In recent years, with the advancement of urban construction in China, the optimization of power consumption in public buildings has been focused on. The optimization of power consumption in public buildings is based on the prediction of natural illuminance, outdoor air temperature and flow of people in public building. Therefore, it is worthwhile to study how to formulate a power consumption strategy with consideration of forecasting uncertainty of environmental factors. The robust-index method is proposed to deal with the problem of forecasting uncertainty. Firstly, this paper establishes power consumption models for lighting systems, air-conditioning systems, and elevator systems in public buildings. Secondly, the robust indexes for each system and the synthetic robust index are established. Thirdly, the objective function is formulated to reduce the total electricity cost with the robust indexes applied as additional constraints to the optimization problem, therefore the obtained power consumption schedules are able to reach the expected robust level. Finally, simulation results show attributes of the proposed method.

Electric vehicle owners face the problem of having limited charging station options. Individual charging stations near households can act as a viable solution to solve this problem. A forecasting model which can effectively predict the power consumption of a charging station will help charging station owners get a clear view of how much energy to produce. With this intent, this paper proposes an Internet of Things (IoT) based charging station network that acts as a platform to provide charging to electric vehicles and a model based on ARIMA whose learners are fitted to the charging station subsets with optimum parameters to increase the overall performance of sales prediction. The proposed model predicted power consumption for 7 charging stations, with average MAPE, RMSE and R2 values of 12.88%, 5.67, and 0.79 respectively.

The infrastructure of electric vehicle could generate very high request on energy. To reduce the request and average the power consumption we can build stations with battery. In technology with battery is possible supply the plugs from various sources - directly from the grid or from the battery. This solution could be expand by next charging positions joined to the battery. The connection system between battery and charging positions has a conditioners and intelligent switches(grid/battery) separate for all positions. Cells with its construction can provide power to the EV or nearby buildings even while the grid is off. Necessary is provide proper conditions work of cells for maintain the longest lifetime of battery.

ABSTRACTEveryday human life is inseparable from the need to communicate. One of the tools commonly used to communicate remotely is mobile. Mobile technology that adopts cutting edge technology is called smartphone. Smartphones are the needs of people who have many benefits, facilitate work, and improve lifestyle. Smartphones can not be used continuously.Smartphones require power to be able to power up and use. A battery charger or battery charger is a device used to recharge energy into the battery by entering an electric current through it. But there are many obstacles that are often experienced when we have to spend the day outside the house, providing limited electricity in public places makes it difficult for us to recharge smartphone bat teries. The need for battery charging continues to increase along with its power consumption. The new innovation of concern is like the means of charging batteries in public places such as the Institute of Education. One of them is the Samarinda State Poly technic. While in public and smartphone batteries are weak, based on convenience aspect, smartphone type and place to charge smartphone battery. Therefore,to design a product that is a convenient means of charging station design and there are various types of chargers that can facilitate visitors to charge the smartphone battery, then made a means Charging Station Directorate of State Polytechnic Samarinda. Keywords: Smartphone, Charger, Institute of Education.

There are generally no acceptable views on the conservation of biodiversity because there are no known best approaches to that. This has presented a challenge on what and how to conserve in developing countries like Nigeria. This paper used a multi-criteria decision-making model based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to elicit experts’ opinions on biodiversity conservation approaches and their corresponding conservation targets. The rationality of the experts was checked by measuring their consistency in the decision-making process. A greedy search algorithm based on linear programming application was also used for resource allocation. This technique is holistic and allows the decision maker to consider all pertinent factors. The approach allows policy makers to integrate worldviews; culture; diverse flexibility of concerned communities and other stakeholders in identifying conservation practices to achieve sustainability. In terms of current performance for the biodiversity conservation approaches; the conservation experts rated their performance on Ecosystem-service-based approach high with the priority index of 0.460. Their performances on Area- and Species-based approaches are ranked second and third with priority indexes of 0.288 and 0.252 respectively. Conversely; in the case of expectations; Ecosystem service is the most important with a priority index of 0.438 followed by Area-based with a priority index of 0.353 and Species–based with a priority index of 0.209. The Ecosystem-service based approach has the highest contribution coefficient. Resources are allocated accordingly; in form of capacity building; based on the priorities that were obtained. The research is a rights-based tool for capacity building; and a paradigm shift from the purely scientific approach to decision-making. It is designed to bridge a scientific gap between policy formulation and resource allocation in biodiversity conservation.
