A public complaint is a reciprocal of the population against the government to convey opinions or problems encountered in certain areas. The complaint process using a suggestion box or counter complaint is less effective and efficient so that the complaint handling process is slow. The geographic information system of public complaints is an information system built as an intermediary for the public to make complaints against the government. This public complaint geographic information system is built by utilizing location-based services. Geographic information systems of public complaints that have been built require a test to ensure all functions contained on the system can run properly. This study discusses the testing of the geographic information system of public complaints that have been built by blackbox testing and test by involving respondents from the general public. The results of testing system usage by the user based on aspect of system interface display and conformity aspects of processes and features involving respondents from the general public. Tests conducted to get the average results of respondents gave very good value 28%, good 59.8, enough 10.2% and less by 2%. Comparison of systems conducted on two similar systems taken through a literature study showed that a mobile web-based public complaint geographic information system (Public Complaint) has more features in tracking the location of complaints.

Currently, there are many information systems that are used to support and solve a problem that usually arises in an organization, company or government agency. One of them is Geographic Information System (GIS) technology which has developed rapidly. Where this system can be a means for delivering information on the location of the location, especially those related to the business of tailoring clothes. This geographic information system for mapping the location of the tailor's location aims to analyze, design and build a geographic information system for mapping the location that can convey information on the location of the tailor, convey complete information about the tailor's location so that it can be spread thoroughly to the public or system users, provide useful information to the public in the process of finding the location of tailors in Tembilahan city based on precise and accurate data. In designing the GIS mapping of the tailor's location, Waterfall is a system development method that functions as a mechanism to identify software, as well as UML (Unified Modeling Language) as modeling, and uses the PIECES method to facilitate researchers in building systems. With the geographical information system mapping the location of this tailor, the delivery of information about the tailor's place can be spread thoroughly to the community or system users.   Keywords:  System, Information, Geographic Information System, Tailor,WebGis.

Background: Linkage to care is a crucial early step in successful HIV treatment. This study sought to identify the spatial patterning characteristics of HIV positive clients that are not linked to care in the Kisumu West HIV program using a geographic information system. Methods: The geocodes of HIV positive, non-linked clients’ residences were exported to ArcGIS software. The spatial patterning characteristics of HIV clients that are testing positive and not linked to care was described using Global Moran’s I statistic, which is a measure of spatial autocorrelation. Results: A total of 14,077 clients were tested for HIV. Of clients testing positive for HIV, 10% (n=34) were not yet linked to care two weeks after the diagnosis of HIV. Of the HIV positive non-linked clients, most (65%; n= 32) had spatially identifiable data about where they resided. Regarding the spatial patterning characteristics of the clients who tested HIV positive but were not linked to care and with spatially identifiable residence information, the Global Moran I statistic for autocorrelation was 0.435 (z score 1.383, p- value 0.167). Conclusion: By using age as an attribute value, the spatial distribution of clients testing HIV positive and not being linked to care is random. Geographical information systems can be used to identify the spatial patterning characteristics of HIV positive clients that are not linked to care. A key requirement to achieving this would require the collection of precise and accurate spatially identifiable locator information but without compromising patient confidentiality.

The increasing need for property in Tanjungpinang City is very growing, especially in the housing sector. Selection of property based on location and facilities and infrastructure is always a consideration for the community in making decisions to buy a property. Difficulty finding property location information in a certain area often occurs, resulting in people not getting references about the properties offered in Tanjungpinang City. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based geographic information system (GIS) regarding the distribution of the number of properties on offer, especially in Tanjungpinang City using a web-based mapping approach. In the development of Property GIS the author uses the Waterfall method and in the analysis of system requirements it is modeled with UML (Unified Modeling Language) and implemented with the PHP programming language and MySQLI database. It is hoped that the results of making this property's geographic information system can help the public to find out information about the distribution of properties offered, such as the location of property coordinates, addresses, prices, property photos, property specification data and property developer data.
