS 21 program. The result of this research indicates that good governance has a significant positive influence to the quality of local financial statements and regional financial accounting system there is no significant positive effect on the quality of local financial statements.Keywords: Good Governance, Regional Financial Accounting System, Quality of Regional Financial Report

The perpetrators of MSMEs generally do not use the standards applicable in the preparation of financial statements. MSME financial statements often use cash basis taken from daily cash mutation sources. The Indonesian Institute of Accountants seeks to contribute to overcome the constraints of MSMEs in the preparation of financial statements by issuing the Financial Accounting Standards of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (SAK EMKM) and effective from 1 January 2018. SAK EMKM is simple to be implemented easily by MSMEs. The Financial Statements according to SAK EMKM are prepared on the accrual basis. The research took 50. MSMEs in Surabaya using convenience sampling method. The data used are primary data obtained through questionnaires. This study aims to finding out the hypothesis that the perception of MSMEs in Surabaya against the application of EMKM IFRS had an effect on the application of EMKM IFRSs, testing the education level hypothesis of MSMEs in Surabaya had an effect on the application of EMKM IFRSs, and tested the hypothesis of SAK EMKM dissemination in Surabaya. application of SAK EMKM. The results showed that partially the perception of MSMEs entrepreneurs has a positive effect on implementation SAK EMKM while the level of education and sozialization has a negative effect.

This research aims to examine the relationship between KAP size, institutional ownership, and the audit committee on the quality of financial reports. 616 Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) companies in 2018 became the population in this study. Purposive sampling as a sampling technique resulted in 547companies. Using inferential logistic regression analysis and using descriptive statistical analysis hypothesis testing methods with IBM SPSS version 25 tools. This study found that the KAP size and the audit committee has a positive effect on the quality of financial reports. Institutional ownership does not affect the quality of financial reports. Simultaneously, KAP size, institutional ownership, and audit committee influence the quality of financial reports. This study concludes that partially, KAP size and audit committee has a positive effect on the quality of financial reports. Simultaneously, KAP size, institutional ownership, and audit committee affect the quality of financial reports. Further research suggests using other proxies, other periods, and other variables.

This research aims to analyze the effect of application of government accounting standard and the effect of region’s financial accounting system on the quality of regency financial statements GunungKidul regency (empirical study at government institutions in GunungKidul regency DIY). There are 36 respondents in this research uses purposive sampling method. SPSS 17.0 is used to analyze hypotheses in this research. Based on the result of this research are application of accrual basis government accounting standard influence positively, but not significant on quality of regency financial statements GunungKidul regency, and region’s financial accounting system influence positively, but not significant on quality of regency financial statements Gunung Kidul regency.

This study aims to examine the Influence of Regional Financial Accounting Systems, Competence of the Government Aaparatur, and Use of Information Technology on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports with Internal Control Systems as moderating variables. The data used in this study is primary data. Methods of collecting data using questionnaires distributed to respondents. The questionnaire was distributed to 64 Serang City Government Organization employees involved in the process of preparing financial statements. The data analysis method used in this study is the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the influence of the Regional Financial Accounting System has a positive and significant effect on the quality of the Regional Government's Financial Statements, Competency of Government Officials does not have a positive and significant effect on the quality of the Regional Government's Financial Statements, and the Utilization of Information Technology has no positive and significant effect on the quality of the Government's Financial Statements. Area. The results of this study also indicate that the Internal Control System moderates the relationship between the Effects of the Regional Financial Accounting System, while the Internal Control System is not able to moderate the Effect of Competency of Government Apparatuses, and the Utilization of Information Technology on the Quality of Regional Government Financial Statements.

Abstract Village Credit Institutions are microfinance institutions that reflect the existence of a community in society based on the principles of Balinese customary law. There are 4 problems with the hypothesis of this study, namely leadership ethics has a positive effect on the quality of financial reporting, the function of the Supervisory Body has a positive effect on the quality of financial reporting, Work experience has a positive effect on the quality of financial reporting. The level of accounting comprehension has a positive effect on the quality of financial reporting. Sampling of this study used saturated sampling with all 35 LPD units studied in Denpasar City. The analytical tool used in this research was Multiple Linear Regression. , the results of the study showed that Leadership Ethics, the function of the supervisory body, and the level of accounting understanding have a positive effect on the quality of financial reports at LPDs in Denpasar City. While work experience has no effect on the quality of financial reports at LPDs in Denpasar City. Improving the performance of LPD managers, especially the chairman, must prioritize leadership ethics. In addition, the function of the supervisory body is always improved and refers to procedures according to the rules for presenting financial statements. Accounting understanding also continues to be improved. Employee training continues to be improved because it provides more work roles for the LPDs so that the performance of the Denpasar City LPD continues to increase.
