Excellence is an integrated system based on modern management techniques and approaches, with the aim of raising performance and achievement levels to the highest levels, to outperform other organizations and to reach the global level. The current research aims to build a measure of the institutional excellence of Iraqi sports clubs, where the researcher in Title III used a set of scientific steps, where the researcher used the descriptive method on a sample of players participating in the Iraqi Premier League basketball, and was used by the mathematical medium and the standard deviation and the coefficient of simple correlation and the value of T-Test as appropriate statistical means. The researchers found a special measure that measures institutional excellence in Iraqi sports clubs.

There are lot of reasons and causes of insect decline. The main causes of insect decline is attributed to habitat destruction, land use changes, deforestation, intensive agriculture, urbanization, pollution, climate change, introduction of invasive insect species, application of pesticides, mass trapping of insects using pheromones and light traps, pathological problems on various insects, and introduction of exotic honey bees in new areas that compete with the native bees for resource portioning and other management techniques for pest management, and even not leaving any pest residue for predators and parasitoids for their survival. The use of chemical insecticides against target or non-target organisms is major cause for insect decline. The diseases and decline of the important pollinators is still a mistry for colony collapse disorder. To overcome the cause of insect decline, various conservation techniques to be adopted and augmentation of artificial nesting and feeding structures, use of green pesticides, maintaining the proper pest defender ratio (P:D), policies and reaching to political audience at global level and other factors already discussed in the chapter may be helpful for mitigating the insect decline and especially for the pollinators, a key insect for life.

The study was used to study the reality of the use of postgraduate students for e- mail. The descriptive descriptive method was used. The questionnaire was used as a tool for study، which averaged 1.99 and a standard deviation of 0.61. It was applied to 45 students from post- Different The results showed that postgraduate students have a desire to use e- mail in university education and to communicate with colleagues and faculty members. However، there are obstacles to their use. The faculty members do not encourage students to use e- mail، lack e- mail skills، Access to the internet laboratory at the college، the reluctance of faculty members to give their email address to students، network problems (slow) In the light of the results، a set of recommendations and proposals were presented to activate the use of e- mail in university education، especially among postgraduate students in the Faculty of Education and various Syrian and Arab universities

This study was conducted to determine the relationship of birth weight of calves, sex ratio of the calves, and the age of the dam to the length of pregnancy in buffaloes resulting from artificial insemination in Kampar District. The method used in this research is the descriptive method by displaying the average and standard deviation. The total number of buffaloes that were artificially inseminated in 2018 and gave birth in 2019 was 21 buffalo-cows. Data were analyzed with the Pearson Product Moment (PPM) correlation. The parameters measured in this study were the length of pregnancy, calf birth weight, calf sex ratio, and dam’s age. The results showed a positive correlation between the birth weight of the calves, sex ratio of the calves, and the age of the dam to the length of pregnancy of 1.4%, with an average length of pregnancy, calf birth weight, and sex ratio of 351.81 days, 27.38 kg, and 1: 1 respectively.

Indonesia government, at the time, is now trying to implement e-government in each of the Organization. E-government is a technology and information-based system that aims to improve the function of public administration and relations with the public. With e-government, it hoped that information transparency would be created, especially financial information. A transparent system can prevent the misuse of the budget, which affects the high level of corruption. Survey results at the global level show that there are cases of fraud that cause distrust of the government. The study is intended to determine the level of trust of society towards transparency finance in e-government. The research method used is the descriptive method by distributing questionnaires to 200 people of Bandung residents. The results showed that financial transparency in e-government affected people's trust.

The research methods and organization involve study and analysis of scientific-methodological literature, pedagogical observations, conversation, mathematical statistics. The pedagogical observations were carried out in the games of different sports clubs in Yerevan within the RA Football Championship. The chief referees serving the games of Armenian First and Premier League were involved in the research. Their main means of communication is considered to be the word and the whistle. While among non-verbal means of communication gestures and facial expressions (mimics) have been set apart. In the season of the 2019-2020 Armenian championship 15 games of Premier and First League have been recorded. The average professional experience of Premier League chief referees was 13 years, and the First League referees - 7 years.

This paper describes a series of measurements made with an oscillating disk viscometer of the viscosity of superheated steam. These measurements were made on eight isotherms, ranging from 148 deg C to 275 deg C, and thus go to a temperature higher than previously achieved with steam in this type of instrument. The measurements again show that in the range of temperature investigated the viscosity of superheated steam decreases with increasing density. The precision of the present measurements has permitted a simple correlation to be made of the effect of temperature and density upon the viscosity. From this it now appears that the temperature at which the density effect ceases to be negative is about 315 deg C. The correlation of the present results is μμpoise=88.020+0.32827tdegC+0.00021350t2(degC)2−−ρg/cm31858−5.90tdegC The standard deviation of the measurements from this is 0.26 μpoise.

With the e-government, it is expected to create information transparency, especially financial information. This study aims to determine the level of public trust in financial transparency in e government. The research method used was a descriptive method by distributing questionnaires to 200 Bandung residents. The results of the study indicate that financial transparency in e government has an effect on public trust.

This study aims to describe students' metaphorical thinking ability on the subject sequences and series. The research was conducted using a descriptive method involving 32 students of SMA Negeri 1 Gorontalo Utara as research subjects. The instrument used was an essay test to obtain data on metaphorical thinking skills and interviews to complement and strengthen the information that came from giving tests on the subject sequence and series. The data analysis technique used is in the form of a percentage with standard deviation categorization criteria, to determine the level of students' metaphorical thinking ability. The results of the analysis showed that the students' metaphorical thinking ability in the subject sequences and series were in the medium category.
