scholarly journals RATING OF THE SCIENTIFIC INFLUENCE OF ST. PETERSBURG PSYCHOTHERAPISTS WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF EVIDENCE-BASED PSYCHOTHERAPY

За последние 30 лет произошла революция в психотерапии под влиянием методологии доказательного подхода. Во всем мире преимущество получили методы доказательной психотерапии. Скорость внедрения результатов исследований в практику предопределяется феноменом научной влиятельности. Для определения данного феномена автор предлагает использовать процентиль по ядру РИНЦ. Впервые был составлен рейтинг научной влиятельности психотерапевтов Санкт-Петербурга. Всего в рейтинге представлен 31 специалист (процентиль по ядру РИНЦ от 4 до 51) из 12 организаций, расположенных по средней величине процентиля по ядру РИНЦ следующим образом: 1) Научный медицинский исследовательский центр психиатрии и неврологии им. В. М. Бехтерева — 16,1; 2) Петербургская школа психотерапии и психологии отношений — 17,7; 3) Санкт-Петербургский государственный педиатрический медицинский университет — 31,0; 4) Северо-Западный государственный медицинский университет им. И. И. Мечникова — 39,5. Важно отметить, что в рейтинг попали негосударственные организации, которые в отличие от государственных не имеют доступа к прямому государственному финансированию научных исследований. Методы психотерапии в рейтинге представлены следующим образом: психоанализ — 8,7; позитивная динамическая психотерапия — 17,7; когнитивно-поведенческая психотерапия — 31,3 и личностно-ориентированная (реконструктивная) — 31,6. Полученные результаты могут учитываться руководителями коммерческих структур, учреждений здравоохранения и образования при составлении перспективных планов, а также врачами и психологами при выборе образовательных программ профессиональной переподготовки в области психотерапии. Over the past 30 years, there has been a revolution in psychotherapy under the influence of evidence-based methodology. The methods of evidence-based psychotherapy have gained preference all over the world. The rapidity of implementation of research results into practice is predetermined by the phenomenon of scientific influence. To determine this phenomenon, the author proposes to use the RSCI (Russian Science Citation Index) core percentile. The rating of the scientific influence of St. Petersburg psychotherapists was compiled for the first time ever. In total, the rating includes 31 specialists (with the 133 RSCI core percentile from 4 to 51) representing 12 organizations, ranked in accordance with the average RSCI core percentile as follows: 1) Scientific Medical Research Center for Psychiatry and Neurology named after V. M. Bekhterev — 16.1; 2) St. Petersburg School of Psychotherapy and Psychology of attitudes — 17.7; 3) St. Petersburg State Pediatric Medical University — 31.0; 4) North-Western State Medical University named after I. I. Mechnikov — 39.5. It is important to note that the rating includes non-governmental organizations, which, unlike state-run ones, do not have access to direct state funding for scientific research. Methods of psychotherapy are presented in the rating as follows: psychoanalysis — 8.7; positive dynamic psychotherapy — 17.7; cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy — 31.3, and personality-oriented (person-centered) psychotherapy — 31.6. The results obtained can be taken into account by the heads of commercial structures, health care and educational institutions when drawing up long-term plans, as well as by doctors and psychologists when choosing educational programs for professional retraining in the field of psychotherapy.

The article presents the data of ancient times philanthropy that stemmed from community life and was a consequence of the social nature of man; in Rome, for the first time, social and educational activity was formalized, which resulted from moral and legal norms; in the Judaic religion, help to the needy was treated as one of the most important religious practices. The article discusses the most important forms of social aid in the Western antiquity. Charity, volunteering presented as important components of the social and educational activities of modern institutions. The author emphasizes the need for the formation and development of humanistic consciousness, spiritual and moral consciousness of citizens. Therefore, cooperation between educational institutions, families, non-governmental organizations, volunteer movements, charitable foundations for the expansion of active charitable activities, and the creation of a humanistic society is required.

Twenty two science Russian periodicals in informatics and library studies are selected for the bibliometrical analysis of key journal indicators, including publication activity of the same journals’ editorial staff. For the first time for domestic journals, the study reveals hidden self-citation when editorial members include links to their journal from other publications. The available instruments of scientometrical databases, including Web of Science and Scopus, and the national system Russian Science Citation Index do not enable to identify this form of self-citation. The mentioned manipulations are aimed at boosting journal rating. In several cases, intensive and unjustified citation by journals’ editorial staff in other periodicals which we consider the violation of publication ethical principles, is revealed.

The European Environment Agency warns that Europe consumes too many resources and causes environmental degradation all over the world. This leads to growing demands on natural systems for food, water and energy. To achieve sustainability and ecological resilience it is necessary to complement technology-focused measures with approaches addressing consumption behaviors, changing lifestyles, enhancing knowledge and education. There are environmental communication approaches stimulating responsible consumption and ecofriendly behaviors, conducted by science and educational institutions, non-governmental organizations and others. Among them, originating from Germany, are the alternative city tours, spread also in other western countries. The aim of this case study is to design and verify urban eco tours for an eastern country - Bulgaria in order to increase young people's sensitivity to sustainability through responsible consumption and to encourage them for ecofriendly alternatives of everyday goods and services. An approach for their implementation in Bulgaria is developed and proved through qualitative and quantitative analysis, involving two different groups of youth – multipliers leading the tours and teenagers taking part. The case study presents urban eco tours as an environmental protection tool, using information about environmental impact of consumption, combined with motivational activities, to change attitudes and encourage young people for ecofriendly lifestyles.  Keywords: environmental communication, education for sustainable development, eco tour, consumption, ecology

In today's conditions, the issue of providing social (including educational) services to demobilized ATO soldiers is extremely important.The study of the issue in socio-pedagogical theory and practice led to the choice of the purpose, which is to analyse modern approaches and theoretical and methodological foundations of the organization of social work with servicemen-participants of the anti-terrorist operation.To solve this purpose, a set of methods was used: study and analysis of scientific and special literature and practical experience on the research problem; pedagogical observation, conversation.The understanding of social work with servicemen-participants of anti-terrorist operation as an integral complex of social services is presented, in particular: informing, counseling, mediation, rendering of various educational services, socio-psychological rehabilitation.The general approaches to social work with servicemen of participants of anti-terrorist operation are opened. It was found that social work is associated with adaptation, socialization, psychological, legal, social assistance and other social services, which was demonstrated by the example of specific projects.The study does not cover all the issues of social work with servicemen participating in the anti-terrorist operation. Topical issues include moral-ethical and pedagogical aspects of social work with members of the ATO and their families. It is promising to study the areas of socio-pedagogical work with servicemen-participants of the anti-terrorist operation, which can be carried out by educational institutions, non-governmental organizations and public organizations.

Løgstrup firstly argues that the differences between the estate-based society of Luther’s time and our modern society mean that we cannot simply apply Luther to today’s problems. Løgstrup turns to specific political issues: state funding of culture, the influence of non-governmental organizations and pressure groups, and the rules of diplomacy in foreign policy. One particular problem related to Luther concerns the right of resistance, since Luther and the Reformers clearly forbade rebellion. But today, due to the structure of power in democracies, we not only have a right of resistance, but a duty to resist oppressors. Løgstrup discusses the problem of how to maintain high standards (e.g. in education and culture) in a democratic society, because democracy involves the risk that the knowledge of experts will be set aside by the will of the uninformed many. Løgstrup also discusses democracy’s risk of becoming a utopian trust in progress and development.

Mental health is the condition of an individual’s well-being. Mentally healthy individuals realize their abilities, cope effectively with the everyday stresses encountered in life, show resilience during extreme events in life, perform efficiently, and participate in the community's development. The global concern of mental health issues is enormous, under-appreciated, and mostly not fulfilled. Hence, the paper assessed the awareness on the Mental Health Law of the registered social workers in Negros Occidental in the areas of general provisions, psychiatric, neurologic, and psychosocial services. It also social workers' mental health services in educational institutions, communities, hospitals, government agencies, and non-governmental organizations.

Nowadays, governments, educational institutions, non-governmental organizations, the private economy and each individual make an effort to integrate the idea of sustainable development in all areas of the educational system. Specific skills and knowledge that we gain as children and teenagers in the family, at school, in training or university will not last for a lifetime. Humanity is programmed to survive. In this context the term ‘programmed’ does not mean the same thing that we use in the computer sciences. Herein, we are dealing with emotional tangle and the continuing struggle to find ourselves. In this way we discovered education as a process. The purpose of practicing this process is that the personal development of an individual can be organized by certain rules. However, the formality enters the function to some extent and we also know that man is inclined to lay in his use of free will. So now we have reached to a new discovery, which is appointed as informal education. This paper, first of all encompasses this form, but also skewed approach to public relations and prospects is also different from those which have been hitherto. First, we will discuss what PR is. Further, we will elaborate education as a process; moreover, we will see how it can be split any further. Hence, history encompasses a factual situation. Lastly, it will be given the interconnection among PR, mass media and informal education.

The paper is directed at contributing to the awareness of the need to emphasize the need for music education in schools. Music has largely been touted as a tool for training, however, it is practically being employed as a source of entertainment and a means of engaging learners in the classroom, thereby paying less attention to its evolving effect on the individual. Consequently, a number of literature emphasizing the importance of music as an instrument for the total development of the learner, has been thoroughly reviewed in this paper. This is to expose stakeholders of education particularly educators, policymakers, parents and heads of educational institutions to the inseparable benefits of music in the general education of the learner. It is therefore crucial for teachers and heads of schools to liaise with Parent-teacher associations, non-governmental organizations, School management boards and the Ministry of Education to help furnish schools with appropriate musical instruments and facilities such as sound laboratories, secluded rooms for audio-visuals to aid teachers and learners in the teaching and learning endeavour. The new Family Act of the Republic of Serbia establishes normative system in the field of family law matters, which is compatible to the contemporary European laws and practice. Family violence is for the first time legally regulated in the field of Serbian civil law. This paper intends to demonstrate different forms of family violence, its range, as well as legal solutions established in order to define the problem and rules of procedure for adopting safeguard measures against the family violence. The court practice in the matters of protection against violence is still being developed. The Family Act establishes specialized court panels for these kinds of legal matters. Judges are required to obtain special knowledge in the field of children's rights, while the lay judges are supposed to be persons who gained experience by working with children and young people. In order to provide the victims of the family violence with the appropriate court protection, it is necessary to establish coordinated action and cooperation between courts, police, prosecution, court for minor offences social service, health institutions, educational centers and non-governmental organizations.

Purpose – Emphasizes the need to give soft-skills training equal importance with other core subjects in Indian educational institutions to enhance students’ employability. Design/methodology/approach – Illustrates with a blueprint to ensure industry – institute interaction and co-ordination from all stakeholders including educators, industry, training and placement officers and soft-skills trainers. Findings – Highlights the need to treat soft skills like any other core subject to make students understand their importance. Practical implications – Shows that soft skills will enable students to grow not only as an enlightened and empowered individuals but also as an employable and self-employable individuals. Social implications – Seeks strong support from all stakeholders, including educators, students, parents, industry, non-governmental organizations and government, to enhance employability skills in students. Originality/value – Turns the spotlight on the importance of soft skills to students and the Indian economy as a whole.
