Strategy for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) kemplanganggang in Martapura District, Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Regency. The method used in this study used a saturated sample method, the samples taken were SMEs, kemplang traders and the Department of Industry and Trade in the city of Martapura. The types of data used in this study include primary and secondary data, which are analyzed using the SWOT matrix. The results of the research in the field obtained an average of 2.93 internal factors and 3.26 external factors, this means that the Kemplanganggang UKM in Martapura District, East OKU Regency is in position II with a concentration strategy through Horizontal integration, from the SWOT analysis it can be concluded that UKM Baked kemplang has weaknesses and threats that must be minimized so that it can develop more advanced in the future, there are several ways that have been analyzed, namely by increasing kemplang production, making packaging more attractive and using labels, promoting through social media, increasing forms. kemplang variants to make it more attractive, and add outlets and expand the network by entering areas where there is no kemplang production.

The research is aimed to review competitiveness strategies of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) during the pandemic of Covid 19 to the MSME creative industries of Kp. Pelintahan notably. This research used primary and secondary data and used a descriptive qualitative approach for criticism to analyze the latest problems of MSME creative industries in this pandemic of Covid 19, which used semi-structured interviews, participative observation, and questionnaires for data accumulation technic. Then used AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method and continued with SWOT analysis to formulate a strategy for solving it. The respondence of this research is about ten employees of MSME creative industries Kp. Pelintahan. The result of SWOT analysis is about 0,49 for IFAS and -1,54 for EFAS. Based on SWOT Matrix, the MSME Creative Industries position in Kp. Pelintahan is on 2nd Quadran for rating, which MSME Creative Industries employees of Kp. Pelintahan can take advantage of even a little strength to minimize a terrifying threat. The primary strategy is the Diversification Strategy with their salespeople to market their products MSME Creative Industries Kp. Pelintahan, which the market is reached out of Sumatera except for Lampung.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an important part of a country's economy. This important role has encouraged many countries including Indonesia to continue to strive to develop MSMEs. The objectives of this study were(1) To determine whether the length of business had a partial effect on the income of Pandan Wangi MSMEs in Tumbakbayuh Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency, (2) To determine whether the number of workers had a partial effect on the income of Pandan Wangi MSMEs in the Village. Tumbakbayuh, Mengwi District, Badung Regency, and (3) To find out whether the length of effort and the number of workers have a simultaneous effect on the income of Pandan Wangi MSMEs in Tumbakbayuh Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency. The samples in this study were all Pandan Wangi SMEs in Tumbakbayuh Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency using the saturated sample method, with the analysis technique using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis of the length of business, it has a partial effect on the income of SMEs Pandan Wangi in Tumbakbayuh Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency, because the t-count value is greater than the t-table value or the -t-count value is smaller than the -t table value, the number of workers has a partial effect. on the income of Pandan Wangi MSMEs in Tumbakbayuh Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency, because the t count value is greater than the t table value or the -t count value is smaller than the -t table value, the length of business and the number of workers have a simultaneous effect on the income of MSMEs Pandan Wangi in Tumbakbayuh Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency, because the calculated F value is greater than the F table value.

It cannot be denied that micro, small and medium enterprises have a strategic role in the country's economic system, among these strategic roles are absorbing local resources and wider employment opportunities and contributing to efforts to alleviate poverty. Based on data from the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia in 2017, the workforce absorbed from MSMEs was 97.02%. This figure increased from the previous year of 112,828,610 people. The city of Medan has the potential for very rapid economic growth, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Medan noted that the economy of Medan in 2018 grew by 5.92%. Even though the potential of micro-businesses is very potential, various problems still surround micro-businesses, making it difficult to develop. As an economic foundation, the MSME sector is the sector most affected by the Covid-19 outbreak due to the absence of activities outside the home by most people. This study intends to identify and analyze the problems faced by Small and Medium Enterprises and strategies for their strengthening during the Covid 19 Pandemic in Medan City. This research is a qualitative study with a literature review which was conducted in the city of Medan in July-November 2020. The type of data used is secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency and the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises with the object of research being MSME actors. The results showed that the sales of MSME products in the city of Medan decreased by 68% due to difficulty in obtaining raw materials and delays in the distribution process as well as difficulties in capital which resulted in a slowing down of the production process by 16% of the total number of MSMEs in the city of Medan. The strengthening strategy is the Rapid Skimming strategy by setting high sales and promotion prices, or vice versa, namely the Low Skimming strategy and the Rapid Penetration strategy, by setting low product prices and high promotions or vice versa with the Slow Penetration strategy.

This study aims to identify and evaluate the factors including internal (strengths and weaknesses) and external scope (opportunities and threats) in determining the strategy of the Balai Diklat in support the growth of agro-based micro, small and medium enterprises in Makassar City, as well as to determine the Balai Diklat strategy with a deep SWOT analysis support the growth of small and medium agro-based enterprises in the City Area Makassar. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation, interview, with the analysis used is the SWOT analysis. Research result indicates that the factors comprising the internal environment with pay attention to the strengths and weaknesses and the external environment, namely opportunities and threats. Wherefrom the analysis of the internal and external environment hence the results of this study the Makassar Industrial Education and Training Center still has strength and great opportunities in overcoming weaknesses and threats. From the analysis of the results of strategy determination using SWOT analysis, including strategic planning, strategy determination, and decision-making stages regarding the strategy, the strategy carried out by BDI Makassar in encouraging the growth of agro-based micro, small and medium enterprises Develop competency-based training modules and curriculum, Implement monitoring and evaluating programs/activities, recruiting processing machine instructors, general graphic and functional design instructor, Organizing 3 in 1 training, competency-based industrial system training and business incubator, and Improve the quality of human resources by attending training, industrial apprenticeships and writing KTI.

The only tourism attraction with waterfall based located closest to the center of Padang city administration.isPemandianLubukTampuruang. This attraction is still natural, had not been built and managed by local government as well as the private sector in the Belimbing sub district, The district of Belimbing, Padang,West Sumatra province. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to formulate appropriate policies to be applied in the development of tourism attractions that can improve Micro, Small, Medium EnterpriseS (UMKM) in the area. This research employed SWOT analysis, by analyzing the strengths and weaknesses (internal), opportunities and threats (external) in the tourism object Pemandian LubukTampuruang. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Based on this research, its main strength is that it is the only waterfall tourist attraction in the city that is easy to be reached, while the weakness is inadequate infrastructure.The opportunitiesof this attraction is it has the potential to be a good quality tourism attraction while the threats to be anticipated is a sudden natural disaster that would have a negative impact and impede the development of the attraction. Suggested strategy in developing Pemandian LubukTampuruang Baths is SO strategy (Strengths Opportunitis) which is a strategy to maximize the existing strengths in the location to seize opportunities that will make this attraction even better than before.

Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) of Areta Agung is a brick-and-mortar SME in the city of Palembang. The purpose is to increase the productivity of brick sales. The results based on sales data Market Share as much as 24%. Before improving the strategy formulate external and internal factors. Externally using benchmarking data, namely the comparison of similar SME factors and internal results from brainstorming, namely data obtained from the results of SME of Areta Agung. In this study SWOT analysis is used to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats faced by SME. After that, the SWOT matrix generates an improvement strategy, which is then improved using the Marketing Mix (4P). Its implementation includes products, namely receiving services outside of operations. Price is the addition of price variations for shipping outside the city. Promotion, namely making online sales advertisements, sales promotions, publicity, personal selling. The place is to add a building depot subscription. The results obtained by Partial Productivity before preparation were 0.565.

Classic problems that are often encountered in Small and Medium Enterprises are generally related to the lack of management capabilities in working capital management. These limitations cause difficulties in measuring the financial performance of Small and Medium Enterprises. Measurement of financial performance, generally uses complex financial indicators for large companies so that it is not suitable when applied to Small and Medium Enterprises. This study aims to determine the condition of the financial performance of Small and Medium Enterprises in the City of Tasikmalaya. Measurement of financial performance uses simple financial ratios, which consist of current ratio, debt ratio and net margin ratio. The population and sample in this study are Small and Medium Enterprises in the Creative Industry Sector in the City of Tasikmalaya with 48 Small and Medium Enterprises. In addition to in-depth interviews with Small and Medium Enterprises, documentation studies were also conducted to collect secondary data. Processing data using a comparative or comparison method. The results of data processing show that the financial position of most of the Small and Medium Enterprises in Tasikmalaya City is in a liquid condition because the position of current assets is still greater than the current debt, and the profitability is quite good. Permasalahan klasik yang sering ditemui pada Usaha Kecil Menengah, umumnya berkaitan dengan minimnya kemampuan manajemen dalam pengelolaan modal kerja. Keterbatasan tersebut menyebabkan kesulitan dalam pengukuran kinerja keuangan Usaha Kecil Menengah. Pengukuran kinerja keuangan, umumnya menggunakan indikator keuangan yang kompleks untuk perusahaan besar sehingga tidak sesuai bila diterapkan pada Usaha Kecil Menengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi kinerja keuangan Usaha Kecil Menengah di Kota Tasikmalaya. Pengukuran kinerja keuangan menggunakan rasio keuangan sederhana, yang terdiri dari current rasio, debt rasio dan net margin rasio. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Adapun yang menjadi populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Usaha Kecil Menengah pada Sektor Industri Kreatif di Kota Tasikmalaya sebanyak 48 Usaha Kecil dan Menengah. Selain wawancara mendalam dengan pelaku Usaha Kecil Menengah, dan Dinas KUKM Kota Tasikmalaya, studi dokumentasi juga dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan data sekunder. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode komparatif atau perbandingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa posisi keuangan sebagian besar Usaha Kecil Menengah di Kota Tasikmalaya berada dalam kondisi yang likuid karena posisi harta lancar masih lebih besar daripada utang lancarnya, serta profitabilitas yang cukup baik. Investment-based crowdfunding can be used as an alternative financing tool for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Indonesia. Since the population in Indonesia is dominated by Muslim, Islamic financial technology companies that provide crowdfunding services are continue to emerge and develop. The development of these services also encourages the progress of the halal industry because both have integrated relationships. However, not all funding campaigns for crowdfunding services are successful. This study aims to analyze the development of Islamic crowdfunding business in Indonesia and factors affecting the success of funding campaigns in these services using multiple linear regression methods. Primary data obtained through interviews and literature review while secondary data is collected from 39 funding campaigns in 4 Islamic crowdfunding online services. It was found that the regulation of Islamic financial technology did not yet exist though in practice it was already widely found. On the other hand, crowdfunding models in Indonesia still need improvement in its scheme. By using a quantitative approach, it was found that funding target, campaign duration, payback periods and rate of return have a positive effect on campaign success, while a minimum amount of investment has a negative effect which means the minimum amount of investment available in the crowdfunding service is appropriate. After conducting research with a qualitative and quantitative approach, SWOT analysis was conducted at the end of the study to find out the challenges and opportunities for the halal industry in utilizing such Islamic crowdfunding service.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon masyarakat  terhadap ecommerce, mengetahui dampak penerapan e-commerce terhadap perilaku masyrakat Kota Tanjungpinang, mengetahui tingkat kepuasan Masyrakat dalam melakukan transaksi perdagangan melalui e-commercedan mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal dalam penerapan e-commerce pada usaha kecil dan menengah. . Jenis penelitian yang digunakan kulitatif, sumber data yang digunakan yaitu sumber data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis yang digunakan analisis Internal Factors Analysis dan External Factors Analysis serta analisis Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, dan Threats. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan e-commerce hampir keseluruhan telah mengenal e-commerce sebagai transaksi jual beli online dengan menggunakan teknologi dan memanfaatkan media internet yang dapat digunakan kapan saja, dalam menggunakan e-commerce kendala yang dihadapi hanya dari jaringan internet yang belum bisa terakses disuatu tempat. E-commerce banyak kemudahan yang didapatkankan, lebih efektif dan efisien serta merasakan kepuasan setelah melakukan pembelian dengan menggunakan di Tanjungpinang. Berdasarkan jumlah kekuatan dan peluang yang lebih dominan dibandingkan kelemahan dan ancaman. E-commerce menjadikan perilaku masyarakat Kota Tanjungpinang menjadi konsumtif tetapi dengan adanya e-commerce masyarakat jugadapat memanfaatkannya untuk menawarkan produknya. SMEs (Micro-Small and Medium Enterprises) are one of business sector that has an important role for improving economy condition in Indonesia. One of the SMEs that has the potential to competition is food SMEs. To create food MSMEs that able to compete with the other food products, they must be able to maintain the quality of various aspects. The many problems faced by food SMEs require a strategy to develop and continue. This research aims to create competitiveness and strategy in food MSMEs. This research was conducted by identifying food MSMEs, analyse the influence of internal factors and external factors with the IE matrix, looking for the formulation of food SMEs strategies using SWOT and QSPM methods. The location of the research was conducted in the city of Bandung, West Java. The results of this research based on the IE matrix show that the Bandung City food UMKM requires a grow and build strategy. Based on the SWOT and QSPM methods, various alternative strategies were obtained. Strategy III is the most suitable strategy for Bandung's food UMKM with a value 6.433. Strategy III is "improving human resource capabilities, utilizing associations and government support to expand product markets". The level of diversity of food MSMEs in Bandung is high, that makes the characteristics of the commodities produced. The majority of business people rely heavily on the government in all aspects of business. Procurement of raw materials is carried out independently with a contract system and own business capital
