Improving employee productivity is one of the main objectives for any organization. This is because high employee productivity can lead to positive organizational outcomes. This study aims to examine the effects of work environment and organizational learning on employee productivity in higher education sector. The data was collected using a survey instrument from 242 employees at public universities in northern Malaysia. The collected data was then coded and analysed using SPSS and structural equation modelling (AMOS). The findings indicated that work environment had significant positive effect on employee productivity. The findings also indicated that organizational learning had significant positive effect on employee productivity. These results provide beneficial suggestions for policy makers to formulate the relevant strategies in terms of work environment and organizational learning for the purpose of improving the productivity of employees to achieve competitive advantages and favourable organizational outcomes.

This study aims to test the direct effects of employee empowerment, teamwork, and employee training on employee productivity in higher education sector. Based on the review of past literature, it is clear that only few studies were conducted on employee productivity, particularly, in education sector. Therefore, the data of this study were collected using an online survey from a sample of 242 employees serving at public universities in northern Malaysia. To analyse the collected data, SPSS and structural equation modelling were utilized. The results revealed that employee empowerment has significant positive effect on employee productivity. It was also found that teamwork has significant positive effect on employee productivity. Finally, the study found that employee training has significant positive effect on employee productivity. These findings provide useful implications for policy makers to set out their strategies with regard to human resource factors to in order to enhance both employee productivity and organizational performance.

Job satisfaction is one of the most important topics in the field of management and it has received a noteworthy attention from both scholars as well as business practitioners. This is because employee job satisfaction is the main predictor of organizational success and long term performance. This paper examines the impact of four factors namely employee engagement, employee motivation, work environment, and organizational learning on job satisfaction in higher education sector. The data were collected using a survey instrument from 242 employees of public universities in northern area of Malaysia. The collected data was analysed using SPSS and structural equation modelling. Overall, the findings indicated that employee engagement has significant positive effect on job satisfaction. It was also found that employee motivation has significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Moreover, this study revealed that work environment and organizational learning have significant positive effects on job satisfaction. These results provide useful insights for the management in higher educational institutions and suggest that the selected human resource factors are very important for improving job satisfaction.

This study aimed to determine the effect of work environment, training, and competence on work satisfaction in improving employee performance. The object in this study is PT. Asaputex Jaya, located in Tegal City, engaged in woven sarong’s trading business with the Korma Tree brand. The sample used in this study was determined by a simple random sampling method, obtaining 105 respondents. The data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out independently. The analysis used in this study uses the analysis method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study proves and concludes that: work environment and work training have a significant positive effect on work satisfaction. However, competence does not affect work satisfaction. Besides, the work environment negatively affects employee performance, and work training does not affect employee performance. Also, competence and work satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Further research must develop more varied models to provide different research findings, such as adding work stress variables, work motivation, work discipline, and others.

This study analyzes the effect of e-training, career development, and employee resilience on employee productivity of State-Owned Enterprises for Survey Services in Indonesia. The sample in this study were employees of one of the State-Owned Enterprises for Survey Services. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a valid response of 270 respondents. The research method used is quantitative. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Amos 24. The results showed that e-training and career development had a significant positive effect on employee resilience. Career development and employee resilience had a significant positive effect on employee productivity. In contrast, e-training does not affect employee productivity. The results of this study provide useful implications for policymakers to determine company strategies related to e-training, career development, and employee resilience to increase employee productivity.

This paper intends to investigate the role of engagement, motivation, work environment, supportive culture, and organizational learning on job satisfaction. Responses were collected from 169 employees in Malaysian higher education sector. Further, the data obtained were analysed by using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results indicated that there are positive and significant relationships between engagement, supportive culture, motivation, and work environment on job satisfaction among employees of Malaysian higher education sector. However, organizational learning is not a significant towards job satisfaction. In future research, employees from private universities and public universities can be studied as comparison. By conducting these comparisons, it will help in creating plans to narrow down the gaps between these two sectors. In addition, the results will help to enhance the rising literature on job satisfaction from Asian context as this study was based on Malaysian samples. Data from employees working in different higher education institutions was utilized for this study to ensure the unbiased responses. Therefore, this study contributes to the literature concerning job satisfaction among employees, and the results of this study provide significant evidence on the influence of engagement, motivation, work-environment, organizational learning and supportive culture on job satisfaction in Malaysian higher education sector.Keywords: Malaysia, Engagement, Motivation, Work Environment, Organizational Learning, Supportive Culture, Job Satisfaction, Higher Education

This study aims to look at the influence of emotional intelligence, training and work environment on teacher performance in SMPN 1 Luak District, Lima Puluh Kota. This type of research is quantitative research using survey methods. The sample in this study were 35 teachers with PNS and Non PNS status. The data analysis method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modelin ) analysis technique based on PLS ( Partial Lea st Square) variance .Data collected through questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. The higher the emotional intelligence, the higher the teacher's performance. This is indicated by the value of the original sample (coefficient) of emotional intelligence variables of 0.524, and p-value of 0.000. Training has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. The better the training, the better the teacher's performance, this is indicated by the value of the original sample of training variables of 0.296 and p-value of 0.034. The work environment has no effect on teacher performance. An employee who has a high performance and better able to support the achievement of the goals and objectives set by the company. Employees can work well if you have a high performance that can produce good work anyway. With the high- performance that employees, is expected to achieve organizational goals. This study examines the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction to be intervening variable. Data on compensation, work environment, job satisfaction, and employee performance obtained through observation, record keeping and questioner with respondents. The data obtained are then analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). Statistical tests results showed  (1) the compensation proved significant positive effect on job satisfaction the path coefficient of 0.434 and T-Stats for 4.880, (2) work environment proved to be a significant positive effect on job satisfaction the path coefficient of 0.434 and T-Stats for 4.074, (3) job satisfaction proved to be a significant positive effect on employee performance the path coefficient of 0.264 and T-Stats for 2.458, (4) compensation proved positive and significant effect employee performance the path coefficient of 0.242 and T-Stats for 2.912, (5) work environment proved positive and significant effect employee performance the path coefficient of 0.378 and T-Stats for 3.343. Based on test results obtained statistical results of all variables positive and signicant impact.

This study Wages and incentives are important elements in increasing employee productivity. With the provision of appropriate wages and incentives, it is expected that the productivity of 5 SME Service Businesses in west Java, Bekasi will increase, so that companies are ready and able to compete with other companies in facing competition. The research objective of this study was to determine how high the influence of wages and incentives on employee work productivity. The sampling technique is quite simple, namely by using a saturated sample, namely all employees of 5 SMEs, totaling 81 people. The research method uses the PLS technique. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, outer inner loading analysis and t test. The results of this study indicate both partially and collectively salaries and incentives have a significant positive effect on employee work productivity.

This study aims to test and analyze the quality of the system against perceived usefulness, the quality of information against perceived usefulness, the quality of the system to user satisfaction, Information Quality to user satisfaction and perceived usefulness to user satisfaction. The population in this research is employees teller and customer service department of Bank BJB in subang city. Sampling technique is nonprobability sampling by using purposive sampling method. The type of data used is primary data with questionnaire data collection method. Hypothesis testing used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with variance Structural equation test or better known as Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of the research shows that Quality System has a significant positive effect on Perceived Usefulness, Quality of Information has a significant positive effect on Perceived Usefulness, Quality of System has a significant positive effect on user satisfaction, Information Quality has positive significant effect on user satisfaction, and Perceived Usefulness has no effect to User Satisfaction

This research determines the distributive justice of compensation, procedural justice of compensation and emotional intelligence on affective commitment. The populations of this study are 115 non-managerial employees of three BMT in Yogyakarta. This study uses quantitative methods and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) is used to analyze the data collection which is operationalized by the AMOS 21 application program. The results of this study indicate that distributive justice and emotional intelligence have a significant positive effect on affective commitment while procedural justice compensation has no effect on affective commitment.
