This study describes the application of scientific learning in Islamic education subjects at SMK Negeri Mojoagung. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection methods: observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the interactive model of Miles and Huberman which includes data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. To check the validity of the data, it was used research extension, observation persistence and triangulation. The result of the research is that scientific learning in Islamic Education subjects at SMK N Mojoagung is applied through student learning activities as follows: Observing (seeing pictures, reading, listening to and identifying the reading of the Koran, listening to explanations, observing the benefits and lessons of wisdom), asking questions (teacher asking students, students asking the teacher, students asking students), trying (memorizing the arguments of the Qur'an, looking for benefits and wisdom, digging information about the consequences of an action, looking for arguments from the Al-Qur'an or hadith from other sources ), reasoning (making conclusions about the benefits and wisdom of orders or prohibitions, making conclusions on matters relating to the impact of doing an action), communicating (expressing opinions, presenting the results of conclusions orally or in writing and responding to a friend's presentation).

Schools need to ensure that learning activities continue even though students are at home because it requires technology that supports the learning process. The purpose of the research is that learning facilities at SDIT Al Mumtaz are used so that teachers use learning-based facilities to facilitate the learning process. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was obtained through notes, observations, interviews, and documentation, then the data obtained were then analyzed. Data analysis is carried out through three activity lines that occur simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing or verification. The results of this study indicate that the learning facilities at SDIT Al Mumtaz have implications for changes in student behavior in terms of attitudes, knowledge and skills. Students are assessed thoroughly and objectively according to the student's condition. The use of technology during this pandemic is an alternative so that students are motivated in learning. As for the expectations of parents for learning during the pandemic to be more attractive in using learning technology during the pandemic to be more attractive in utilizing learning technology.

This study aims to determine the role of the shadow teacher to reduce social aggressiveness in one grade 1 student of elementary schools. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. The technique used to collect data is observation and interview techniques. The instruments used in this study were observation guidelines and interview guidelines. Data analysis was performed using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Source triangulation is used as a test of the validity of the data used in this study. Qualitatively, the role of shadow teacher is very necessary for children who have problematic behavior, especially students who have social aggressiveness. The existence of a shadow teacher, students can feel cared for in the learning process so that students can participate in learning activities well in the classroom. In addition, students can also achieve learning outcomes in accordance with class demands and can follow their peers. The results showed that the presence of shadow teachers was quite effective in helping students reduce social aggressiveness in schools.

The research aims to determine the impact of local performance allowance to improve the performance of employees in the district secretariat office lamandau section Administration of the economy and SDA. The research types were descriptive with qualitative approach. With data collecting techniques are observation, interview, and study of documentation. The validity test of the data used source triangulation technique. The data analysis technique was interactive; they are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research results showed that The impact of providing local performance allowances to improve performance for employees in the district secretariat office lamandau in the administration of the economy and SDA, that can be seen from indicators, namely (1) Quantity, the employees work based on employee’s performance target (SKP) and the daily performance report (LKH) (2) Quality, the result of their work can be categorized by their performance (3)thepresenceandactivities areincreasing,theemployeescomeandbacktohomebasedontheofficerule,(4)the cooperation, the employees can do the good cooperation with the senior or workmate, (5) Employee economy, Employees feel satisfied and can improve employee performance.

Penerapan Kawasan Tanpa Rokok berdasarkan Peraturan Kabupaten Wajo bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan Kawasan Tanpa Rokok berdasarkan peraturan yang ada, dan sebagai bahan referensi lanjut bagi peneliti dan pengembang sektor hukum di Kabupaten Wajo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Tahap dalam teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Penerapan kawasan tanpa rokok berdasarkan regulasi di Kabupaten Wajo namun belum sepenuhnya terlaksana dengan baik. Sosialisasi telah dilakukan sejak diberlakukannya kebijakan kawasan tanpa rokok. Namun, Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Wajo belum ada tim khusus untuk mendukung dan mengontrol aktivitas merokok di lingkungan rumah sakit, dalam penganggaran pada  peralatan pihak rumah sakit sudah memasang tanda larangan merokok tapi belum membuat tempat khusus untuk merokok. Kesiapan pelaksana belum sepenuhnya menunjukkan sikap yang mendukung kebijakan kawasan tanpa rokok di rumah sakit Umum Daerah Lamaddukelleng Sengkang, masih ada beberapa pegawai atau staf  yang acuh tak acuh terhadap pengunjung yang merokok di lingkungan rumah sakit, namun sebagian juga sudah ada pegawai yang peratian terhadap kawasan tapa rokok. Pihak rumah sakit belum menyiapkan pedoman yang jelas terkait Kawasan Tanpa Rokok berdasarkan Peraturan Kabupaten Wajo. Abstract. The application of No Smoking Area based on Wajo Regency Regulations aims to describe the factors that influence the application of No Smoking Area based on existing regulations, and as further reference material for researchers and developers of the legal sector in Wajo Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. Data collection methods through interviews, observation and documentation study. The stages in the data analysis technique used are data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that the application of a non-smoking area was based on regulations in Wajo District, but it was not yet fully implemented. The socialization has been carried out since the enactment of the no-smoking area policy. However, the Regional Government of Wajo Regency has not had a special team to support and control smoking activities in the hospital environment, in budgeting on the equipment the hospital has put up a smoking ban sign but has not created a special place for smoking. Implementing readiness has not fully demonstrated the attitude that supports the policy of non-smoking areas in the Lamaddukelleng Sengkang Regional General Hospital, there are still several employees or staff who are indifferent to visitors who smoke in the hospital environment, but some also have employees who are concerned about the area cigarettes. The hospital has not yet prepared clear guidelines regarding the No Smoking Area based on Wajo Regency Regulations.

AbstractHumans on earth need social interaction with others. Humans can use more than one language in communication. Thus, the impact that arises when the use of one or more languages is the contact between languages. One obvious form of contact between languages is interference. Interference can occur at all levels of life. As in this study, namely Indonesian Language Interference in Learning PPL Basic Thailand Unhasy Students. This study contains the form of interference that occurs in Thai students who are conducting teaching practices in the classroom. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that seeks to describe any interference that occurs in the speech of Thai students when teaching practice. Data collection methods in this study are (1) observation techniques, (2) audio-visual recording techniques using CCTV and (3) recording techniques, by recording all data that has been obtained. Whereas the data wetness uses, (1) data triangulation, (2) improvement in perseverance and (3) peer review through discussion. Data analysis techniques in this study are (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation and (4) conclusions. It can be seen that the interference that occurs includes (1) interference in phonological systems, (2) interference in morphological systems and (3) interference in syntactic systems.
