A brief overview is given in the conventional domed bursting disc structure and manufacturing method. 316L stainless steel as a template is selected. With the investigation on bursting disc material tensile test method, the test results are summarized, also the burst results of disc burst pressure in different sizes. With the help of bursting disc material performance test and bursting disc burst pressure test of 316L , the test results provide a reference for other types of bursting disc.

To meet the needs of test for compound oscillatory roller transmission (CORT) reducer, A comprehensive test system for precision transmission performance was designed, the test-bed structure and control principal of which were introduced. First, a transmission performance test method was proposed and focused on the transmission performance of velocity ratio, accuracy, and efficiency. Then, user interface based on LabVIEW program was designed, and the transmission performance of torque, angle, velocity, velocity ratio, return difference, efficiency could be displayed. Finally, measurement example on an E80 type CORT reducer has been made, and shows that the proposed test system is suitable for test for these reducers of high-precision drive, high stiffness, high load characteristics.

Fuel is something that is very important in everyday life. Almost every human being needs fuel to meet their needs and support their activities, for example cooking in household needs. Currently, fossil fuels or fuel oil (BBM) are still widely used to meet demand, however, it should be noted that fossil fuels or fuel oil (BBM) are non-renewable natural resources. The biomass rocket stove is one of the modern stove innovations that uses biomass energy as the main energy source. Rocket stoves are designed to increase fuel efficiency with thermal efficiency, a combination of the increased combustion efficiency and heat transfer associated with burning briquette fuel. The purpose of this research is to design and manufacture rocket stove fired with coconut and bamboo biomass for household needs as well as developing methods and equipment for performance testing of rocket stoves. In this study, several steps were carried out, including designing a rocket furnace, selecting biomass fuel and testing the performance of a rocket furnace. From the design of the biomass stove, it is noteworthy that the design with two holes makes the combustion air easily enters and makes combustion in the furnace more perfect and efficient. Water boiling test using three types of solid fuels with the cold start condition suggested that the highest thermal efficiency was coconut fronds with a value of 38% and the lowest thermal efficiency was found from coconut shell combustion, i.e. 22%. During hot start test, the highest thermal efficiency was obtained from coconut fronds firing with a value of 41%. Moreover, with simmer water boiling test method, firing the rocket stove with coconut fronds showed the highest thermal efficiency with a value of 37%. PT PJB Muara Karang power plant is an industry with a large electrical energy consumption for auxiliary power. In ISO50001 itensitas Energy Consumption (IKE) is a great need to audit energy consumption. In the contract the company's performance also set a percentage of personal use should not exceed 6% of the electricity production. Currently Posentase usage of own consumption at power plant unit 5 is greater than the power plant unit 4. It is necessary for an energy audit for the usage of its own in order to decrease the percentage of personal use in the power plant 5 0.5% of the current conditions and find energy savings opportunities in the power plant unit 5.To analyze this problem using energy audits, analyzes the performance test method using "gate cycle" and testing the quality of the voltage source by using the power quality measurement analysis. Having found the equipment with the largest energy comsumtion fish bone tools used to find the main cause of this disorder.

Soil contamination remains a global problem. Among the different kinds of remediation technologies, in situ soil thermal remediation has attracted great attention in the environmental field, representing a potential remedial alternative for contaminated soils. Soils need to be heated to a high temperature in thermal remediation, which requires a large amount of energy. For the natural gas heating system in thermal remediation, a fuzzy coordination control strategy and thermohydraulic dynamics model have been proposed in this paper. In order to demonstrate the superiority of the strategy, the other three traditional control strategies are introduced. Analysis of the temperature rise and energy consumption of soils under different control strategies were conducted. The results showed that the energy consumption of fuzzy coordination control strategy is reduced by 33.9% compared to that of the traditional control strategy I, constant natural gas flow and excess air ratio. Further, compared to the traditional control strategy II, constant excess air ratio and desired outlet temperature of wells, the strategy proposed can reduce energy consumption by 48.7%. The results illustrate the superiority of the fuzzy coordination control strategy, and the strategy can greatly reduce energy consumption, thereby reducing the cost of in situ soil thermal remediation.

Solar assisted heat pump system(SAHP) has a wide and wonderful future for its excellent performance in energy saving and environment protection. Solar assisted heat pump system for floor heating is combined by solar assisted heat pump and floor heating. Presents the operating principal and key equipments and designs solar collector, thermal storage container, floor-coil radiator and so on, discusses the feasibility of introduction of a combined heating system for an energy building in Qingdao. On the base of this, two types of energy supply systems, the conventional system(gas heating and SAHP system, were set. Those two types of systems were evaluated regarding energy efficiency and environmental load. According to the results, compared with the conventional system, SAHP system was capable of reducing the primary energy consumption and CO2 emission, respectively 20% and 19.2%.
