The research aims to know the executive attention and its relationship to psychological empowerment in the Faculties of Physical Education and Sports Sciences among the faculty members and in the variables of the study, the two researchers used the descriptive approach to suit it to the nature of the research. As for the research sample, it was represented by a group of male and female physical education teachers in four universities of (100) teaching staff And teaching The two researchers designed two measures (executive attention) and the scale (psychological empowerment) and distributed them to the sample electronically. The results were processed statistically through the Statistical Package Program (SPSS). The two researchers concluded that the teachers possessed the research sample both from executive attention and psychological empowerment. And its impact on shaping the student’s personality and developing it through the educational media and publications

The objective of the study was to reveal the Blended learning strategies reality at Al Hussein Bin Talal of Jordan University from the point of view of the faculty members (field study). The study populations consist of the staff of the university. (312) faculty members had been chosen randomly from the teaching staff (79) males and (13) females. A measure consists of (34) paragraphs had been applied distributed into five fields as follows: scientific research through the searching machines (internet). Technical usage of e-learning, financial challenges and administrative barriers of e-learning, challenges of e-learning, planning and designing of e-learning.The methodology of the study: it followed the descriptive analytical, and inductive methods. In style of case study which was appropriate style with the aim of the study. The results of the study: The degree of agreement in the strategies followed by the faculty member was as followed: The degree of agreement in the first and second field was high, the third, fourth and the fifth was medium. The answers of the sample in all fields with high degree of agreement which mean there is a good relation between the answer s of the sample and the study fields. The research recommended also existence of strong relation between the demographic variables and the samples’ answers. The researcher recommended establishing workshops at the universities explaining the concept of Blended learning its importance how setting up courses and developed preparing trained human cadres , provision of infrastructure and speedy communication lines , equipment and devices with high speed and high storage.

Abstract: The research covered five chapters:       So, the first chapter definition of the research is from the introduction to the research and its importance, as the importance of the research lies in an expression of the reality of e-learning as it is one of the new patterns of the educational process and its role in enhancing communication and interconnectedness between the learners from the students ’point of view Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, as for the problem The research was, and through the researcher’s acquaintance with many previous studies, references and sources, and being a student at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Baghdad, I noticed that it is worth researching to identify the reality of e-learning and its effective role in enhancing communication and interdependence and suggesting the best ways for development and Standing on the strengths to support them and the weaknesses to address them, and thus this study will be a source of a lot of information regarding e-learning, either the goal of the research was to build a scale for the reality of e-learning and to identify the reality of e-learning and its role in enhancing communication and interconnectedness among the educated in the face of Students considered Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Baghdad. As for the imposition of research, there were significant differences of statistical significance between students ’responses in the College of Education. Physical and sport sciences - University of Baghdad, the second semester is from theoretical studies and previous studies, and the third semester is from the research methodology and its field procedures, as the research method and the two researchers used it the descriptive approach in the survey method because it is the most appropriate to the nature of the problem and the achievement of the research objectives. The research is students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Baghdad and their number (2293) male and female students represent the various academic stages in the college. As for the field research procedures, they lie in the procedures for building the scale and applying it to the building and application sample, while the fourth semester was presented. And analyzing the results and discussing them. As for the fifth chapter, the researcher concluded that the results indicated a good level from the reality of e-learning. The results showed good levels in the fields of e-learning reality, and the presence of significant differences between students ’responses in the e-learning reality scale. In lieu of classroom learning by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the Corona crisis and continuing to use it, conducting studies are not Fascination by using the e-learning reality scale with some tests and measures on different samples.

In April 2008, the University of Illinois-Chicago hosted the Fifth Sloan-C Workshop on Blended Learning and Higher Education. This workshop attracted 180 educational leaders, faculty members, instructional designers and researchers who discussed, shared and considered effective practices in the design and delivery of blended learning environments. Presentations on best practices, lessons learned, and research on the phenomenon of blended learning stoked the discussion for two days. The theme of the workshop, Blending with Purpose, attempted to focus the discussions on the importanceof designing blended learning courses and programs with specific educational goals and objectives in mind. The theme developed out of a growing concern that many faculty were using the latest technology simply for the sake of the using technology without carefully considering the pedagogical benefits and “purpose”. The organizing committee for the workshop also understood that blended learning was not just a faculty-driven activity but needed support and guidance from the administration and instructional designers. As a result, three areas of focus helped organize the workshop activities namely: administration, pedagogy, and evaluation/assessment.

The formation of comprehensive and in-depth notions of objects and phenomena in the world can be achieved when the mastery of knowledge and skills is carried out in a system realized in the context of integration of different scientific directions. One of the main issues in modern education is related to the contradiction - on one hand between the need to form the skills necessary for the orientation and adaptation of the personality in the dynamics of the globalizing world and on the other - the education which is largely based on unilateral acquiring of knowledge and skills within the different subject areas. This influences the development of a worldview and the formation of an adequate attitude towards the problems under consideration and the world as a whole. The knowledge and skills acquired today are often “locked” in the respective direction. The cross-curricular unity in the curriculum is of a recommended nature, but even if it is realized, it does not fully meet the need for a comprehensive and multifaceted consideration of global issues, as a result of which the student not only understands, reflects, but also applies the lessons learned in the process of creating a product - ideal or material. Combining the intellectual nature of the cognitive process with the practice activity are conditions in which the students are highly active and achieve better learning outcomes. Therefore, it is expedient for the different directions to correspond more closely to each other and to carry out effective cross-curricular integration. The concept of applying an integrative approach in the current paper is based on the idea of creating pedagogical conditions for reconciling the goals and expected outcomes of technology and entrepreneurship and natural sciences studied at the initial stage of the primary education. Integration can take place on two levels - knowledge and skills. We believe that the lapbook as an innovative didactic tool contains the necessary potential for effective realization of the educational goals in both directions in terms of achieving the expected results. In the course of its elaboration, new information is acquired in the field of engineering and technology, specific skills underlying the curricula of technology and entrepreneurship programs are developed. At the same time, a number of subjects from the learning content, which are considered from the natural science point of view, are enriched and perceived in a technological way, after which they find place in an attractive book - a lapbook, made by the students themselves. Its utilitarian value is multiplied by the personal contribution to its creation - not only as an object but also as content. The main topics that are of interest to the students are exploring and preserving nature, jobs, modern technical achievements, holidays and customs. As a result of the adequate integration of competences, tailored to curricula, a number of skills are formed, such as: skills for searching on their own, systematization and presentation of information, and application of the lessons learned in a new situation.
