The decline of crude palm oil commodity prices and world demand in 2014 to 2016 lead to decline the capability of plantation companies performance. This is apparent from the declining sales capacity, increase of operating expenses, and inventory expenses and the impact is declining financial performance such as net profit. If this is allowed continuously then the consequences are the plantation sub sector companies possibly can get into the financial distress condition. This research aims to predict the level of financial distress condition and to know the relationship significance using Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Current ratio (CR), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Current Liabilities to Assets Ratio (CLAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The research population was plantation sub sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Researcher using purposive sampling in order to obtain a sample of 10 companies. This research uses secondary data from annual financial report of plantation sub sector companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data were tested using logistic regression to explain the influence between these variables. The results of this research indicate that the Return On Equity (ROE), Current ratio (CR), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) did not significantly influence financial distress while Return On Asset (ROA), Current Liabilities to Assets Ratio (CLAR) significantly influence financial distress. This research has purposes to discover and examine the impact which causing from return on equity (ROE), debt to equity ratio (DER) and current ratio (CR) against stock prices in sub-sector telecommunications companies which have been registered on the IDX during period of 2012 - 2019. This research currently uses a quantitative method with sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique during the research period so the samples used were EXCEL, FREN, ISAT and TLKM. The research data used was secondary data through multiple linear regression analysis method. The results had shown that 1) ROE had a positive and significant impact on stock prices; 2) DER had no impact on stock prices; 3) CR had a positive and significant impact on stock prices; and 4) ROE, DER, and CR had simultaneously impact on stock prices.

This study aims to prove the ability of financial ratios in measuring financial distress. As is known that the start of the number of new companies that compete in order to achieve corporate goals, even more national companies that want to compete with foreign companies. On this basis, researchers attempt to prove the probability of occurring financial distress by using several financial ratios, especially large companies such as property and real estate firms. The financial ratios used in this study are current ratio, debt ratio, return on equity ratio, and capitalization ratio. With the type of research that is quantitative, the population that has been used in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. -. The sample obtained is a company that continuously publish its financial report within five years. According to the results of research that has been done, the ratio is able to measure the possibility of financial distress in property companies and real estate is the current ratio, debt ratio, and return on equity ratio. While the ratio is not able to measure the likelihood of occurrence of financial distress is capitalization ratio.

This study aims to determine whether CR, DER, NPM, and TATO effect profit changes. The population in this research are mining companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016-2018 consisting of 48 companies. Sampling was done by purposive sampling and 15 companies were selected. The data in the study comes from the secondary data obtained through the documentation technique. Data analysis with multiple regression analysis using SPSS for Windows version 18. The results showed that there was significant influence simultaneously between CR, DER, NPM, and TATO to Profit Changes. Based on the partial test, the conclusion CR and TATO has positive and not significant effect on profit changes. DER has negative and not significant effect in profit changes. NPM has positive and significant effect on profit changes.

The research population is manufacturing company of food and beverage sub sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Samples are drawn by purposive sampling method. The total sample in this research is 14 companies. The data sourced is secondary data. Data analysis technique using multiple regression. The results showed 1) Earning per Share (EPS) has no significant effect on stock price 2) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no effect on stock price 3) Return on Equity Ratio (ROE) has a significant effect on stock prices

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Financial Ratios on Stock Returns on LQ45 Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The independent variables used are Financial Ratios. The dependent variable used is Stock Return. The population in this study is the Current Ratio, Return on Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Stock Return data on LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 5 years from 2015-2019. The sample in this study is LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Data analysis techniques in this study include multiple linear regression. The test results in this study indicate that the Current Ratio variable has no significant effect on Stock Return. From the results of testing the variables above, the Current Ratio shows the calculated T value of -0.242 T value of the table 2.016 with a significance number 0.810> 0.05. The Return on Equity variable influences the Stock Return. From the results of testing the variables above, Return on Equity shows that the calculated T value of 2.232> T table value of 2.016 with a significance number of 0.031 <0.05. Debt to Equity Ratio variable has a significant effect on Stock Return. From the results of testing the variables above, Debt to Equity Ratio shows that the calculated T value of 5.923> T table value of 2.016 with a significance number of 0.000 <0.05. Current Ratio, Return on Equity, and Debt to Equity Ratio together have a significant effect on Stock Returns with the number that a significant value of 0,000 <0.05 and an F count of 14.498> F table of 3.21.

Abstract Return On Equity (ROE), Deb to Equity Ratio (DER), and Earning Per Share (EPS) are some financial ratios that are used to analyze a company's performance effectively and efficiently. The positive company performance will encourage investors to be stimulated by placing funds through ownership of shares in its. The research sample uses purposive sampling method. The sample are 24 consumer goods sector companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2013 – 2017 with secondary data of annual financial reports. This study discusses about effected these ratios to the price of sharia shares so that it will contribute to analysis and decision making of investors and improvements of company in the future. By using multiple linear analysis methods the results show that simultaneously ROE, DER and EPS have significant effect on stock prices. Partially, ROE and EPS have significant effect, while DER ratio has not significant effect on stock prices. Therefor, Islamic issuers should maintain their performance, especially in profitability. The achivement of company profits is the main indicators to interest investors. It will affect the price of islamic stocks to rise and have positive prospect. Kinerja perusahaan yang positif akan mendorong investor terstimulasi menempatkan dana melalui kepemilikan saham pada perusahaan tersebut. Penarikan sampel penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 24 emiten syariah sektor industri barang konsumsi yang ada di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2013 hingga 2017 dengan sumber data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan. Penelitian ini membahas sejauh mana rasio-rasio keuangan dari emiten syariah tersebut mempengaruhi harga saham sehingga diharapkan akan memberikan kontribusi bagi analisis dan pengambilan keputusan investor ke depannya dalam berinvestasi dan perbaikan kinerja perusahaan di masa akan datang. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis linear berganda hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan ROE, DER dan EPS berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sementara itu, hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa hanya ROE dan EPS yang berpengaruh signifkan, sedangkan rasio DER tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Oleh karena itu, emiten-emiten syariah harus mempertahankan kinerja perusahaan khususnya dalam menghasilkan laba. Pencapaian laba perusahaan menjadi indikator utama ketertarikan investor dalam berinvestasi yang akan mempengaruhi harga saham syariah menjadi naik dan memiliki prospek positif. The purpose of this research was to determine whether Liquidity Ratios (Current Ratio), Solvency Ratio (Debt to Equity Ratio), and Profitability ratios (Return on Equity and Net Profit Margin) have an influence on Earning Per Share.The type of data in this study are secondary data, the sampling method is used purposive sampling and methods polled. The company used a sample of 26 of 136 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2008-2011. This research is quantitative, and statistical testing using multiple linear regression test.The results of this study indicate that simultaneous four independent variables significantly influence the Earning Per Share. Partially shown that Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin has a positive and significant effect on Earning Per Share. Financial distress is a condition that occurs in a company that is characterized by financial difficulties, and if it occurs continuously, it will cause bankruptcy, so analysis is needed to determine the factors that influence these conditions. This study aimed to determine the factors that affect the company's financial distress in the consumer goods industry sector. Predictors used as independent variables are financial ratios which include return on assets, return on equity, current ratio, debt to assets ratio, debt to equity ratio, and macroeconomics (inflation and exchange rates) to predict financial distress in companies. The type of research used is causal associative. In taking the research sample using purposive sampling technique and obtaining 26 companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. Data analysis techniques in the form of logistic regression with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the financial ratio variables used do not affect financial distress. In addition, macroeconomic variables, which include inflation and exchange rates, also have no significant effect on financial distress.

This study aimed to examine the effect of liquidity as measured by current ratio and leverage as measured by debt to equity ratio toward financial distress in trade, services and investment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).This study is considered the causative research. The sample is all trade, services and investment companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2016 until 2017. The sample was determined by the method of purposive sampling, to obtain a sample of 32 companies. Types of data used are secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory and www.idx.co.id. The method of analysis used is logistic regression analysis.Based on the results of logistic regression analysis with a level of 5 percent, liquidity has a negative effect on financial distress in the companies and leverage has a positive and significant effect on financial distress in the companies. Based on the results of this research, it can be used as a corrective action before it develops into severe financial distress and lead to bankruptcy.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh likuiditas yang diukur dengan current ratio dan leverage yang diukur dengan debt to equity ratio terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan perdagangan, pelayanan jasa dan investasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kausalitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan perdagangan, pelayanan jasa dan investasi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016 sampai 2017 sebanyak 134 perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 32 perusahaan sampel. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Indonesia Capital Market Directory dan www.idx.co.id. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi logistik.Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi logistik dengan tingkat signifikansi 5 persen, likuiditas berpengaruh negatif terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan, dan leverage mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan bagi perusahaan agar dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam melakukan tindakan-tindakan perbaikan sebelum financial distress berkembang menjadi parah dan menyebabkan kebangkrutan.Keywords:Bankruptcy; Financial Distress; Leverage; Liquidity.

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio to Return on Equity in basic industrial and chemical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2018.These are 76 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018. Of the 76 listed companies, 10 companies were selected using purposive sampling. The data used in this study are secondary data, with how to collect the information needed from idx in the form of financial statements for 2016-2018. The method used to analyze the relationship between independent variables with the dependent variable is multiple regression method, and assumption test. Results of the discussion shows that simultaneously the independent variables: Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio with the F test, jointly affects the Return on Equity. Result partially with the t test, the variable Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have an effect against Return on Equity. Keywords : ROE, Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio
