This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership and communication on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at the Dr Wahidin Sudirohusodo National Higher Education Foundation, Medan. The number of samples in this study were 76 respondents using simple random sampling method. This type of research is quantitative research using path analysis techniques and questionnaire data. Path analysis hypothesis test is done by using multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test and intervention test. Based on the results of research with hypothesis testing, the variables of transformational leadership and communication partially have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. The transformational leadership and communication variables partially show a significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable has a positive and significant indirect effect and there is an influence of communication on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. The variables of transformational leadership and communication have a simultaneous effect on work motivation. The variables of transformational leadership, communication, and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 87.8% which means that the variables of transformational leadership, communication and work motivation can explain employee performance as much as 87.8% and the remaining 12, 2% is explained by other variables such as discipline, commitment, compensation and others. Transformational leadership and communication variables have a simultaneous effect on work motivation. The variables of transformational leadership, communication, and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 87.8% which means that the variables of transformational leadership, communication and work motivation can explain employee performance as much as 87.8% and the remaining 12.2% is explained by other variables such as discipline, commitment, compensation and others. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment onemployee performance at PT Gunatama Bekasi, and how big its influence. The research methodused is the field reserch and librarary reserch method with a correlational approach where inthe process of collecting data a direct observation is conducted on the company in the form ofobservation and questionnaire distribution. work environment is anything that is aroundemployees and that can affect employees. Employee Performance is the spirit of work that is thedesire and sincerity of someone doing a good job and being disciplined to achieve maximumwork performance. The linear regression test is y = 2.55 + 0.93 X and the correlation test is 0.90which means that the effect is quite strong. Test the coefficient of determination of 81% and theremaining 79.03% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test is t arithmetic 14.51 and ttable 2.010 means t arithmetic> from t table then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which meansthere is a strong enough influence between the work environment on Employee Performance.

The study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work motivation on employee performance. Specifically this study aims to find out how the influence of job stress on employee performance and know how well the influence of work motivation on employee performance, and to know the influence of work stress and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda. The method used is quantitative analysis that is by multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study is the number of permanent employees in the production of PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda in 2017 as many as 792 population. The sample in this research using simple random sampling by using slovin formula technique, so sample taken as many as 266 samples of employees remain part production PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda. The results showed that the value of F arithmetic = 143,844, using the significance limit of 0.05, then obtained the significance value is smaller than 0.05 is 0.000, it means that simultaneously the variable work stress and work motivation significantly influence employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,522 or 52,2%, hence coefficient simultaneously in explaining variation or change of dependent variable (Y) found the influence of free variable 52,2%, while the rest is 47,8%. The result of hypothesis testing (H1) through the calculation results obtained t count value of 15,444 with the significance level of 0.000 results is smaller than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study Ho rejected and Ha accepted. This test statistically proves that work stress has positive and dominant effect to employee performance. The result of hypothesis testing (H2) through the calculation results obtained t count value of 3.215 with the significance of the result of 0.001 is smaller than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study Ho rejected and Ha accepted. This test statistically proves that the motivation has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on the performance of employees of PT XYZ Karawang. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires, while the research method used Simple Random Sampling for the sampling technique. The results of the t test show that the tcount for the compensation variable (X1) is 2.832 and the tcount for the motivation variable (X2) is 6.167. From the two tcount, it shows that it is bigger than ttable, which is 1.65882. The hypothesis which states that compensation and motivation have a partially positive effect on employee performance at PT XYZ Karawang. Whereas from the results of the F test, Fcount> Ftable or 55.860> 3.08 or the significance level (sig) 0.000 <0.05 so that the hypothesis that states compensation and motivation together has an effect on employee performance at PT XYZ Karawang and the coefficient of determination shows that compensation and work motivation contributed 51.1% to Employee Performance at PT XYZ Karawang, the remaining 48.9% were other factors which were not examined in this study.
