This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of business capital and entrepreneurial attitudes on the income of micro small businesses in M. Said Samarinda. The variables used in this study consisted of independent variables, namely variables of venture capital and entrepreneurial attitudes. While the dependent variable is business income. In this study using quantitative methods, namely definition, quantitative data measurement and objective statistics through scientific calculations derived from samples of traders in the M. Said Samarinda area. The data collection technique used was observation, questionnaires and literature writing. While the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research concludes that business capital (X_1) and entrepreneurial attitude (X_2) simultaneously have a significant effect on income (Y). The regression equation is Y = 0.507 + 1.237 X_1 + -0,364 X_2. The R value (correlation coefficient) obtained is 0.948 and the R Square value (coefficient of determination) is 0.899 or 89.9%. Overall hypothesis testing (F test) shows that the independent variables (independent) together have a significant effect on income. The results of the partial test (t-test) show that business capital has a significant effect on income, while entrepreneurial attitudes have no significant effect on income. The most influential variable is business capital.

Batik merupakan salah satu hal yang dilirik dalam industri fashion. Hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dalam membeli batik. Dalam hal ini di daerah Lamongan tepatnya di Desa Parengan, Kecamatan Laren juga terdapat industri batik yang dikelola oleh CV Silvi MN Paradila merupakan salah satu industri batik yang menyediakan kain batik tenun ikat, adapun songket, batik tradisional, pakaian jadi, dan sarung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk batik tenun ikat di CV. Silvi MN Paradila Parengan Maduran Lamongan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sample yang berjumlah 100 responden. Metode ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory reseach yang menggunakan analisis data dengan uji validitas dan reabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisiensi determinasi, serta uji t dan uji f. Kemudian hasil R square sebesar 95,4%. Menunjukkan 3 variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 95,4%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 4,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diajukan dalam penelitian ini. Batik is one thing that is ogled in the fashion industry. This can affect purchasing decisions in buying batik. In this case, in the Lamongan area, precisely in Parengan Village, Laren District, there is also a batik industry managed by CV Silvi MN Paradila is one of the batik industries that provides ikat batik cloth, as for songket, traditional batik, apparel, and sarongs. This study aims to determine the effect of price, promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions of ikat batik products at CV. Silvi MN Paradila Parengan Maduran Lamongan. The sampling technique used is a purposive sample of 100 respondents. This method uses a quantitative explanatory research approach that uses data analysis with validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination test, and t test and f test. Then the result of R square is 95.4%. Shows 3 independent variables to the dependent variable of 95.4%. While the remaining 4.6% is explained by other variables not proposed in this study.

: This research to analyze the effect of service speed and service friendliness on the satisfaction of Lamongan coffee house customers. The sample in this study were 100 respondents. Data collection method in this study is questionnaire and documentation study. The method of data analysis uses descriptive quantitative methods, namely with multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption tests.Based on the F test results obtained F-count is greater than F-count 204.254> F table value = 3.09, service speed and service friendliness together have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the T Test Service speed (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, Service friendliness (X2) has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Service speed is the most influential variable on customer satisfaction. Through testing the Determination Coefficient by adjusted R Square (R2) 80.4%, customer satisfaction can be explained by variable service speed and service friendliness, while 19.6% performance can be explained by other variables not examined by this study.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of Financing to Deposits Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Retrun On Asset (ROA), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on Mudharabah Financing in 2015-2019 both influence partially or simultaneously . The population in this study is Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) in Indonesia and registered with Bank Indonesia 2015-2019. The sampling method used was Purposive Sampling with certain criteria to obtain 9 Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS). This research uses quantitative methods. The independent variables in this study are Financing to Deposits Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Retrun On Asset (ROA), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). While the dependent variable in this study is Mudharabah Financing. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and classic assumption test. The results of this study indicate that partially the Return on Asset (ROA) variable has an effect on Mudharabah Financing, while Financing to Deposits Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) have no effect on Mudharabah Financing. This study is to determine and analyze the effect of motivation, work environment and workload on employee performance at PT. Benua Penta Global Medan. The research approach here is based on a quantitative approach. Sampling techniques are generally carried out randomly. The population used is employees as many as 137 people and the sample of this study amounted to 102 people obtained from the slovin formula. This research model uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that motivation and workload partially had a significant effect on employee performance and work environment partially had no significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, motivation, work environment and workload have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination seen from the adjusted R square is 0.283 which means that it implies that the effect of motivation, work environment and workload on employee performance is 28.3% and the remaining 71.7% is the influence of other independent variables not examined in this study such as competence, work stress, etc. Keywords: Motivation, Work Environment, Workload, Employee Performance.

Village apparatus is an important factor in the running of the government process in the village. Therefore an analysis is needed to determine the factors that affect the performance of the village apparatus. There are two independent variables in this study, namely; work ethic and work discipline. In the process this study uses village tools in Lumajang District as a population with 64 respondents. Furthermore, for data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the analysis show that both work ethic and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of the village apparatus. This is supported by the coefficient of determination of 73.4% so that only 26.6% remains for other variables that affect the performance of village equipment. This research is expected to contribute to the development of studies in management science, especially human resource management so that it can become a reference to further research.

The purpose of this study was to find out: the effect of service quality, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy both jointly and partially on the satisfaction of inpatients in the Karanganyar District Hospital. Judging from the type or type, this research is explanatory research (explanation). The population in this study were 1006 patients hospitalized in Karanganyar Hospital. As a sample 100 people were taken using proportional random sampling technique. The data collection technique used is by questionnaire method, documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique in this study is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out it can be concluded as follows: (1) There is a positive and significant effect simultaneously management of quality, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy on the satisfaction of inpatients in Karanganyar District Hospital. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of partial quality management on the satisfaction of inpatients in the RSUD. (3) There is a positive and significant partial effect of reliability on the satisfaction of inpatients in the RSUD. (4) There is a positive and significant influence partially on responsiveness to the satisfaction of inpatients in the RSUD. (5) There is a positive and significant partial effect of empathy on the satisfaction of inpatients in the RSUD. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of DER, ROA, Firm Size, EPS, Cash Position, and Total Asset Turnover using the t-test and F test. This study uses quantitative descriptive. The number of manufacturing companies used as a population is 169 companies selected based on purposive sampling obtained a sample of 54 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis partially show that only DER has a significant negative impact on DPR. Simultaneously, six independent variables have a substantial effect on the DPR. The coefficient of determination test results shows the Adjusted R Square number of 0.108, which means 10.8% of the variation from the DPR of manufacturing companies, which can be explained by the independent variables used. The remaining 89.2% is caused by other factors such as Growth Opportunity, Ownership, Current Ratio, and others.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, service and service variation on customer satisfaction in using GO-JEK online transportation services. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to consumers who had already used GO-JEK online transportation services. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and R2 (coefficient of determination). Based on multiple linear regression analysis, it can be concluded. Significance test influence partially obtained the results that the independent variables namely price, service and service variations have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. This is evidenced from the calculation of the t test, the t value is greater than t table. Significance test of the influence together shows that there is a significant influence between price, service and service variation on customer satisfaction. This is evidenced from the calculation of the F test where F count is greater than F table which is equal to 33.192> 2.699. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.494. This value shows that the independent variables (price, service and service variation) can explain its effect on consumer satisfaction by 49.4%. While the rest is explained by other variables not included in this research model.

Small businesses are the backbone of the Indonesian economy. This research was conducted on Lumajang MSMEs. This study aims to determine the effect of four variables namely leadership education level (X1), accounting knowledge (X2), business size (X3) and length of business (X4) on the quality of financial statements. In this study data was collected by means of observations, interviews and questionnaires on 86 respondents, namely Lumajang MSME actors with purposive sampling technique, which aims to determine respondents' perceptions of each variable. The analysis used includes test data instruments (validity test, and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), and hypothesis testing (F test, t test, coefficient of determination). From the results of the analysis using regression, it can be seen that the leadership education variable (X1), accounting knowledge (X2), business size (X3) and length of business (X4), all have a positive effect on the quality of financial statements. This study used 20 internal auditors of West Nusa Tenggara Inspectorate Apparatus as sample, determined based on saturated or census sampling method. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the quality of local government internal audit results as the dependent variable as well as the independence, integrity and competence of internal auditors as independent variables. The results of this study indicate that there is positive and partial influence between the independence and auditor integrity to the audit quality. Meanwhile, the study found that competence has no positive and significant influence on the quality of audit result. The coefficient of determination indicates that the independent, integrity and competence simultaneously affect the dependent variable (the quality of audit result) of 41,5%, while the remaining 58,5% influenced by other factors.
