Organization requires human resources capable of running its activities properly so as to achieve  the objectives set.Leadership and achievement motivation becomes one of the factors that can affect  the performance of employees in carrying out its activities. This study aims to identify and analyze  the influence of leadership and achievement motivation on employee performance either partially or  simultaneously. This research uses a design causal or causal population numbers are all employees  of the Polytechnic of Immigration Depok. Probability sampling technique is saturated with a sample  of 33 employees. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results  showed that simultaneous (test F) leadership and achievement motivation has a positive and  significant influence on employee performance. Partial test results showed that the variable of  leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Polytechnic of  Immigration, Depok. Achievement motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee  performance Immigration Polytechnic.

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency. The number of samples in this study is 65 respondents using non-probability sampling technique that is saturated sampling. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The regression equation obtained is K = 2.138 + 0.442X1 + 0.218X2. The results of this study explain that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh District, where from the results of the t test, the value of t sig is obtained. emotional Quotient variable is 0.018 <0.05, and spiritual Quotient variable is 0.033 <0.05. Emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency, where the F test results obtained t sig values. 0.011 <0.05. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it is known that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient affect employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada Aceh Timur by 47.2%, while the remaining 52.8% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and human relations to the performance of employees. This research is a quantitative research consisting of performance as dependent variable, job satisfaction and human relation as independent variable. The sample of the research is employee at University X with 50 subject. The sampling technique was done by stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 17.0 for windows. The results showed that there is a very significant influence between job satisfaction and human relations simultaneously on employee performance. Partially there is a very significant influence between job satisfaction on employee performance and there is no influence of human relations to employee performance.

This study aims to analyze capital and profit-taking percentage influance on the revenue of grocery stores in Karang Anyar, Langsa. This study uses primary data and the method used to collect primary data is field research methods. The sample selection used Slovin sampling technique. By using Slovin formula, a population of 5 grocery stores and an error limit of 5 percent, obtained a sample of 5 grocery stores. The data analysis technique used to solve problem in the study is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on calculation of Eviews 11, the simultaneous test results show that capital and percentage of profit-taking percentage have a significant effect on the revenue of grocery stores in Karang Anyar, Langsa. Capital and percentage of profit taking partially have a positive and significant effect on the revenue of grocery stores in Karang Anyar, Langsa

This study aims to determine the effect of Produrict Attbutes [Brand (X1), Packaging (X2), Label (X3),  Service  (X4),  and  Warranty  (X5)]  Tupperware  Customer  Loyalty  (Study  on  Lecturers  and Teaching Personnel  Faculty  of  Economics  University  of  Tadulako  ).  The  type of  research  used  is Causal Descriptive. Population in this research is Lecturer and Teacher of Faculty of Economics of University  of  Tadulako  loyal  use Tupperware  product.  Sampling  technique  in  this  study  using Purposive Sampling,  with  the  number  of  samples  of  60  respondents.  Data collection  using questionnaires.  The  method  of  analysis  using multiple  linear  regression  analysis.  Simultaneous  test results  (Test  F)  show that  variables  [Brand  (X1),  Packaging  (X2),  Label  (X3),  Service (X4),  and Warranty  (X5)]  together  significantly  influence  Tupperware Customer  Loyalty.  Partial  test  results indicate  that  Brand  (X1),  Label (X3),  Service  (X4),  and  Warranty  (X5)  variables  significantly influence Tupperware Customer Loyalty. While Packaging variable (X2) partially no significant effect on Customer Loyalty Tupperware (Study on Lecturer and Teaching Personnel Faculty of Economics, University of Tadulako). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Atribut Produk [Merek (X1), Kemasan (X2), Label  (X3),  Pelayanan  (X4),  dan  Garansi  (X5)]  Terhadap  Loyalitas  Pelanggan Tupperware (Studi pada Dosen dan Tenaga Kependidikan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan  adalah Deskriptif  Kausal.  Populasi  dalam  penelitian ini  adalah  Dosen  dan  Tenaga Kependidikan Fakultaas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako yang loyal menggunakan produk Tupperware. Teknik penarikan  sampel  dalam  penelitian  ini  menggunakan Purposive Sampling,  dengan  jumlah sampel  sebanyak  60  responden. Pengambilan  data  menggunakan  kuesioner.  Metode  analisis menggunakan  analisis  regresi  linear  berganda.  Hasil  pengujian simultan  (Uji  F)  menunjukan  bahwa variabel [Merek (X1), Kemasan (X2), Label (X3), Pelayanan (X4), dan Garansi (X5)] secara bersama-sama  berpengaruh  signifikan  terhadap  Loyalitas  Pelanggan Tupperware. Hasil  pengujian  parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel Merek (X1), Label (X3), Pelayanan (X4), dan Garansi (X5) berpengaruh secara  signifikansi  terhadap  Loyalitas  Pelanggan Tupperware. Sedangkan  variabel  Kemasan  (X2)secara  parsial  tidak  berpengaruh  signifikan terhadap  Loyalitas  Pelanggan Tupperware (Studi  pada Dosen dan Tenaga Kependidikan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako).

This study aims to determine and explain whether there is an influence of competence, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at UD. Sumber Ayem Kediri. This research is a descriptive study with quantitative methods, the sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique, with total population and sample of 30 respondent or employees. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) test of the coefficient of determination (R2) which is processed using the SPSS 16.0 program. The result of the study concluded that partially there is a positive and significant influence between competence on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.026 &lt; 0.05. work discipline partially has a positive and sifnificant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.006 &lt; 0.05. the work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.043 &lt; 0.05. competence, work discipline and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UD. Sumber Ayem Kediri, this can be seen from the significant F value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05.

The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of communication, communication and social performance on the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat. The research method used is survey research method. P The population of this study is all employees of the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat totaling 60 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling techniques from the total population of 60 people, so the research sample is taken. The number of samples in this study was 60 people. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the study indicate that: There is a positive and significant effect of coordination on employee performance at the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat. This means that the better coordination will improve employee performance, and vice versa, the worse the coordination will have an impact on employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence of communication on employee performance at the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat. This means that the better the communication will improve employee performance, and vice versa the worse the communication will have an impact on the low performance of employees.There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance. at the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat. This means that the better the organizational culture will improve employee performance, and vice versa the worse the employee's organizational culture will have an impact on the low performance of employees.There is an influence of coordination, communication and organizational culture together on employee performance at the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat. This means that good coordination, communication and organizational culture will affect the improvement of employee performance, and vice versa, poor coordination, communication and organizational culture will have an impact on the low performance of employees

This study aims to determine the effect of e-billing,and understanding of taxation on tax compliance on taxpayers of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) registered at KPP Pratama Tanjung Karang. This type of explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) registered at KPP Pratama Tanjung Karang. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25.0 software tools. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it shows that partially e-billing and understanding of taxation have a significant effect on tax compliance. The simultaneous test results show that e-billing, and understanding of taxation have an effect on tax compliance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-billing, dan pemahaman perpajakan terhadap kepatuhan pajak pada wajib pajak pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) yang terdaftar di KPP Pratama Tanjung Karang. Jenis penelitian eksplanatori dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) yang terdaftar di KPP Pratama Tanjung Karang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan sampel 100 responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu software SPSS 25.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial e-billing dan pemahaman perpajakan, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pajak. Hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukan bahwa e-billing, dan pemahaman perpajakan berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan pajak.

The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the effect of work motivation and compensation on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research, with two independent variables consisting of work motivation (X1) and compensation (X2) and employee performance-dependent variables (Y). The subjects of this study were employees at the office of the village of Pasir Sari, South Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency. The sampling technique in this study uses a saturated sampling technique or total sampling technique, which amounts to 68 employees. Data collection using a questionnaire or questionnaire while the technique of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using t-test and f test. The results showed that work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the partial test results that the results of the t-test for work motivation variables (X1) obtained t count results of 2.621 with a significance of 0.011. Meanwhile, the value in the distribution table is 5% t table of 1,668. Then thitung> t table (2,621> 1,668). The Significance value of t is smaller than 0.05 (0.011 <0.05). Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance as shown by the partial test results that the results of the t-test for the compensation variable (X2) obtained the results of t count of 4.218 with a significance of 0,000. Meanwhile, the value in the distribution table is 5% t table of 1,668. Then t count> t table (4,218> 1,668). The Significance value of t is less than 0.05 (0,000 <0.05). Work motivation and compensation on employee performance shows that there is a joint effect of work motivation and compensation variables on employee performance, indicated by the calculated F value of 39.638, greater than the f table of 5% distribution of 3.13 and the significance of F of (0,000 < 0.05).   Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh motivasi kerja  dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan dua variabel independen yang terdiri dari motivasi kerja (X1) dan kompensasi (X2) serta variabel dependen kinerja pegawai (Y). Subyek penelitian ini adalah pegawai di kantor desa Pasir Sari Kecamatan Cikarang Selatan Kabupaten Bekasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh atau teknik total sampling, yang berjumlah 68 pegawai. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau quisioner  sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai yang ditunjukan dari hasil pengujian secara parsial bahwa hasil uji t untuk variabel motivasi kerja (X1) diperoleh hasil t hitung sebesar 2,621 dengan signifikansi 0,011. Sementara itu nilai pada tabel distribusi 5% t tabel sebesar 1,668. Maka thitung > t tabel (2,621 > 1,668). Nilai Signifikansi t lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,011 < 0,05). Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai yang ditunjukan dari hasil pengujian secara parsial bahwa hasil uji t untuk variabel kompensasi (X2) diperoleh hasil t hitung sebesar 4,218 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Sementara itu nilai pada tabel distribusi 5% t tabel sebesar 1,668. Maka t hitung > t tabel (4,218 > 1,668). Nilai Signifikansi t lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Motivasi kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai menunjukan adanya pengaruh secara bersama-sama variabel motivasi kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, di tunjukan dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 39,638 lebih besar dari f tabel distribusi 5% yaitu 3,13 dan Signifikansi F sebesar (0,000 < 0,05).

This study to analyze the influence of work motivation, loyalty, employee quality to the employee performance in PT. Varia Usaha Gresik. The samples from this study are all permanent employees of Varia Usaha Gresik company amount to 96 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling method, data analyze technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS 18.0. the study to analyze the influence of work motivation did not have a significant effect to the employee. The loyalty and employee quality significant influence to the employee performance. Work motivation, loyalty, employee quality has simultan and significant influence to employee performance.

Economic development affects the increasingly difficult society, all activities in an organization or from the company one of them is to manage its employees, job satisfaction is one thing that is closely related to employees. Job satisfaction can be measured through self-efficacy and employee performance Assessment. The purpose of this study to find out how much influence Employee Performance Assessment of job satisfaction at Cooperative Inti Bandung and how much influence self-efficacy on job satisfaction at Cooperative of PT Inti Bandung. The method of analysis in this study using descriptive and verification analysis. Unit in this research is employees of Cooperative Inti which amounted to 31 respondents as population. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated or census sampling so that the number of samples in this study were 31 respondents from the total population of employees. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, interviews and observations. The method of analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with partial hypothesis testing using T and simultaneous test using F test. Based on the results of descriptive research that shows that the assessment of employee performance on the category is very good enough, and self-efficacy is good enough, and job satisfaction is satisfactory. The result of verification research stated that job satisfaction can be determined by employee performance assessment and self-efficacy. In addition, the coefficient analysis of self-efficacy determination more influence on job satisfaction in comparison with the assessment of employee performance in Cooperative Inti Bandung.
