The article analyzes the state of existing forms of financing of modern forestry, considers the procedure for financing activities for forestry and hunting by forestry institutions. It is emphasized that the existing procedure for financing and spending funds does not provide for the commensuration of rental income from the sale of finished products and the tax value of standing timber, does not determine the content of relations in general between forestry and timber industry. In order to strengthen financing of forestry production and forestry costs, it is proposed to change the institutional structure of functioning and to focus efforts on financing forestry activities in production forestry associations. It is also proposed that payments for forest resources, as the main item of forest income, be determined on the basis of a rent approach, taking into account supply and demand. The proposed measures will allow to strengthen the relationship between the economic interests of the two types of activities within the framework of a single organization and at the same time to strengthen the financial basis for the implementation of the main goal of forestry - to increase the productivity and sustainability of forests as an important structural element of the country's national wealth.

Water resources are important natural resources and play a key role in economic development and social life. China is one of the countries with the most serious water shortage in the world. In the next few decades, the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources will always plague China. Increasing the use of unconventional water resources to mitigate the water crisis is necessary way to achieve a sustainable development. There has been no effective standard yet in China to evaluate the exploitation level and potential of unconventional water resources. This study describes the current status of the exploitation and aims at establishing an evaluation system incorporating the three relevant factors, namely, driving, restrictive, and risk factors respectively, and provides a theoretical basis for the management of unconventional water resources in China. In order to mine the relationship between data and evaluation indexes, the rough set theory is adopted to determine the weight and objectively reflect the importance of each evaluation index. On the basis of the evaluation system, relevant data from 2006 to 2017 in Beijing were selected, and the results show that the urgency of unconventional water resources development in Beijing was generally on the rise with a small fluctuation range.

Background: Since its initial description in December 2019 in Wuhan, China, coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has rapidly progressed into a worldwide pandemic, which has affected millions of lives. Unlike the disease in adults, the vast majority of children with COVID-19 have mild symptoms and are largely spared from severe respiratory disease. However, thereare children who have significant respiratory disease, and some may develop a hyperinflammatory response similar to thatseen in adults with COVID-19 and in children with Kawasaki disease (KD), which has been termed multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children (MIS-C).Objective: The purpose of this report was to examine the current evidence that supports the etiopathogenesis of COVID-19 in children and the relationship of COVID-19 with KD and MIS-C as a basis for a better understanding of the clinical course, diagnosis, and management of these clinically perplexing conditions. Results: The pathogenesis of COVID-19 is carried out in two distinct but overlapping phases of COVID-19: the first triggered by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) itself and the second by the host immune response. Children with KD have fewer of the previously described COVID-19–associated KD features with less prominent acute respiratory distress syndrome and shock than children with MIS-C.Conclusion: COVID-19 in adults usually includes severe respiratory symptoms and pathology, with a high mortality. Ithas become apparent that children are infected as easily as adults but are more often asymptomatic and have milder diseasebecause of their immature immune systems. Although children are largely spared from severe respiratory disease, they canpresent with a SARS-CoV-2–associated MIS-C similar to KD.

Nature and environment are important for the people earning their living from natural sources of livelihood. This article concentrates on the local perspective of the landscape in the Pallastunturi Fells, which are situated in Pallas-Ylläs National Park in Finnish Lapland. The Fells are both important pastures for reindeer and an old tourism area. The Pallastunturi Tourist Hotel is situated inside the national park because the hotel was built before the park was established 1938. Until the 1960s, the relationship between tourism and reindeer herding had been harmonious because the tourism activities did not disturb the reindeer herding, but offered instead ways to earn money by transporting the tourists from the main road to the hotel, which had been previously without any road connections. During recent years, tourism has been developed as the main source of livelihood in Lapland and huge investments have been made in several parts of Lapland. One example of this type of investment is the plan to replace the old Pallas Tourist hotel, which was built in 1948, with a newer and bigger one. It means that the state will allow a private enterprise to build more infrastructures for tourism inside a national park where nature should be protected and this has sparked a heated debate. Those who oppose the project criticise this proposal as the amendment of a law designed to promote the economic interests of one private tourism enterprise. The project's supporters claim that the needs of the tourism industry and nature protection can both be promoted and that it is important to develop a tourist centre which is already situated within the national park. This article is an attempt to try to shed light on why the local people are so loudly resisting the plans by a private tourism enterprise to touch the national park. It is based on my fieldwork among reindeer herding families in the area.

This commentary analyzes the growth and current status of the education, facilities, faculty, and teaching quality associated with sport communication education in China. It presents findings from a survey of Chinese sport communication students and their perceptions of the quality of education at universities offering such programs, as well as survey results from Chinese sport media professionals and their assessments of the students graduating from these programs. The results of these surveys signify problematic areas in sport communication education, such as an imbalance between the number of students in these programs and the amount of equipment and resources available, the shortage of qualified teachers, and the lack of applied sport communication opportunities available to the students. The article also details the relationship between supply and demand in academia. The commentary closes with proposed strategic solutions for the reformation and development of the academic environment related to sport communication in China.

Cryptocurrencies are a modern kind of financial instrument (Hudson & Urquhart, 2019), the first cryptocurrency is Bitcoin , proposed by who called Satoushi Nakamato (2008), as The open source was created on the proof-of-concept principle that transactions can be securely treated on a decentralized peer to peer network without the need for a central clearinghouse, which appeared 2009 ( Heid, 2013). The success of the bitcoin blazes a trail to what called ‘Altcoin” this expression means all the cryptocurrencies that set in motion after the victory of the bitcoin, these coins sell themselves as the best alternatives for the bitcoin (FRANKENFIELD, 2020) . There are many types for the altcoin. The third type of the cryptocurrency is called Tokens Unlike Bitcoin and Altcoins, tokens are not able to activate independently and are dependent on the grid of another cryptocurrency. That means they do not have their own core DLT or blockchain, but instead, are built on top of an existing cryptocurrency’s blockchain (Types of cryptocurrencies: explaining the major types of cryptos, 2019). The worth of bitcoin doesn’t depend on any tangible asset or economies of the countries while it is based upon the security of an algorithm which traces all transactions (Hudson & Urquhart, 2019). The studies determine the number of the bitcoin price development in the long -run (Ciaian, Rajcaniova, & Kancs, 2018): • Market forces of the Bitcoin supply and demand • The bitcoin’s attractiveness for the investors • The influence of global macro-financial developments If you're forming an investment strategy designed to help you trail long-term financial intentions, understanding the relationship between company size, return potential, and risk is vital. Connectivism is a hypothesis of learning which emphasizes the role of the social and cultural context. The relationship among work experience, learning and knowledge, as expressed in the concept of connectivity, is central to connectivism, motivating the name of the theory. According to the current status of online social network approaches, the interconnected computers increase the human intellect, because the network increases the cognitive capacity of individuals. The change in the role of knowledge that is taking place in society has to do with the relationship between technology and society. A collaborative group of knowledge building in the network is emerging as a result of the technological trends and culture. This article discusses the arrival of Virtual Communities of Building Knowledge (VCBK) as a phenomenon that appears spontaneously online. Traditional theories of learning and construction of knowledge have not taken into account the revolution that has occurred in recent decades due to the emergence of ICT. The connectivism refers to the knowledge in the network that arises from the interaction within a group of knowledge construction. In this paper, we consider some cases of VCBK: GNU/Linux, Wikipedia and MOOC. In VCBK, knowledge is created by the group. The sense or meaning created is the result of the group’s dialogue.

FOREST PRODUCTION WORK SAFETY ABSTRACT: The objective of this paper is to analyze the direct employment and work accidents that occurred in forest production, in plantations, native and support activities. For each activity, in the period from 2006 to 2014, the number of direct jobs, total, registered, typical, commuting and work-related accidents and unrecorded accidents were recorded. Trend models were calculated for the calculation of the annual growth rates of direct jobs and work accidents. Pearson's linear correlation was used to explain the relationship between the number of direct jobs and the accidents of forestry production. The number of direct jobs generated in plantation and native production has increased over the past 8 years. Only for the sector of support activities has the workforce declined. Among the accidents recorded, the planted had, on average, the largest number of accidents, followed by activities of support and production of natives. Many accidents occurred are not communicated, giving damage to the injured in claiming their rights. Of the accidents recorded the main type corresponds to the typical accident. Strong correlations were found between direct jobs and total accidents for planted forests and support activities. Keywords: direct jobs; accidents; productive chain.
