This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership and communication on employee performance at the Dr Wahidin Sudirohusodo National Higher Education Foundation, Medan. The number of samples in this study were 76 respondents using simple random sampling method. This type of research is quantitative research using path analysis techniques and questionnaire data. Path analysis hypothesis test is done by using multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test and intervention test. The transformational leadership and communication variables partially show a significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership variables and communication simultaneously affect employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 87.8% which means transformational leadership variables, communication can explain employee performance as much as 87.8% and the remaining 12.2% is explained by other variables such as discipline, commitment, compensation and others. Transformational leadership and communication variables simultaneously affect employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 87.8% which means that transformational leadership and communication variables can explain employee performance as much as 87.8% and the remaining 12.2% is explained by other variables such as discipline, commitment. , compensation and others.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of training programs, work ethics, and employee satisfaction on employee performance at the Directors' Office of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III. This research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is a survey. The sample was determined by a simple random sampling method of 92 people. Data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, the variables of the training program, work ethic and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Office of the Directors of PTPN III Medan. The coefficient of determination of 0.515 means that the effect of the training program, work ethic and job satisfaction on changes in employee performance in the Office of Directors of PTPN III Medan is 51.5%.

Every employee would expect a career enhancement in his job. There are many factors that affect employee careers. This study aims to examine the influence of Competence, Transformational Leadership, Social Capital and Performance to Career Employees of Mercu Buana University, is a quantitative research with Path Analysis method. This research was conducted at Mercu Buana University in West Jakarta area, the research sample was 185 employees using Simple Random Sampling method. Associated with the performance of employees, the results showed that there is an influence of competence on performance, there is the influence of transformational leadership on performance, there is the influence of social capital on performance. In the case of employee career, the result of research indicate that there is influence of competence to career of employee, there is influence of employee career performance, there is influence of social capital to career of employee. The result of path analysis gives a structural equation Y = 0,258X1 + 0,213X2 + 0,229X3 + 0,416X4 + 0,36. Thus it can be explained that the most direct influence on Employee Career is a Performance variable of 41.6%, while the Competence variable of 25.8% and social capital variable of 22.9%. ABSTRACT                                                     Organizational culture plays an important role in stimulating the human resources work spirit. The organizational environment affects staff behavior and appearance, as well as staff performance. QIM Hospital is a new hospital. Therefore, it is needed to know the influence of organizational culture on staff performance in the inpatient staffs of QIM Batang Hospital. Using a quantitative research with the survey method. The population in this research was all in-patient staffs of QIM Batang Hospital. A 51 people as a sample and choosen using simple random sampling. Data taken with questionnaire instrument, then analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on staff performance. The influence of organizational culture on staff performance is 64.4% (the coefficient of determination of 0.644).   ABSTRAK   Budaya organisasi berperan penting dalam  merangsang semangat kerja sumber daya manusia. Lingkungan organisasi mempengaruhi perilaku dan penampilan pegawai serta kinerja pegawai. RS QIM merupakan rumah sakit yang tergolong baru. Sehingga perlu diketahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai rawat inap Rumah Sakit QIM Batang. Melalui penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai rawat inap Rumah Sakit QIM Batang. Sampel sebanyak 51 orang menggunakan simple random sampling, instrumen kuesioner, dan data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 64,4% (koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,644).

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership styles and the work environment on employee performance at UPI Serang Campus. The research approach used is a mix method. The research population is an employee of education personnel at the University of Education Indonesia Kampus Serang, while the sample technique used in this study is purposive sampling using as many as 31 respondents. The method used is quantitative research. The data analysis methods used are decryptive statistical analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroskedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis test. The results of this study showed that: (1) leadership styles did not have a significant influence on employee performance. (2) The work environment has a significant influence on employee performance. (3) Leadership style and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination showed that the contribution of the influence of leadership style and the work environment on employee performance was 76.50%, while the remaining 22.50%, was a contribution from other variables (£) that were not examined in this study

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance, the effect of compensation on employee performance, and the influence of the work environment on employee performance. This research is classified into quantitative research in the form of associative causality. The population in this study were 86 employees using a simple random sampling method so that as many as 71 employees were used as samples. The analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis. The results obtained that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of the perception of online stores and offline stores to perceived value and its impact on buying interest fashion products in Jakarta. This study has a quantitative type of research with respondents of 100 consumers in Jakarta. The sampling method is purposive sampling. This study uses a quantitative research method by conducting a survey and the hypothesis test is done by path analysis method. The results of this study indicate that online perception is not a determinant of perceived value, while offline perception is proven to significantly affect perceived value of fashion products. In buying interest, perceived value is the only factor that can be considered as a determinant of buying interest in fashion products.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment onemployee performance at PT Gunatama Bekasi, and how big its influence. The research methodused is the field reserch and librarary reserch method with a correlational approach where inthe process of collecting data a direct observation is conducted on the company in the form ofobservation and questionnaire distribution. work environment is anything that is aroundemployees and that can affect employees. Employee Performance is the spirit of work that is thedesire and sincerity of someone doing a good job and being disciplined to achieve maximumwork performance. The linear regression test is y = 2.55 + 0.93 X and the correlation test is 0.90which means that the effect is quite strong. Test the coefficient of determination of 81% and theremaining 79.03% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test is t arithmetic 14.51 and ttable 2.010 means t arithmetic> from t table then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which meansthere is a strong enough influence between the work environment on Employee Performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect effect of work experience variables and education level on performance benefits and employee performance. The population in this study were 248 employees at one of the Customs and Excise Offices in the Bekasi area. Based on the Slovin formula, the sample size of this study was 71 respondents. Sampling with probability sampling techniques, using simple random sampling method. Meanwhile, data analysis uses Path Analysis. Based on the research results, it shows that: work experience (X1) and education level (X2) have a direct and significant effect on performance allowance (Z). Work experience (X1) and education level (X2) have a direct and significant effect on employee performance (Y). And the performance allowance (Z) has a direct and significant effect on employee performance (Y).
