This study aims to determine the Effect of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Commitment on Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of Murung Raya Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. The technique used in this study is SmartPLS Analysis using the help of the SmartPLS package computer program with a significance level of 5 percent by using questionnaires as primary data. The population in this study were employees of the Regional Secretariat of Murung Raya Regency as many as 192 people with a sample of the same number as many as 192 respondents who used saturated sampling techniques, that is, the entire population was sampled. The results of this study indicate that partially transformational leadership style and work commitment have a significant effect on employee performance, this means that an increase in transformational leadership style and work commitment will improve employee performance at the Murung Raya Regency Regional Secretariat. To maintain employee performance at the Murung Raya Regency Secretariat, it can be done by using transformational leadership styles and managing work commitments. It is important to take actions that can improve work commitment and employee performance

ABSTRACTThis study basically aims to analyze the influence of corporate culture and transformational leadership styles onorganizational commitment and employee performance in PPPPTK/VEDC Malang. In addition, analyze organizationalcommitment mediates the influence of corporate culture and transformational leadership styles on employeeperformance. The population of this study are Civil Servants and the sample size is 78 employees. Data collectionuses the questionnaire (set of written questions addressed to the respondent) and analyses method is Path Analysis.The results show that the corporate culture significantly influences to organizational commitment, whereas transformationalleadership style does not. Corporate culture, transformational leadership style and organizational commitmentinfluence to the performance of employees. Organizational commitment may mediate the influence of corporateculture on employee’s performance, but organizational commitment is not able to mediate the influence oftransformational leadership styles to the employee performance.Keywords: corporate culture, transformational leadership, commitment, employee performance

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style of the effectiveness of employee performance in PHC Sidomulyo Pekanbaru, Based on Law No. 23 of 1992 on Health which emphasizes the importance of improving the quality of health services, especially the level community health centers in the form of health care cost and quality, this study used survey method with quantitative approach. Primary data were collected by distributing questionnaires to the entire population of the research sample numbering 50 employees Sidomulyo Pekanbaru City Health Center data analysis using simple linear regression by using SPSS program to see the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of data analysis showed there was a positive and significant influence transformational leadership style with health center staff performance effectiveness Sidomulyo western city of Pekanbaru. This is indicated by tcount amounted to 1,750 with p = 0.000 <0.05. note that the value of R2 (Rsquare) amounted to 0,702. This means that the influence of transformational leadership style of the effectiveness of the performance of employees amounted to 70.2% positive and significant effect of transformational leadership style with employee performance demonstrated the effectiveness of leadership style is suitable to be applied in the health centers. The functioning of transformational leadership on improving the effectiveness of performance based leadership efforts to provide motivation to improve performance in working as part of the organization so that employees develop performance by jointly realize the objectives of the organization.

<p><strong><em>The objective of this research was </em></strong><em>to determine the factors that influence job satisfaction and its consequences toward employee performance at PT. Gynura Consulindo. Independent variables in this research are transformational leadership style, work motivation and work environment. The intervening variable in this research is job satisfaction and the dependent variable is employee performance.</em></p><p><strong><em>The methodology of this research was </em></strong><em>descriptive causality designed by testing hypotheses. Data collection uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Gynura Consulindo. The sample used in this study was 114 respondents from a population of 160 people based on Slovin's calculations. </em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>The results of the study showed that </em></strong><em>the factors of job satisfaction on employee of PT .Gynura consulindo are transformational leadership style, work motivation, and work environmental. Furthermore, job satisfaction has significant impact towards employee performance. It means that, job satisfaction has very dominant role as mediator in employee performance achievement.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

Purpose: The effectiveness of leadership is critical at all levels of the organisation. Different organisations use a variety of leadership styles and methods to improve employee performance by inspiring them and providing them with adequate opportunities. The research purpose is to examine the impact of leadership styles on employee’s motivation in the automotive industry in the United Kingdom. Methodology: The researchers used a deductive approach in conjunction with the quantitative method to determine the study's outcomes. A sample of 100 people was used for primary data using a questionnaire-based survey. Subjects are from the automotive industry, and the survey was carried out online. Findings: According to the results, Democratic Leadership Style (DLS), Autocratic Leadership Style (ALS), Laissez-faire Leadership Style (LFLS), Situational Leadership Style (SLS), Transformational Leadership Style (TLS), and Charismatic Leadership Style (CLS) are among the six study variables that are highly significant in terms of employee motivation. Autocratic Leadership Style (ALS) and Charismatic Leadership Style (CLS) were determined to be the study's less significant variables (CLS). The findings suggest that there is a positive relationship between leadership styles and employee motivation. Conclusion and study implications: The findings of this study can be used to develop strategies and achieve goals by developing and implementing a good leadership style. Transformational leadership is important, and leaders and managers should strive to demonstrate it in their daily activities. This study's findings have both academic and commercial implications. Leaders should use suitable styles and an inclusive and equitable incentive scheme to motivate employees by setting expectations.

This study aimed to determine the effect of Leadership Styles and Work Discipline of Employee Performance on Badan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Medan. The population in this study were all employees of Badan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Medan. Sampling in this study using a stratified sampling, the sample is 64 Employees. The data used in this study is primary data. The Primary data obtained from interviews and questionnaire. Analysis using multiple linear regression formula Y = a + b1x1 + b2X2 and processed using SPSS 16.0 for Windows. From the analysis of data obtained by multiple regression equation is: Y = 5,965+ 0,656 0,276 X1 + X2. T test at significance level α = 0.05, tcount X1 = 4,497 and table = 1.677. So tcount> ttable. Thus the hypothesis that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of leadership style and performance Employees of Badan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Medan. Meanwhile tcount X2 = 2.247. So tcount> ttable. Thus the hypothesis that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables on the performance of employee and work discipline of Badan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Medan. From the test results obtained F test namely Fcount 14.377> 3.15 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Thus it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between variables Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of Badan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Medan.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance mediated by work motivation variables. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. In this study, the data used are primary data obtained and collected through direct surveys using questionnaires to respondents. Sampling in this study using a random sampling method with samples taken as many as 67 employees. PT. Maxalmina Compressed Natural Gas Transportation. Explanatory methods and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) are used to explain between variables. In analyzing the data in this study, evaluation of Outer model, evaluation of the Inner model, evaluation of Goodness of fit, and testing of the research hypothesis using Bootstrapping was carried out. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study also proves that work motivation is successful in mediating the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance.

Testing thehypothesis of the t test and F test shows that both variables significantly influenceemployee performance (Y) with a significance level &lt;0.05. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, work motivation and discipline to employee performance at PT Berkah Makmur. This research is a kind of causal associative research which is obligatory for relationship relation between one variable with other variable or the like. The population in this study are employees who work in PT Berkah Makmur. Sampling method using saturated sampling technique with the number of samples of 32 respondents. Primary data were collected through questionnaires, secondary data. Data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis method with multiple linier regression analysis technique. The result of hypothesis test show that transformational leadership style and work motivation have no effect on employee performance in Koperasi Berkah Makmur, but discipline to employee performance in Koperasi Berkah Makmu. Determination coefficient test shows 813% employee performance can be explained by the variables of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and discipline, while the remaining 18.7% is explained by other factors not included in this study

The study aims to analyse and discuss work motivation variables and transformational leadership styles on employee performance, work motivation variables and transformational leadership styles in Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), and Organizatinal Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) variables on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of BMT UGT SIDOGIRI Jember consisting of 152 people. The sampling method uses a sampling probability with a random sampling approach using the Sovlin formula so that a sample of 110 respondents is obtained. The research uses line analysis and SPSS 20.0 as an analytical tool.
