This study aims to look at the influence of emotional intelligence, training and work environment on teacher performance in SMPN 1 Luak District, Lima Puluh Kota. This type of research is quantitative research using survey methods. The sample in this study were 35 teachers with PNS and Non PNS status. The data analysis method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modelin ) analysis technique based on PLS ( Partial Lea st Square) variance .Data collected through questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. The higher the emotional intelligence, the higher the teacher's performance. This is indicated by the value of the original sample (coefficient) of emotional intelligence variables of 0.524, and p-value of 0.000. Training has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. The better the training, the better the teacher's performance, this is indicated by the value of the original sample of training variables of 0.296 and p-value of 0.034. The work environment has no effect on teacher performance. This is indicated by the original sample value of the work environment variable of 0.180 and the p-value of 0.165 which is greater than the alpha of 0.05.Keywords : Emotional Intelligence, Training, Work Environment, Teacher PerformanceThis study aims to look at the influence of emotional intelligence, training and work environment on teacher performance in SMPN 1 Luak District, Lima Puluh Kota. This study aimed to determine the effect of work environment, training, and competence on work satisfaction in improving employee performance. The object in this study is PT. Asaputex Jaya, located in Tegal City, engaged in woven sarong’s trading business with the Korma Tree brand. The sample used in this study was determined by a simple random sampling method, obtaining 105 respondents. The data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out independently. The analysis used in this study uses the analysis method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study proves and concludes that: work environment and work training have a significant positive effect on work satisfaction. However, competence does not affect work satisfaction. Besides, the work environment negatively affects employee performance, and work training does not affect employee performance. Also, competence and work satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Further research must develop more varied models to provide different research findings, such as adding work stress variables, work motivation, work discipline, and others.

Logistics management is an essential ingredient for organizations in gaining higher profitability. The goal of logistics management was to optimize the number, size, and geographical arrangement of plant and warehouse facilities, select transportation methods, and control distribution costs. There has been shortfall in the supply of cattle and its products due to the considerable spatial separation of production area from consumption area and other ancillary factor. Also, most livestock/cattle supplier in Nigeria do not employed effective logistics management which in turn negatively affect meat/cattle delivery to their customers, inventories, and profit performance. This study examined the effect of management information flow and warehousing management activities on profitability of cattle dealers in selected markets in Nigeria. This study employed descriptive survey design. The target population comprised 4, 248 cattle dealers across the eight approved Abattoir/ markets in Lagos State. A multi-stage sampling technique was adopted to select the sample size of 437. A close-ended well-structured survey questionnaire was adapted, validated and used for collecting data for the study. The Cronbach’s alpha coefficients for the constructs were 0.931. The response rate to the 437 copies of the questionnaire administered was 82.7%. Data were analyzed using structural equation model (SEM). Findings revealed that management of information flow had significant positive effect on the profitability of cattle dealers in selected cattle markets in Lagos State (β= 0.269, t=5.450, p-value<0.05). Warehousing management activities had significant positive effect on the profitability of cattle dealers in selected cattle markets in Lagos State β=0.391, t=9.085, p<0.05). The study concluded that logistics management had significant and positive effect on the profitability of cattle dealers in selected markets in Lagos State. It was recommended that internal structure and systems that allow free and timely flow of information between cattle dealers and primary producers/cattle farmers should be put in place. Further, there should provision adequate linkage between the different players involved in the meat production/ processing value chain. Also, a strategic approach to logistics management through embracing modern technology and employee training is recommended.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the promotion mix on travel interest; the influence of the promotional mix on the desire to revisit; and the influence of interest in traveling to the desire to visit again. The purpose of the study was made because based on the fact of a repeat visit, because Gemah Beach has an appalling situation, for example the condition of Gemah Beach is less clean and the facilities are less satisfactory. This research method uses quantitative research methods with a population of 1201 students. The sampling technique used a random sampling of 206 students. Variables consist of promotion mix (X1), interest in traveling (X2), and desire to re-visit (X3). Data collection using documents and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that: the promotion of a significant positive influence on travel interest showed a probability value of 0,000 below the p value of 0.05; the promotion mix did not have a significant positive effect on the desire to revisit, indicating a probability value of 0.052 above the p value of 0.05; interest in traveling has a significant positive effect on the desire to revisit showing a probability value of 0,000 below the p value of 0.05.Keywords: Promotion Mix, Marketing Mix, Travel, RevisitAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran promosi terhadap minat berwisata; pengaruh bauran promosi terhadap keinginan berkunjung ulang; dan pengaruh minat berwisata terhadap keinginan berkunjung ulang.

Abstract This study aims to empirically challenge the moderation of Non-Performing Loans to the effect of Credit Distribution Rates on Profitability. The population of 81 bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018 and which met the criteria of the research sample (purposive sampling) were 22 companies. The research method uses survey methods with quantitative research approaches, the analytical tool used is moderation regression. This study concludes that the level of credit distribution has a significant positive effect on profitability and the existence of the problem loan variable is proven to be a moderating variable that weakens the relationship between the level of credit distribution and profitability.
