This research is motivated by the spread of COVID-19 which extends to various countries around the world, so the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the outbreak of the spread of the Covid-19 virus as the current world pandemic. Therefore, the Government of Indonesia makes a policy to conduct online learning activities. The purpose of this study is to find out the picture of children's physical activity during the New Normal period in Junior High School in Semarang East Semarang District of Semarang City. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The method used in this study is surveying. The data collection technique in this study uses physical activity instruments in the form of questioner sheets. The data analysis techniques in this study used percentage descriptive data analysis techniques. The results showed that during the new normal students more often do physical activity, namely walking, cycling and jogging. In addition, the research data also showed that students do more exercise in the afternoon with a frequency of 2-3 times a week. Body performance when exercising in the afternoon shows better results than exercising in the morning, it is because a person still needs time to adapt after waking up in the morning (Heisman, 2013).

The active lifestyle of the community becomes a healthy picture of the nation's life because it is one of the keys to maintaining and improving public health. An active lifestyle is defined as a physical activity that is integrated into everyday life, which can be compiled by oneself and the social environment. Indonesia has a society with a physical activity level of 66.5% in the moderate category and a low position. Such conditions occur all over the world so that intervention to improve people's lifestyles has become one of the focuses of world attention in the 2013-2020 action plan called the World Health Organization's best buys. This article aims to describe the efforts made in Indonesia in improving people's lifestyles. The method used is a literature review. However, even though the lifestyle of the Indonesian people is still categorized, the efforts made are by recommendations from the World Health Organization. So that the active lifestyle of the Indonesian people is not only hoping or just a desire to care but is a real thing, really exists and is proven. However, with a high population and a very large area, such a strategy is needed to be well integrated between all levels of society and the government so that it can make an active lifestyle as the strength of the nation in maintaining and improving the quality of life.Keywords: Physical activity, active style, life

In malaria endemic areas, pregnant women are more susceptible to infection with malaria parasites than non-pregnant women. The World Health Organization (WHO) in 2014 estimated that 10,000 maternal deaths each year were associated with malaria infection during pregnancy. The aim of the study was to describe the incidence of malaria in pregnant women at the Boven Digoel District General Hospital, Papua. Methods This research uses a descriptive type of research. Samples were taken as many as 92 pregnant women who were taken by accidental sampling. Collecting data by using a questionnaire sheet. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate. The results showed that from 78 pregnant women who were positive for malaria, most of them suffered from anemia as many as 51 people (65.4%) and 27 people did not suffer from anemia (34.6%). For the incidence of abortion from 78 pregnant women who were positive for malaria, most of them did not experience an abortion as many as 62 people (79.5%) and 16 people had an abortion (20.5%). For the habit of being out of the house at night, from 78 pregnant women who were positive for malaria, most of them were always outside at night as many as 41 people (52.6%) and 37 people (47 people) were not out of the house at night. ,4%). The conclusion of this study, the description of the incidence of malaria in pregnant women mostly suffer from anemia, do not have abortions and are always outside the house at night. The advice that can be given is that malaria in pregnant women must be eradicated immediately so that the MCH program made by the government can be successful and the health of pregnant women can be maintained

The West Java Provincial Government issued a New Life Adaptation (AKB) policy in response to the implementation of a ‘new normal’ that will be implemented in the cities and districts among West Java Province. Conceptually this AKB policy needs to be assessed whether the substance is in line with the guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Government or is a new and different concept? Empirically what issues and opportunities arise when the AKB policy is implemented?. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, data collection is taken from secondary sources in the form of government reports, books, journals and other relevant sources. The results revealed that the AKB policy was substantially the adoption of the the new normal guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Government. The issue that arises empirically is how the implementation of the AKB policy can minimize the spread of COVID-19 in line with the sustainability of community activities. Efforts to be made by the West Java Provincial Government in the future are to synergize AKB policy at the provincial level with AKB policy at the city and district level, as well as educating and disseminating information about COVID-9 and AKB Policy to the public.

UNSTRUCTURED COVID-19, the disease caused by a novel severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), is a highly contagious disease. On January 30, 2020 the World Health Organization declared the outbreak as a Public Health Emergency of International Concern. As of July 25, 2020; 15,947,292 laboratory-confirmed and 642,814 deaths have been reported globally. India has reported 1,338,928 confirmed cases and 31,412 deaths till date. This paper presents different aspects of COVID-19, visualization of the spread of infection and presents the ARIMA model for forecasting the status of COVID-19 death cases in the next 50 days in order to take necessary precaution by the Government to save the people.

Rationale: India has a high prevalence of noncommunicable diseases (NCDs), which can be lowered by regular physical activity. To understand this association, recent population data is required which is representative of all the states and union territories of the country. Objective: We aimed to investigate the patterns of physical activity in India, stratified by zones, body mass index (BMI), urban, rural areas, and gender. Method: We present the analysis of physical activity status from the data collected during the phase 1 of a pan-India study. This ( Niyantrita Madhumeha Bharata 2017) was a multicenter pan-India cluster sampled trial with dual objectives. A survey to identify all individuals at a high risk for diabetes, using a validated instrument called the Indian Diabetes Risk Score (IDRS), was followed by a two-armed randomized yoga-based lifestyle intervention for the primary prevention of diabetes. The physical activity was scored as per IDRS (vigorous exercise or strenuous at work = 0, moderate exercise at home/work = 10, mild exercise at home/work = 20, no exercise = 30). This was done in a selected cluster using a mobile application. A weighted prevalence was calculated based on the nonresponse rate and design weight. Results: We analyzed the data from 2,33,805 individuals; the mean age was 41.4 years (SD 13.4). Of these, 50.6% were females and 49.4% were males; 45.8% were from rural areas and 54% from urban areas. The BMI was 24.7 ± 4.6 kg/m 2 . Briefly, 20% were physically inactive and 57% of the people were either inactive or mildly active. 21.2% of females were found physically inactive, whereas 19.2% of males were inactive. Individuals living in urban localities were proportionately more inactive (21.7% vs. 18.8%) or mildly active (38.9% vs. 34.8%) than the rural people. Individuals from the central (29.6%) and south zones (28.6%) of the country were also relatively inactive, in contrast to those from the northwest zone (14.2%). The known diabetics were found to be physically inactive (28.3% vs. 19.8%) when compared with those unaware of their diabetic status. Conclusion: 20% and 37% of the population in India are not active or mildly active, respectively, and thus 57% of the surveyed population do not meet the physical activity regimen recommended by the World Health Organization. This puts a large Indian population at risk of developing various NCDs, which are being increasingly reported to be vulnerable to COVID-19 infections. India needs to adopt the four strategic objectives recommended by the World Health Organization for reducing the prevalence of physical inactivity.

Abstract The World Health Organization set a target of a 15% relative reduction in the prevalence of insufficient physical activity (IPA) by 2025 among adolescents and adults globally. In Bangladesh, there are no national estimates of the prevalence of IPA among adolescents. The aim of this study was to estimate the prevalence of and risk factors associated with IPA among adolescent girls and boys. Data for 4865 adolescent girls and 4907 adolescent boys, collected as a part of a National Nutrition Surveillance in 2018–19, were analysed for this study. A modified version of the Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ) was used to collect physical activity data. The World Health Organization recommended cut-off points were used to estimate the prevalence of IPA. Bivariate and multivariable logistic regression was performed to identify factors associated with IPA. Prevalences of IPA among adolescent girls and boys were 50.3% and 29.0%, respectively, and the prevalence was significantly higher among early adolescents (10–14 years) than late adolescents (15–19 years) among both boys and girls. The IPA prevalence was highest among adolescents living in non-slum urban areas (girls: 77.7%; boys: 64.1%). For both boys and girls, younger age, non-slum urban residence, higher paternal education and increased television viewing time were significantly associated with IPA. Additionally, residing in slums was significantly associated with IPA only among the boys. Higher maternal education was associated with IPA only among the girls. This study identified several modifiable risk factors associated with IPA among adolescent boys and girls in Bangladesh. These factors should be addressed through comprehensive public health interventions to promote physical activity among adolescent girls and boys.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a highly infectious disease that has rapidly swept across the world, inducing a considerable degree of fear, worry and concern in the population at large and among certain groups in particular, such as older adults, healthcare providers and people with underlying health conditions. Authorities around the world tried to prevent the virus spread by imposing social distancing measures, quarantining citizens and isolating infected persons. Apart from its physical impact, COVID-19 pandemic has brought numerous changes to people’s lives. It changed daily routines, caused worldwide economic crisis, increased unemployment, and placed people under emotional and financial pressures. It affected people psychologically and mentally especially in terms of emotions and cognition. During the acute crisis, everyone to varying degrees experienced fear of infection, somatic concerns, worries about the pandemic’s consequences, loneliness, depression, stress, as well as increased alcohol and drug use. As part of its public health response, the World Health Organization (WHO) has worked with partners to develop a set of new guidelines and messages that can be used to prevent, manage, and support mental and psychological well-being in different vulnerable target groups during the outbreak. Whether people like it or not, the psychological sequela of this pandemic will emerge and persist for months and years to come leading to long-term consequences. New lifestyles and “New Normals” will surely emerge. The main purpose of this review is to summarize the impact of coronavirus pandemic on the psychological and mental health of people around the world especially vulnerable groups. It also presents the relevant intervention actions and recommendations to cope efficiently and effectively with the psychological short-term and long-term outcomes, mental changes, and the “New Normal” during and after COVID-19. In December of 2019, a new coronavirus was discovered in the city of Wuhan, China. The World Health Organization officially named this coronavirus as COVID-19. Since its discovery, the virus has spread rapidly around the world and is currently one of the main health problems, causing an enormous social and economic burden. Due to this, there is a great interest in mathematical models capable of projecting the evolution of the disease in countries, states and/or cities. This interest is mainly due to the fact that the projections may help the government agents in making decisions in relation to the prevention of the disease. By using this argument, the health department of the city (HDC) of Campo Grande asked the UFMS for the development of a mathematical study to project the evolution of the disease in the city. In this paper, we describe a modeling procedure used to fit a piecewise growth model for the accumulated number of cases recorded in the city. From the fitted model, we estimate the date in which the pandemic peak is reached and project the number of patients who will need treatment in intensive care units. Weekly, was sent to HDC a technical report describing the main results.

Covid-19 has now attacked Indonesia, where the spread of the disease is very fast. Not only in Indonesia, but all corners of the world are currently experiencing a health crisis. In the beginning, the spread of Covid-19 had an impact on economic activity which began to sluggish. This also has an impact on the education system in Indonesia. Until several countries decided to close schools and universities. In an effort to prevent the spread of covid-19, the World Health Organization (WHO) recommends temporarily stopping activities that would potentially cause crowds. Even during the outbreak, covid-19 in Indonesia, there were many ways that the government did to prevent its spread through social distancing. Kemendikbud instructed through the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) Directorate of Higher Education Circular No. 1 of 2020 concerning the prevention of the spread of covid-19 in the world of Education to organize distance learning and advise students to learn from their homes. Teachers and students are starting to be required to follow the current situation by using technology as a distance learning medium. One of the media that is being favored by teachers as a learning medium is the Google Classroom application. This application is an application that can make it easier for students and teachers to create effective learning. Given that students today are a generation who are very familiar with the use of technology. The use of technology in learning is an alternative method used by teachers during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
