Nowadays the competition in the culinary world is growing rapidly, especially restaurants or restaurants, this phenomenon has only recently been booming, now we easily find everywhere, both large restaurants and simple houses (warungs). Therefore marketing is very important to support the success of a business. The purpose of this study is to find out the quality of the product, the atmosphere of the place and the quality of service to the purchasing decision at the Asih Jaya Babat restaurant. The method in this study is quantitative by distributing questionnaires to 67 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, partial t test and simultaneous f test. The results of this study indicate that the quality of products has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, the atmosphere of the place has a positive and significant effect, and the quality of service has a negative effect on purchasing decisions at the Asih Jaya Babat restaurant.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of product quality, promotion, and price in the purchasing decision on car audio variations at consumer Subur Audioworkshop Purwokerto either partially or simultaneouslly. Methods used in sampling is sampling purposive sampling based on consideration for adjusting the criteria in order to improve the accuracy of the study sample. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression with the significant level (α) of 0,05. Results of this study showed that the quality of products significantly influence consumers' purchasing decisions, with significant value of 0,000 is less than 0,05. Variable promotion significantly influence consumers' purchasing decisions, with significant value of 0,001 is less than 0,05. Variable quality product significantly affect the purchasing decisions, with significant value of 0,000 is less than 0,05. Variable quality products, promotions and prices simultaneously influence the purchasing decisions of consumers, with a significant value of 0,000 is less than 0,05. This study examines the influence between company complexity and client importance on idiosyncratic volatility. The research sample are listed companies in all industries except financial services and banking for period 2014-2018. The dependent variable is idiosyncratic volatility, while the independent variable is company complexity and client importance. Multiple linear regression was used to test. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect of client importance on the dependent variable and a significant negative effect on company complexity on the dependent variable. This means that business line information and auditor-related factors are a signal for investors to react to company shares. The smartphone is a technology that develops rapidly from year to year. Several factors that can influence consumer purchasing decisions are brand image and promotion. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of brand image and promotion on purchasing decisions. The sample used in this study were 95 consumers of the Oppo brand smartphone at the Mobile Shop Outlet in Gianyar. The data analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that: (1) brand image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, (2) promotion has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, and (3) simultaneously brand image and promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

<em>In the midst of a national economic growth downturn that affected the capital market as a subsystem of the economy, now Indonesia capital market industry began to look at the development of the application of the principles of sharia as an alternative investment instruments in capital markets activities in Indonesia. The growth of the Islamic capital market in Indonesia is quite encouraging, but the Islamic capital market exposure is still minimal. Lack of public understanding about the Islamic capital market into doubt for investors to invest in the capital market. With the background of the problem, this research aims to investigate the level of efficiency increase of capital markets in Indonesia to see the influence of the capital market and the asymmetry of information on abnormal return. The population in this study are all listed company listed on the Stock Exchange 2014-2018 period as many as 626 companies with a total sample of 238 companies were selected based on criteria predetermined. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression and the results showed that the type of capital markets significant negative effect on abnormal returns and the information asymmetry significant positive effect on abnormal returns. The continued development of the Islamic capital market information asymmetry and abnormal returns are also lower so the efficiency of the capital market has also increased. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the quality of the products, promotions, brand trust and satisfaction of consumers against purchasing decisions (case study of user Honda Vario Muara Bulian district). The number of samples in the study was 80 respondents and convience method using sampling. This research method using multiple linear regression test analysis. The results of this study showed that the quality of the products, promotions, brand and trust our satisfaction of influential consumers significantly to purchasing decisions. Test the quality of the data used in this study using the test validity and reliability as for testing the validity, reliability, while for hypothesis testing in this study using a coefficient determination test, test and test F T. multiple linear regression test results it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the variable quality of products, promotions, brand, trust and satisfaction of consumers against purchasing decisions.Keyword: product quality, promotion, brand Trust, satisfaction of consumers and purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this study was to empirically prove the influence of partially or simultan tax examination intensity, quality of service tax, taxpayer compliance, justice, knowledge and understanding of the taxpayer, the tax system, tax discrimination and the possibility of detection of cheating against the perception of taxpayers about tax evasion on KPP Pratama Lubuk Pakam.The population in this research is the whole personal person taxpayer listed on KPP Pratama Lubukpakam 2015 which amounted to 167,946 people by using the sample Slovin formula according to as much as 100 samples with a proportional random and accidental sampling. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression with t-test statistical test, F test and koeficien determination..The results of the study prove that simultan tax examination intensity, quality of service tax, taxpayer compliance, justice, knowledge and understanding of the taxpayer, the tax system, tax discrimination and the possibility of detection of deception effect significantly to taxpayer perceptions about tax evasion.Partially intensity inspection tax, taxpayer compliance, justice, and the possibility of cheating detected no effect on perception of taxpayers about tax evasion, the quality of service of significant negative effect against the taxpayer perceptions about tax evasion, while the knowledge and understanding of the taxpayer, the tax system as well as a significant positive effect of tax discrimination to taxpayer perceptions about tax evasion

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, company image and location, simultaneously and partially on customer satisfaction in TASPEN (Persero) company of Surakarta. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique to sample as many as 100 people. Technique of collecting data in this study use questionnaires. Technical of analyzing used multiple linear regression, F test, t test, the coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis showed the quality of service, corporate image and the location, simultaneously and partially have positive effect and significant impact on customer satisfaction in TASPEN (Persero) company of Surakarta.

This study to analyzing the effect of variable land area, labor, working capital and selling prices on the income level of salt farmers in Rembang Regency. In this study using primary data through the distribution of questionnaires and direct interviews with 45 respondents of salt farmers as owners in Rembang Regency, with a list of questions prepared. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing: T statistical test, F statistical test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the variable area of land, labor , working capital and selling prices has a significant positive effect on the income of salt farmers.
