This study aims to determine and analyze work discipline, work supervision, and communication on employee performance at the Forestry Service Office of North Sumatra Province. The approach used in this study is associative. In contrast, the population in this study is employee performance employees at the Forestry Service Office of North Sumatra Province, 666 employees; using the slovin formula, a sample of 87 people was obtained. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The study results prove that simultaneously and partially, work discipline, work supervision, and communication significantly affect employee performance at the Forestry Service of North Sumatra Province. The implication of this research is on the communication variable, where communication is essential and very needed for employees so that there are no mistakes in the work being done, which causes a decrease in employee performance.

Samples of this study was sampled every part of the whole section in the PT. X Surabaya which numbered 80 from a population of 500. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20 software.

This study aims to determine whether emotional intelligence partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does work discipline partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does emotional intelligence affect employee performance through organizational commitment to PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does work discipline affect employee performance through organizational commitment to PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is the associative method with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 program. This study uses the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, determination test and path analysis test. The population in this study were all employees of PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia, and a sample of 60 respondents. Taking primary data using a questionnaire. The results showed that emotional intelligence partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Poverty is a problem in development. With the existence of poverty, development is hampered. The factors causing poverty include population and GDP. This study aims at determining the effect of population and GDP on poverty in North Sumatra in 2008-2017 so that the bias is used as a basis for determining policies and strategies in overcoming poverty in North Sumatra. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) while the data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 24. The results show that the population and GRDP had a significant effect on poverty in North Sumatra.

The background of the research is the importance of e-procurement application and employee competency toward employee performance. Basically, there are some factors or variables that can affect employee performance (Y). However, There are two factors or variables that will be discussed in this research such as w-Procurement (X1) application and employee competency (X2). the aim of this research was to explain and analyze the effect of e-procurement application and employee competency toward employee performance simultaneously and partially. The type of research used in this research was explanatory research with qualitative approach. Respondents in this research were employees of LPSE and ULP Surabaya Governmenr. Research Instrument test as followed: Normality test, Linearity Test, Multicollinearity test and Heteroscedacity test. Data analysis technique as followed: descriptive data analysis, Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient, and proof of hypothesis through F (simultaneous) and t (partial) Tests. The statistic result of the result showed that there was positive and significant effect between e-Procurement application and employee competency simultaneously and partially toward employee performance. Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and discipline on employee performance. The independent variables were leadership (X1), motivation (X1) and discipline (X3). The dependent variable was employee performance (Y). This was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at PT Surabaya Marine with employees. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression analysis with the F test and t test. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.

This study aims to prove simultaneously and partially customer loyalty in terms of store atmosphere, convenience and trust in J&T Express Surakarta. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population is all J&T Express Surakarta service users. The number of samples used according to Sugiyono's guidelines, amounting to 100 respondents, the sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is that store atmosphere, convenience and trust have a significant effect on consumer loyalty of J&T Express Surakarta. Keywords : Store Atmosphere, Convenience, Trust.

This study aims to examine the effect of the application of e-filling, tax socialization, account representative performance and taxation penalty on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar. This research was conducted at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The samples used were 100 respondents to the method of determining the sample was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques questionnaire. data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that the application of e-filling, account representative performance and taxation penalty had a positive effect on WPOP compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar, while tax socialization did not affect the WPOP at KPP Pratama Gianyar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji sejauh mana pengaruh motivasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Kendari Sulaweis Tenggara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 33 pegawai Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Kendari Sulaweis Tenggara. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 24. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah metode sensus dan teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan motivasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dan secara parsial yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah motivasi. This study aims to examine the extent of the influence of motivation, competence and work environment on the performance of employees of the Southeast Sulawesi Sulaweis City Kendari Management and Retribution Agency. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and was carried out on 33 employees of the Southeast Sulawesi Sulaweis City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 24. The sampling technique used was the census method and data testing techniques used in this study include the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The analysis shows that simultaneous motivation, competence, and work environment influence employee performance and partially the dominant influence on employee performance is motivation.
