Climate variability threatens farmers’ livelihoods. Efforts to address climate stress recognise climate-smart agriculture (CSA) as a promising approach to minimising the damage caused by increasing weather variability. However, the effect of CSA practices on the resilience of maize farmers in the face of climate variability is not well understood. This study assesses the effects of CSA practices on the resilience of maize farmers. Using primary data from 250 randomly sampled maize farmers in Kenya, a resilience index was generated and then analysed using a structural equation model. The results show that CSA practices increase the resilience of farmers, suggesting enhanced resilience to climate variability. CSA practices improve farmers’ food security and welfare, and their adoption should be promoted.

For a bank, the depositors are the primary assets. Therefore, the bank should maintain a good relationship with them to be loyal to all efforts. If they are faithful, they will always keep putting their money in the bank. Therefore, the bank can execute the intermediate function properly. This study intends to examine the effect of perceived value and service quality on depositor loyalty. Consequently, the depositors of commercial bank H at branch F in Bandung become the population and the samples. This study also uses the Slovin formula, simple random sampling, and survey to calculate the samples, grab them, and accumulate the primary data. Moreover, the gathered data get analyzed by the structural equation model (SEM) based on variance. To sum up, this study proves that the perceived value and service quality positively affect depositor loyalty after examining the proposed hypotheses. To increase depositors to be loyal, the bank has to focus on elevating their perceived value and giving them superior service.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial and non-financial performance, capital expenditure, budget management on regional competitiveness. Second, this study also determines the impact of financial and non-financial performance on regional competitiveness through capital expenditures and budget management in the Bungo Regency. Primary data were collected through direct interviews with respondents with predetermined criteria and processed using Structural Equation Model analysis with PLS. The results study found only financial and non-financial performance and budget management had a significant effect on regional competitiveness, while capital expenditure had no effect. This study also found that financial and non-financial performance affects regional competitiveness through budget management, but it had no effect if capital expenditures were intervening.

In this research, four factors influence the behaviour of consumers, namely: Cultural, Social, Personal and Psychological; researchers include another variable that is the education variable which is one of the functions of communication (television). This study aimed to analyze how much influence partial and simultaneously of consumer behaviour toward watching decision. The research was conducted, and watched the Kick Andy program that came to Grand Studio Metro TV. This study collected primary data by sending questionnaires directly to the audience—a cumulative sample size of 135 respondents was used in this study. The analytical method used was the SEM (Structural Equation Model) and processed by AMOS software program 22. The results of the analysis show that the behaviour of consumers has an influence on the decision for watching with r-squares of 0.857 or 85.7%, which means that the variable decision for watching can be explained by the variables of Culture, Social, Personal, Psychological, and Education 85.7%, while the remaining 14.3% influenced by another variable outside this research.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening. This research conduct at PT. XD Sakti Indonesia. The population is employees belonging to grade 2 (non-staff); The sample was taken, 200 respondents. Primary data and analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that compensation and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening. The findings of this study prove that compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, which can further improve employee performance. The independence of employees in performing has not been able to show their ability according to their duties and responsibilities, which is caused by the lack of employee confidence.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Environment towards Job Satisfaction with Motivation as intervening. This study uses primary data that was collected from questionnaires distributed indirectly (through social media). The population in this study are employee of PwC Indonesia based in Jakarta in the audit division. The samples used in this study are 115 respondents in total that was collected using Slovin formula. The data was processed with Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Model using SmartPLS 3.2.7 software. Findings of this study show that Work Environment does influence Job Satisfaction with Motivation as intervening. Motivation partially intervenes the influence of Work Environments towards Job Satisfaction.

Financial inclusion is an increase in a person's understanding and ability to determine the required financial products or services that will increase the using of them. This study to investigated the relationship between financial inclusion to financial technology utilization of student in Universitas Negeri Padang. This study is quantitative by using questionnaire to get the primary data. The questionnaire was distributed to 300 students who understand financial management. After testing the hypothesis in this study using the Structural Equation Model (SEM), the results show that financial inclusion has a positive and significant relationship to financial technology.

Background and Objectives:Technology today plays a major role in devising a creative business idea and implementing the same. The process of translating an idea into business depends on the individual who is able to harness his individual potential and self-motivation to bring about a business venture. This paper aims at devising a structural equation model on the individual factors and motivational factors which can bring about a technological business venture. Methods: A conceptual framework has been prepared and tested with a structural equation model. The study was conducted with primary data collected from 100 techno entrepreneurs in the city of Chennai and Bangalore using a structured questionnaire. Results: Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling has been used to identify the various motivational and individual factors that facilitateindividuals becoming entrepreneurs taking up businesses which use technology for its growth. Structural equation modeling was used to test the hypothesis. Conclusions:The findings highlight the individual and motivational the factors create a spur that sets a tone to play a vital role in establishing a enterprise that is technology driven.
