The results showed that Capital Expenditure had no partial effect on Financial Performance, Size of Local Government partially affected Financial Performance, and the Remaining Budget Financing partially affected Financial Performance. Partially, Capital Expenditure, Size of Local Government, and Remaining Budget Financing together have an effect on the Financial Performance of district/city governments in North Sumatra Province. The R-Square value is 0.815 or 81.5%. This shows that the variables of Capital Expenditure, Size of Local Government, and Remaining Budget Financing are able to explain the Financial Performance variable of 81.5%. While the remaining 18.5% is explained by other variables outside the study.

Performance measurement is very important in evaluating the performance of local government officials or organizations in their efforts to provide services to the public. This study soughts to provide an overview of the financial performance of the Sukabumi City Government as a region that has won the Unqualified Audit Opinion from the BPK-RI in five consecutive years. The research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative approach. Regional financial ratios were used to measure the financial performance in question. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it was found that the Sukabumi City Government was quite capable of financing development or operations in the government by self-financing; PAD has always increased from year to year; Others Legal PAD has the highest contribution in contributing to overall PAD revenue; the level of dependence of the Sukabumi City Government on the source of transfer income on average was in the "MEDIUM" category; the achievement of the annual target of the Sukabumi City Government's PAD has been very effective; and the capital expenditure ratio in the Sukabumi City Government was still low below the average capital expenditure ratio in the regional government.

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the effect of regional own-source revenue (PAD) on the financial performance of district / city governments in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY), (2) the effect of balancing funds on the financial performance of district / city governments in the Special Region provinces Yogyakarta (DIY) and (3) the effect of privileged funds on the financial performance of district / city governments in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY), (4) the effect of capital expenditure on the financial performance of district / city governments in the province of Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). This report uses the Realization of the 2013-2018 Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD), which is published through the website of the regency / city Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Government financial performance is measured by the ratio of regional financial independence. The sample used is 30 data. To test the effect of regional own-source revenue, balance funds, privileged funds and capital expenditure on government financial performance using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) regional own-source revenue (PAD) has a positive effect on financial performance, (2) balancing funds has a negative effect and (3) the special fund does not have a negative effect on the financial performance of the district / city government in the Yogyakarta Special Region (DIY), (4) capital expenditure does not have a positive effect on the financial performance of the district / city government in the province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY).

<p><em>This study aims to compare the performance of  district / city governments  in Indonesia that obtain WTP and Non-WTP opinion from BPK RI for 2014-2016 period. The financial performance variables are measured by financial ratios (decentralization degree ratio, independence ratio, effectiveness ratio , growth ratio) and performance of local government administration are measured by performance evaluation score of local government administration (EKPPD score). Sampling method using purposive sampling with judgment sampling technique. The sample in this study 216 districts / cities, consisting of 108 districts / cities that obtain WTP opinion and 108 districts / cities that obtain Non-WTP opinion. Hypothesis testing using nonparametric test ‘Mann-Whitney U Test’. The results of this study, state that the financial performance of local government and performance of local government administration on district / city governments in Indonesia that obtain WTP opinion is significantly different and better than district / city governments in Indonesia that obtained Non-WTP opinion</em>. <em>This difference shows that district / city  government that obtain WTP opinion has proven to be better in terms of financial management and local government administration compared to those who obtain Non WTP opinions.</em><em></em></p>

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence of the influence of the characteristics of local governments on the performance of municipal / regency regional governments in Jambi Province. The population in this study were 11 districts / cities (9 districts and 2 cities) in Jambi Province in 2011-2015, the number of observations in this study was 55. The analytical method used was quantitative analysis, with panel data regression models using Eviews.10. The results of the study show: (1) The size of the local government does not affect the performance of the district / city government in Jambi Province. (2) The level of regional wealth has an effect on the performance of the district / city local government in Jambi Province. (3) Dependence on the Center has an effect on the performance of the district / city government in Jambi Province, (4) Capital expenditure Ratio does not affect the performance of the regency and city governments in Jambi Province, (5) Legislative Size does not affect the performance of district / city governments in Jambi Province, (6) Leverage does not affect the performance of district / city governments in Jambi Province (7) Size of regional government, level of regional wealth, dependence on the center, capital expenditure, legislative size, and leverage on Government performance Regency / City Region in Jambi Province. (2) Tingkat kekayaan daerah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemerintah  daerah Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jambi. (3) Ketergantungan pada Pusat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jambi, (4) Rasio belanja modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah  kabupaten dan kota di Provinsi Jambi, (5) Ukuran Legislatif tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jambi, (6) Leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jambi.(7) Ukuran pemerintah daerah, tingkat kekayaan daerah, ketergantungan pada pusat ,belanja modal, ukuran legislative, dan Leverage berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jambi. The research aims to analyze the influence of local government revenue, fiscal balance funds, and capital expenditures on the financial performance of local governments with community participation as a moderating variable. The population in this study were all regency and city governments in Bali Province consisting of 8 regencies and 1 city with a period of 5 years from 2014 to 2018. The total population in this study was 45. The sample technique used was the saturated sample the analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study showed that the local government revenue and capital expenditure had a positive effect on the financial performance of the regional government, while the fiscal balance fund had no effect on the financial performance of the regional government. Community participation strengthens the influence of local revenue, balance funds and capital expenditure on the financial performance of local governments. This study examined differences in the local government's financial performance before and after the transition from central tax BPHTB be local taxes? In general, this study aims to determine the contribution BPHTB to the PAD as a source of funding for the survival of each region in order to achieve local autonomy system. The samples used in this study is the district/city that has existed since autonomy BPHTB not be treated as 114 cities/districts. The realization of the study observation period is the period before the transition budget BPHTB (Year 2010) and after the transition BPHTB (Year 2011). The research data were statistically tested with a different test of two paired samples. The results show that the performance of local government in Java have differences before and after the transition BPHTB from the central government to local governments. This research can provide empirical evidence of the differences in the financial performance of the post-transition region from the center to the regions BPHTB especially Java. The results of this study can also be used as a reference in future studies with similar themes to consider several things. First, the use of samples that are not confined to the local government but the entire Indonesian island of Java. Second, adding the growth rate ie performance measurement. A APBD shows the potential ability of a region to manage its regional resources to be a source of income in the context of regional development and prosperity. This research was conducted to analyze and identify the financial capacity of the region for the purposes of planning the following year or other interests. Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) is a financial plan prepared by each region based on Regional Regulations, in this case the regency / city area in North Sumater Province. This study uses district / city APBD data in North Sumatra Province for the past 4 years, from 2014 to 2017. The results of this study indicate that the financial performance of district / city governments in North Sumatra Province is good and independent, marked by the large components Regional original income continues to increase from 2014 to 2017. This study investigates the financial performance measurement (fiscal decentralization, allocation of capital expenditure, economic growth effect on the regional own revenue) in South Sulawesi Province (Indonesia) local government. The database used is sourced from the Central Statistics Agency and the financial statements 24 County and City on 2012-2016, in order to obtain a total sample of 120 units of the sample. The results of the panel regression analysis using Eviews program 9 shows that increasing fiscal decentralization, capital expenditure and hence economic growth increasingly important role in increasing on the regional own revenue.  Recommendations of these studies to the parties concerned to be pursued acceleration of economic growth quality and useful for the improvement of the regional own revenue (PAD) and creating equitable economic growth, especially in economic sectors that are closely related to the acceptance of the PAD. This study is very important that further research is necessary to perform additional variables with a longer observation time. Later research can also be done in other provinces in the entire territory of the Republic of Indonesia even more wide-ranging.

Issues that arise in a decentralized government that is when the allocations are not appropriate in capital expenditure as well as the reception is not optimal (PAD, DBH, DAU, and DAK) that impact on the performance of local government. This study aimed to analyze the effect of revenue (PAD) and Fund Balance to the Capital Expenditure and Financial Performance Bali Provincial. The study population was all over the city /regency in Bali. This research technique using census method. The results showed that capital spending is directly positive and significant impact on the financial performance area, equalization funds directly no significant effect on capital expenditure, the balance funds indirectly positive and significant impact on the financial performance areas, PAD direct significant effect on capital spending PAD indirectly no significant negative effect on the financial performance of the region.
