Panrita Lopi Beach is one of the natural tourist destinations that needs to be surveyed by visitors in order to identify and determine strategies for developing tourist attractions and also marketing in Kutai Kartanegara Regency. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of tourists and travel patterns of tourists who visit and to determine the perception of the level of tourist satisfaction with infrastructure products, public facilities and tourism facilities in this tourist destination. The main variables used in segmenting comprise: Geographic Segmentation, Demographic Segmentation, Psychographic Segmentation, and Behavior-based Segmentation. This research is a type of survey research with a qualitative descriptive approach. I carried out data collection from primary data sources and secondary data sources. The sample used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique by accidental sampling, namely a sampling technique based on chance, anyone who coincidentally meets a researcher can be used as a sample, if it is deemed that the person who was met is suitable as a data source. Data that has been collected from research results related to typology (characteristics, travel patterns) and visitor perceptions can be analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The analyzed data comes from surveys through questionnaires that have been given to visitors, including data on visitor profiles, visitor travel patterns, and visitor perceptions about this Panrita Lopi beach.

Abstract: The learning carried out by the teacher in the classroom must develop the quality of learning, one of which is learning motivation, students who are not passionate about learning are not optimal and of high quality, from this goal the reality is still far from expectations, many students are not aware of the importance of studying seriously, there is no passion study, there is no fun in the study room. The sampling technique used is Census Sample (Sample Saturated), while criterion-based selection is used when conducting qualitative research, 30 students as primary data sources, two teachers as secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires, while data analysis by reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions and verification by means of research stages I and II students and teachers with a Da'wah educational background, stage III and IV student informants and teachers with PAI educational background.

Coronavirus new which caused the outbreak of pneumonia and caused the closure of tourist destinations and caused many SMEs products to be returned by the souvenir center and SMEs production stopped during the Covid-19 pandemic. Banyuwangi Regency has also experienced the closure of tourist destinations starting March 2020 and has an impact on SMEs in Banyuwangi Regency, one of which is Ratu Manis SMEs. After the closure of tourist attractions, 70% of Ratu Manis SMEs products that were entrusted to the souvenir center and tourist attractions were returned. The number of SMEs Ratu Manis production has also decreased. Many exhibition events at every festival held in Banyuwangi Regency have been canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Ratu Manis SMEs is trying to rise from the impact caused by the Covid-19 pandemic through synergy from various parties with the help of the government, academics, media and the community using the pentahelix approach. The research approach used in this research is descriptive research. The data sources used in this study are secondary and primary data sources. The data were collected using data collection techniques, namely observation and interviews with the source triangulation strategy for data validity. With penta helix synergy of industry, government, academia, media and the community sweet queen SMEs can survive to face the pandemic covid-19 and may even improve the quality of the products and sales turnover also increased from 20 kg to 40 kg per day.

This research was conducted to find out the motivation of female tourist to visit Gay club, the perception of the tourist and local community towards the Gay Club. The methods used in this research id descriptive qualitative. The technique of determination of informants used is purposive sampling technique. Data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. Primary data in this research is sourced from direct observation to the research location by means of observation and interviews. While secondary data in this research are the data obtained from the documentation or studies library to complement the primary data. The result of the research shows that most tourist say curious to see Gay club as a motivation for a visit; most tourist plead happy after seeing the atrractions there; most neutral against Gay tourist; most local community already know about Gay club; most local community are not disturbed; most local people are not benefitting from the presence of the Gay club. The museum is one of the cultural heritages that should be preserved. Museum Bali is one of the old museum is located in the city of Denpasar and became an icon of cultural tourism. The purpose of this study to determine the perceptions and motivations of tourists to Museum Bali as cultural tourist attractions in Denpasar. This study uses primary data and secondary. Data collection technique used observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. Sampling technique using the formula slovin by sampling using accidental sampling devoted to 96 respondents. To analyze data using qualitative descriptive. The results of this study indicate that the perception of tourists to Museum Bali shows a good response because from 17 indicators used as a measure of the response has been positive, there are two indicators  got  bad response. Advice can be given is the need for more interesting information and support so that tourists are more interested to know the collections of the Museum Bali.There needs to be a cultural attraction, the better promotion and attractive to increase the number of tourist visits.   Keywords: Tourist Perception, Museum, Cultural Tourist Attraction

This research was made to build a design of destination branding for Tourist Village Kerta in Payangan Districts, Gianyar Regency. The Method that being used is qualitative description. The informant determination technique that being used are purposive sampling technique. The data sources that being used are secondary data sources and primary data sources. The Primary data on this report is a data that comes from the observation, focus group discussion (FGD) and interview. While the secondary data on this report comes from the documentation and literature study to completed the primary data. The result from this research showing us that a brand from Tourist Village Kerta is a Climatic Village. Climatic Village was choosen as Tourist Village Kerta brand because Kerta Village has won many awards as Climatic Village. The logo design of Kerta Village as Climatic Village is described with four components such as a bamboo, a cow or a cattle, human and a temple. The bamboo, cattle and human was connected to the Tri Hita Karana concept, while the temple showing us the connection between human and the God. Tibu sampi waterfall is a waterfall that has the potentiality and opportunities to be developed into a tourist attraction. However, the development of this waterfall has not been optimally reached. This study aims to determine the development of Tibu Sampi Waterfall as a tourist attraction. This study uses qualitative data with data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data sources are obtained through observation, interview and documentation techniques with the technique of determining individual sample selection. The results of this study indicate that there are internal and external obstacles in the development of Tibu Waterfall as a tourist attraction. The internal obstacles are divided into three, namely the limited capital owned by Gunung Salak village; lack of adequate human resources in the field of tourism; and lack of promotion in the development of tourist attractions. The external obstacle is lack of contributions from investors.  Of the various obstacles faced and slowing down the development of Tibu Waterfall as a tourist attraction, the community must create several efforts including the government or related parties to provide tourism education and training to the local community; to improve tourism products; to disseminate information in the form of brochures and guidebooks; to improve structuring and infrastructure; to cooperate with investors; to make local culture an attraction for tourists;  and to develope tour packages.    Keywords: Study of development, tourist attraction, Gunung Salak Village, Tibu Sampi Waterfall

The purpose of this research is to know community participation in managing Bongkasa Pertiwi Village in Badung Regency. In this study using primary data sources and secondary data sources, while the type of data used is qualitative data. Methods of data collection through observation, interview and documentation study. Determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used is qualitative data analysis technique and constrained by 4A concept, rural tourism concept, management concept and society participation concept. The research results obtained is Public participation is not optimal in managing tourist village, lack of public participation in planning, organizing, implementation and supervision because of the weakness of role of tourism village manager, low quality of human resources, socio-economic life of the community and lack of cooperation. This research was conducted to find out what kind of waste management is in the tourist attraction of Candikusuma Beach and how much participation and involvment of society in it. Garbage now becomes a crucial problem so it needs to be identified more about it’s management. Waste is a challenge in the implementation of tourism activities. Rubbish need to be addressed in maintaining Cleanliness (Kebersihan) and Beauty (Keindahan) of tourism attraction as an indicator in the Sapta Pesona. The methods used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The technique of determination of informants used is purposive sampling technique. Data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. Primary data in this research is sourced from direct observation to the research location by means of observation and interviews. While secondary data in this research are the data obtained from the documentation or studies library to complement the primary data from the Locus of the reserch. The results of research indicate that the existing waste management in coastal tourist attraction Candikusuma Beach is good, it’s just the involvement of the community in it has not been maximized and less care about coastal cleanliness, the identification process of this management using 3R process among others Reduce, Reuse Recycle. Origin of waste there is a large portion of it coming from the junk mail from upstream. Although there are still many things thet need to be addressed in order to make the management process better and maximum. Keyword : Waste, 3R Process, Society Participation.

This study aims to determine how the teacher's role in shaping the disciplinary character of the fifth-grade students of SDN 42 Ampenan. This research is motivated by the importance of shaping the character of discipline because currently there are many deviations that are far from noble character. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Research location at SDN 42 Ampenan. Primary data sources are teachers and school principals, secondary data sources are the results of documentation. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. The data collected is in the form of words and pictures. Data analysis used the Miles, Humberman, and Saldana models, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that the form of the disciplinary character of students at SDN 42 Ampenan was time discipline, discipline in enforcing rules, discipline in attitude and discipline in worship, while the role of class V teachers in shaping the character of student discipline at SDN 42 Ampenan was the teacher as an educator, teacher, mentor, trainers, and evaluators. The results of this study are indicated by changes in attitudes and behavior of students in a better direction by reflecting the habit of obeying the rules in school.

This study aims to analyze the development of MICE tourism and its contribution to employment absorption in the tourism sector and tourist visits in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. MICE activities (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions) held in an area may contribute to various sectors. However, the implementation of MICE activities in an area has not yet been clearly measured for its contribution to employment absorption or number of tourist visits. This research sample uses purposive sampling technique, using primary data and secondary data. Primary data in the form of in-depth interviews and questionnaires. While secondary data in the form of data on the number of MICE, labor in the tourism sector, and tourist visits in 2014 - 2018. The analytical method used in this study is quantitative and qualitative SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threat) and is supported by descriptive statistics for strengthen analysis. The results showed the development of MICE tourism in DIY over a period of 5 years (2014-2018) had increased. MICE has grown a lot in Sleman Regency and Yogyakarta City, due to the factor of accommodation facilities, location close to tourist destinations and airports. MICE has a contribution to employment absorption seen from the positive quadrant sign between strength and weakness of 144.96. In addition, MICE also contributes to tourist visits as seen from the positive quadrant sign of 119.03. Keywords: MICE, employment absorption, tourist visit
