: This research to analyze the effect of service speed and service friendliness on the satisfaction of Lamongan coffee house customers. The sample in this study were 100 respondents. Data collection method in this study is questionnaire and documentation study. The method of data analysis uses descriptive quantitative methods, namely with multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption tests.Based on the F test results obtained F-count is greater than F-count 204.254> F table value = 3.09, service speed and service friendliness together have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the T Test Service speed (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, Service friendliness (X2) has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Service speed is the most influential variable on customer satisfaction. Through testing the Determination Coefficient by adjusted R Square (R2) 80.4%, customer satisfaction can be explained by variable service speed and service friendliness, while 19.6% performance can be explained by other variables not examined by this study.

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Perception of Behavioral Control, Attitude, and Wrongdoer Status on Whistleblowing Auditor Behavior. The sample of this study consisted of Auditors of the Bali Province Certified Financial and Development Agency (BPKP) of 55 people. The data collection method used is using a questionnaire distributed to the Auditors of the Bali Province Certified Financial and Development Agency (BPKP). Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS (Statistica Program and Service Solution) program. Referring to the results of the analysis, that Perception of Behavioral Control has a positive effect on Whistleblowing Auditors. The attitude has a positive effect on the Whistleblowing Auditor. Wrongdoer status has a positive effect on Whistleblowing Auditors. Perception of Behavioral Control, Attitude, and Wrongdoer Status have a positive effect on Whistleblowing Auditors.

This study aims to find out the influence of atmosphere, food quality, and perception of value on customer satisfaction. This research uses a type of Quantitative Associative research. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, namely customers at Sumbawa Goa Restaurant. Sampling techniques using non probability sampling and purposive sampling. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the three free variables namely atmosphere, food quality and value perception have a positive and significant influence on restaurant customer satisfaction.

This research aims to find out how the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction to desire to shop at Coco Mart Tabanan. The data used in this research is quantitative data and then processed using multiple linear regression analysis. Population in this research were consumers who made purchases in Coco Mart Tabanan, with a sample of 60 people.Test results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained equation Y = - 0,465 + 0,236X1+ 0,289X2,  which means the quality of service variables (X1) and customer satisfaction (X2) have a significant positive effect on the desire to shop (Y). The correlation test results show that the correlation coefficient of = 0,889 lies between 0,80-1,00 which means that the effect between service quality  (X1) and customer satisfaction (X2) with shopping desire (Y) is very strong. Determination test results, adjusted amount of R2 is 0,790 this means the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction to the desire to shop for 79,0% while the remaining 21,0% influenced by other factors not examined. The results of the f test and t test show that the hypothesis which reads “ there is a significant influence between service quality (X1) and customer satisfaction (X2) on shopping desire (Y) “ can be received by testing significant level 0,000 is smaller than 0,05.

Service quality, price, and atmosphere influence customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, price, and atmosphere on customer satisfaction at Bakso Boedjangan Bintara. The study population was customers of Bakso Boedjangan Bintara and samples taken by 100 people. The data analysis method of this research is multiple linear regression analysis previously tested with the classic assumption test. The test results show that service quality, price, and atmosphere have an effect on customer satisfaction Bakso Boedjangan Bintara.Keywords: Service quality, price, and atmosphere influence customer satisfaction ABSTRAKKualitas pelayanan, harga dan suasana berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga dan suasana terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Bakso Boedjangan Bintara. Populasi penelitian adalah pelanggan Bakso Boedjangan Bintara dan sampel yang diambil sebesar 100 orang. Metode analisis data penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang sebelumnya diuji dengan uji asumsi klasik, Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, harga dan suasana berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Bakso Boedjangan Bintara.Kata kunci: Kualitas pelayanan, harga dan suasana berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

The bank as a service company places great importance on satisfaction through services and products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, namely bank customers who live and have bank accounts in the Cibubur area. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The study found that service quality did not affect customer satisfaction, while product quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence through data analysis of the influence of work culture, organizational commitment, and strandar operational procedures on employee work productivity at PT Kimia Farma Apotek Tbk (Persero) East Bandung Region. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verifikatif method with quantitative approach and using multiple linear regression analysis. Technique of collecting data that is used is by observation at 6 pharmacy chemical pharmacy of East Bandung area through questionnaires completed by interview. the esult of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously between work culture, organizational commitment and standart operational process have a positive effect on employee work productivity. It means that the more work culture organizational commitment, and ordinary operational procedures, will make the work productivity of employees more and more tense. As well as the most dominant most affecting work productivity is comitment organization, meaning with high organizational commitment, automatically employees will work hard for the company, proud of the company and have good emission ties the company.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of simultaneous and partial marketing mix on the purchase decision of prospective consumers of Grand Cempaka Housing.This research uses quantitative methods, and is a survey research from the types of explanatory research whose focus is placed on relational research: studying the relationship of variables. The object of research is the residents of Pasuruan City and the sample in this study is the Prospective Consumer of Grand Cempaka Housing. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis methods.The results of the analysis show that Products, Prices, Places and Promotions simultaneously have a significant effect on the Decision of Purchasing Prospective Consumers of Grand Cempaka Housing. This shows that the marketing mix is one of the marketing strategies that should be considered so that the implementation of the marketing strategy can run successfully because the elements in the marketing mix influence each other. Variables in the marketing mix which include Products, Prices, Places and Promotions partially have a significant effect on the Decision of Purchasing Prospective Consumers of Grand Cempaka Housing. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.
