This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening. This research conduct at PT. XD Sakti Indonesia. The population is employees belonging to grade 2 (non-staff); The sample was taken, 200 respondents. Primary data and analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that compensation and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening. The findings of this study prove that compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, which can further improve employee performance. The independence of employees in performing has not been able to show their ability according to their duties and responsibilities, which is caused by the lack of employee confidence.

This study aims is to test and analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT Smailing Tour Denpasar with population and research sample of all permanent employees that is 90 people. All data obtained from the kuisoner distribution is feasible to be used, then analyzed using a variance based structural equation model known as Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The result of the research shows that (1) the motivation has positive and significant effect on the employee's performance, (2) the motivation has positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction, (3) the job satisfaction has positive and significant effect to the employee's performance; (4) the motivation has positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. The implication of this research is that motivation can be improved by taking into account the need for workplace environment to improve employee performance, job satisfaction can be improved by paying attention to the work itself in order to increase employee performance. Employee performance can be improved by taking into account the effectiveness of employees.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Environment towards Job Satisfaction with Motivation as intervening. This study uses primary data that was collected from questionnaires distributed indirectly (through social media). The population in this study are employee of PwC Indonesia based in Jakarta in the audit division. The samples used in this study are 115 respondents in total that was collected using Slovin formula. The data was processed with Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Model using SmartPLS 3.2.7 software. Findings of this study show that Work Environment does influence Job Satisfaction with Motivation as intervening. Motivation partially intervenes the influence of Work Environments towards Job Satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan Motivasi sebagai mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dari kuesioner yang didistribusikan secara tidak langsung (melalui media sosial). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PwC Indonesia yang berada di Jakarta pada divisi audit. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 115 responden yang didapatkan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data diproses dengan Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.2.7. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja memang mempengaruhi Kepuasan Kerja dengan Motivasi sebagai Intervening. Motivasi memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja.

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of discipline, motivation, local wisdom, and work environment on job satisfaction and employee performance. This study uses primary data through the obtained through a survey of 257 employees at the Organization of the Regional Revenue Management Area of Ternate. The result of Structural Equation Model analysis using AMOS 18 provides proof that Discipline, motivation, local wisdom, and work environment have positive and significant effect to job satisfaction. Other factors that are motivation, local wisdom, work environment and job satisfaction have positive and significant effect to employee performance, different condition for work discipline is not significant. In indirect effect test found Discipline, motivation, local wisdom, and work environment have positive and significant effect to employee performance through job satisfaction as variable intervening. The recommendation of this research is suggested that the motivation, local wisdom, and work environment that gives significant influence is maintained, while the discipline that has no significant affect on employee performance needs to be improved maximally in order to increase job satisfaction and employee performance in the future.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation and work ability on job satisfaction and employee performance at the UD workshop. Rio Motor Angsana Tanah Bumbu Regency - South Borneo. The research method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) is a multivariate statistical analysis technique used to build, estimate, and test causal relations. Partial Least Square (PLS) estimation method in analyzing SEM and building a desktop-based application for the PLS method that is easy to use. The use of PLS method itself is because it is an alternative method in analyzing SEM models that have small amounts of data and are not normally distributed. This study uses R software to help analyze the use of the PLS method. The results showed that the value of R2 produced was 51%, which meant that the model built was categorized as a good model. In the significance test with a significance level of 5%, the results showed that work motivation and work ability had a significant influence on job satisfaction and employee performance at the UD workshop. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) merupakan teknik analisis statistik multivariat yang digunakan untuk membangun, mengestimasi, dan menguji relasi sebab akibat. metode estimasi Partial Least Square (PLS) dalam menganalisis SEM dan membangun sebuah aplikasi berbasis desktop untuk metode PLS yang mudah untuk digunakan. Penggunaan metode PLS sendiri dikarenakan sebagai metode alternatif dalam menganalisis model SEM yang memiliki data berjumlah kecil dan tidak berdistribusi normal. Penelitian ini menggunakan software R untuk membantu menganalisis penggunaan  metode PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Nilai R2 yang dihasilkan adalah 51% yang berarti model yang dibangun dikategorikan model yang baik. Pada uji signifikansidengan taraf signifikansi 5%, diperoleh hasil bahwa motivasi kerja dan kemampuan kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan pada pada bengkel UD. Rio Motor Angsana Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu - Kalimantan Selatan. Kata kunci : motivasi kerja, pengalaman kerja, kompetensi dan kinerja karyawan

Abstrak: Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah berupaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di BKKBN dengan menggali hubungan antara kinerja pegawai dengan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhinya, yakni organizational commitment, happiness at work, dan motivasi kerja. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriftif dan analisis inferensial menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Model melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS3 terhadap 200 data responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organizational commitment dan happiness at work berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Adapun saat hubungan antara organizational commitment dengan kinerja pegawai dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja, menunjukkan hasil bahwa motivasi kerja dapat memediasi hubungan secara signifikan. Begitu juga saat hubungan antara happiness at work dengan kinerja pegawai dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja hasilnya memperlihatkan bahwa motivasi kerja berhasil memediasi hubungan secara signifikanAbstract:  The focus in this research is to improve employee performance in The BKKBN by exploring the relationship between employee performance with factors influenced, include of organizational commitment, happiness at work, and work motivation. The approach of this research uses quantitative methods. Primary data were collected by distributing questionnaires. Analysis of data processed by descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using the Structural Equation Model through SmartPLS3 software to 200 respondents' data. The results showed that organizational commitment and happiness at work had a positive and significant effect on work motivation and employee performance. As for the relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance is mediated by work motivation, showing the results that work motivation can mediate significantly. The same of the relationship between happiness at work and employee performance is mediated by work motivation, the results show that work motivation successfully mediates the relationship significantly.

This research conducted to confirm the effect of Task-Technology Fit (TTF), transformational leadership, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The study was conducted on 15 KPPN as an agency of the Directorate General of Treasury, Ministry of Finance in East Java, Indonesia with the method of saturated samples (census) to 412 employees with a Likert scale of five points. Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach used and finally 216 questionnaires processed with AMOS ver. 26. The findings confirm if Task-Technology Fit (TTF), transformational leadership, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction as partial mediation in the model.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of compensation,competence and self-efficacy on job satisfaction and its impact on theperformance of inpatient nurses in the Patut Patuh Patju Hospital.Collecting data using the census method with a number of respondents63 nurses. Primary data collection was carried out by distributingquestionnaires which were prepared using a Likert scale and thenanalyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the PartialLeast Square (PLS) program. The results showed that the compensationvariable had a significant effect on job satisfaction and nurseperformance. The competency variable has no significant effect on jobsatisfaction, but has a significant effect on nurse performance. The selfefficacyvariable has no significant effect on job satisfaction. but has asignificant effect on nurse performance. Job satisfaction variable has asignificant effect on nurse performance. Human resources is the most important element to achieve the company goals. The performance of company can be influenced with several things such as motivation, satisfaction, and disciplie. It wiil be give the company good impact. Because of their performance. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Astron Optindo Industries. The research using quantitave description menthod with structural equation model analysis (SEM). The data used in this study uses primary data obtained from the answers of 100 respondents.The results show that motivation has a positive influence on employee job statisfaction, shown with a p value are 0,001. Discipline has a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, shown with a p value are 0,000. Motivation has has a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, shown with a p value are 0,000. Discipline has a positive influence on employee performance with a p value of 0,000. Satisfaction has has a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, shown with a p value are 0,000. Satisfaction has has a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, shown with a p value are 0,006. Satisfaction has a positive influence on employees as mediators of motivation and discipline on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, stress and participative leadership style to employee performance with job satisfaction as mediation. This research type is explanatory research. Population and sample in this research are all employees of the marketing department of PT. Waskita Beton Precast totaling 112. The method of data collection questionnaire. The data type is the primary data. The method of data collection is the questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is the structural equation model. The results showed that: 1). Emotional intelligence has effect positive and significant on job satisfaction. 2). Stress has an effect negative and significant on job satisfaction. 3). Participatory leadership style has effect positive and significant on job satisfaction. 4). Job satisfaction has effect positive and significant on employee performance. 5).
