Recruitment and placement is one of the keys to creating a professional Human Resources working in the company, as well as the selection of job placement places employee or prospective employee to make workers more efficient in carrying out their workload, and to enhance their skills and skills as a basis for running smooth tasks and assigns people rights and job titles to their interests and abilities. This study aimed to determine and analyze the impact of recruitment (X1) and placement (X2) on employee performance (Y) on CV. Yen's Delight in Samarinda. Primary data were obtained by interview 73 respondents using a questionnaire. Secondary data is obtained by conducting field observations. Data analysis using multiple regression techniques with a statistic software version of SPSS 22. The results show that the variables of recruitment consisting of basic hiring, recruitment resources, recruitment and placement consisting of education, work knowledge, experience, skills, quantity, quality, timeliness, attendance, supervisory cooperation ability influence employee performance. CV. Yen's Delight It is better to apply the recruitment method to further develop the recruitment method that has been applied to get more specific employee who are competent and apply good and correct placement methods so that the company pays more attention to the application of employee by follow their expertise and experience in their respective fields.

Recruitment and selection are the most important part in the formation of quality human resources. The effectiveness of recruitment and selection will determine the success of employee performance in the future. The aim of this study was to learn the implementation of recruitment and selection of prospective employees at RSIA Kendangsari Merr Surabaya. The method of this study is observational by using qualitative data in the form of primary data and secondary data. The results of this study found that the recruitment method in RSIA Kendangsari Merr consists of promotion, rotation, job posting, advertising, websites, employee recommendations, labor department, labor placement agencies, and job training programs. While the selection process in RSIA Kendangsari Merr consists of administrative selection, written tests, interview tests, psychological tests, credentials, health checks, and work agreements for a 3-month trial period. The conclusion of this study that all recruitment methods in RSIA Kendangsari Merr Surabaya are in accordance with the internal and external methods of recruitment methods, and the selection process is in accordance with the rules of the selection stages. Recommendation for RSIA Kendangsari Merr is to provide additional recruitment method, it is job bidding. Job bidding can be applied at RSIA Kendangsari Merr Surabaya by offering job positions to employees who are competent with career development to meet certain specifications required. Besides being beneficial for motivation and career development of HR, it also minimizes the costs of recruitment and selection sourced from external organizations.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Competence and  Organizational Trust on Employee Performance BLUD UPTD Inpatient Health Center Unit of Kebumen District Through Work Motivation. Data collection is done by questionnaire using saturated sample method. Respondents in this study were Non Civil Servants BLUD Employees in 8 Inpatient Health Centers who had worked over 1 year totaling 74 people.  The variables in this study are Competence, Organizational Trust in Performance through Work Motivation. The sampling technique used is the Non Probability Sampling technique. So the selection of sample members taking into account the conditions that have been set.  The data used in this study are primary data and secondary  data. The results of this study indicate that the Competency variable has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. Organizational Trust has a positive and significant effect on  Work Motivation. Competence has a positive and not significanteffect on Performance. Organizational Trust has a positive and significant effect on Performance. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect  on Performance.

Mitra Swalayan Kartasura is a private company engaged in the retail sector to fulfill basic needs. This  objective  is  to  address  the impact  of  satisfaction  on commitment to organizational commitment, to respond to the significance of the impact of the organization on employee performance, to indicate the significance of the impact of employee performance on satisfaction and whether the organization can mediate employee job satisfaction. This type of research uses the census method for Mitra Swalayan Kartasura employees. This research uses qualitative data and quantitative data. Meanwhile, the data source uses primary data and secondary data. The population is all employees of Mitra Swalayan Kartasura who assess 85 employees. The sample in this study were 85 employees with the census method. The data analysis technique used multiple regression test, t test, F test, indirect effect test, path analysis and coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate that job satisfaction can have a positive and significant  effect  on  organizational  commitment,  there  is  no  positive  and significant influence between organizational commitment on employee performance, job satisfaction can have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and in this study it cannot prove that organizational commitment. mediate job satisfaction on employee performance.

Employees are one of the elements of the apparatus that institutionally becomes part of government management to carry out the main tasks and functions in government, development, and community service. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of employee performance at the Bulupoddo District Office in Sinjai Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The results of the interviews were obtained from primary data sources referred to as informants, while the main informants, namely the Bulupoddo Sub-District Head while supporting/ordinary informants, namely the staff of the general subdivision and staffing and the people of the Bulupoddo sub-district. The results showed that the effectiveness of employee performance at the Bulupoddo District Office in Sinjai Regency if seen as a whole was effective. This can be seen from the quantity of work, quality of work, knowledge of work, cooperation, determination in work, and initiative.

This study aimed to identify factors that affecting on Saudi consumer choice for shopping malls in Najran city. The study problem was determining those factors that drive Saudi consumer to shopping in those malls. The Statistical hypotheses that examined the impact of the following factors on consumer choice to shopping malls in najran were formulated: mall environment, the products offered at the mall, the price, the promotion, the location of the mall, mall employees, the family atmosphere and entertainment. To get the results, this study used descriptive analytical approach according to primary data that collected through questionnaire tool and secondary data that collected from books and scientific articles related to the subject. The study reached that there is significant statistical impact of the following variables: mall environment, verity of products, products prices. Promotion, mall place, mall employee’s services, and family atmosphere and entertainments on consumer choice to shopping malls in Najran. The more important recommendations of the study are the shopping malls must pay attention to provide some entertainment for customers of all ages with a view to attract them to the shopping malls.

The banking industry has tremendous growth in Indian market .The entrance of new policies in banking sector has bought changes in employee performance. Retaining employees in private banks has lot of challenges. Employee retention and employee performance is a contemporary approach for the development of private banks. The private banks has initiated news ways to implement internal mobility policies to retain employees . This paper presents an novel employee internal mobility survey in the private banks in Mysore . The research study is based on the following criteria, internal mobility policies, employee satisfaction towards internal mobility, factors influencing employee satisfaction, internal mobility policies towards employees’ retention. The target population for the study is employees of private banks .Required analysis will be done to measure the impact of internal mobility on employee performance. The current study focuses on impact of internal mobility on employee performance in the organization, and also the factors which has impact on internal mobility policies on employee performance. For the persistence of study primary data and secondary data is used. The research results impact of internal mobility on employee performance in private banks Mysore.

Let's Save Stocks Against Investment Interest in SMEs Group in Prabumulih City, South Sumatra. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the "Yuk Nabung Saham" program on investment interest in the SME group in Prabumulih City, South Sumatra. The research method used in this study using a survey method. By collecting primary data and secondary data. The selection of the research location was determined deliberately (purposive sampling) then the data obtained would be analyzed using the T test with simple linear regression. The population selection in this study was the UKM group in Prabumulih as many as 5,436 UKM, the method of determining the sample used was purposive sampling with the consideration of respondents who were influencers / deciders, with sampling using the Slovin Umar formula (2013), so the sample to be used in this study is as many as 98 respondents representing a randomly selected population. The results show that the value of the correlation coefficient and the coefficient of determination can be used to determine the proportion of the independent variables (X) in explaining the Y variable.The correlation coefficient of 0.827 indicates that there is a strong and unidirectional influence between saving stocks and investment interest in the Prabumulih City UKM group. . The coefficient of determination is 0.827 or 82.7%, the variation of saving stocks, which can explain the investment interest variable, while the remaining 13.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. Occupational safety and health is important for companies that want to improve thei employees work produktivity. PT Segara Timber is one of the industry companies that relies heavily on the productivity of its employees work to meet the demands of the market in addition to achieving profit. However, the productivity of employees at PT Segara Timber in Samarinda is considered as not maximally due to some ongoing accident.This research aims to determine the impact of occupational safety and health to the productivity of PT Segara Timber employees in Samarinda. Safety (X1), and occupational health (X2) are used as independent variables while the emplyee’s work productivity (Y) becomes a dependent variable. Primary data is obtained by conducting interviews to 90 respondents using questionnaires. Secondary data is obtained by conducting field observations. Data was analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques with the help of SPSS version 23 statistical software.The results showed that occupational safety and helath variables were simultaneously influential to the employee’s work productivity at PT Segara Timber in Samarinda.Advice on PT Segara Timber, should be able to maintain and improve the implementation of occupational helath and safety indicators so that employees work productivity can increase.

This paper intends to examine the general impact of organizational culture directly or indirectly on employees’ job performance. To find the impact of organizational culture on employee performance within software houses. This is a survey-based research study. Primary and secondary data were used in this study. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire and formal and informal interviews. Customer service, employee participation, reward system, innovation and risk-taking and communication system are reflected variables for this study. The sample size is (n=110); therefore, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and regression analysis have been used. The overall results support that culture of organizations has a significant positive impact on employees’ job performance at software houses. Employee contribution is the most important element for achieving organizational goals. This study achieves an acknowledged necessity of learning the impact of culture on the job performance of employees of the software industry.

The study purpose is to analyse the impact of training, competence, motivation and leadership towards performance either directly or through job satisfaction as a mediator variable. As many as 55 staff are considered as respondents in this research, and census method is used as the sampling method. Primary data in this study were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Likert Scale. Secondary data are obtained from the organization structure Sukamandi Apparatus Training Centre (BDA), performance appraisal, staff attendance, information system and personnel management. Structural Equation Modeling Analisis of Moment Structures (SEM-AMOS) is used to process and analyze data. This study shows staff with high education, competence and leadership have a significant effect on performance, While the job satisfaction is significant in mediating the influence of training, competence and leadership on performance. Next on the employee with low education, training, competence, motivation and leadership have a significant influence on performance, while job satisfaction is significant in mediating the effect of competence and leadership on staff performance.   Keywords:  training, competence, motivation, leadership, job satisfaction, performance
