The role of the Internet as a culture-forming factor cannot be underestimated. In the modern world characterized by the domination of new technologies, this medium is developing dynamically, because it combines the potential of audio-visual messages with the possibility of creating diverse virtual reality. The computer network has already appropriated various professional, cultural and private spheres, becoming a full, but at the same time artificial space of human life. Thanks to the development of social networking sites and an unlimited number of users (interactors), social and collective needs are met through the internet. It comes to the so-called: “wikification” of knowledge and culture understood as the effect of collective intelligence actions and arrangements as well as restrictions on the sphere of privacy. This phenomenon is assessed by researchers in an ambivalent way. We learned about the importance of the internet in the age of the coronavirus pandemic. At that time, virtual tourism was included in the era of virtual dimension, gaining in this situation new opportunities and a spatio-temporal context. In view of this innovative form of tourism there is a need for a scientific view of this phenomenon and to pay attention to both positive aspects and threats that may occur to people moving in cyberspace. There is also a need for terminological clarification of the place, meaning and concept of virtual tourism. The purpose of the article, which uses the desk research critical analysis method is to pre-consider these problems and in this aspect try to propose an original definition of virtual tourism.

Security is concerned with protecting assets. The aspects of security can be applied to any situation- defense, detection and deterrence. Network security plays important role of protecting information, hardware and software on a computer network. Denial of service (DOS) attacks causes great impacts on the internet world. These attacks attempt to disrupt legitimate user's access to services. By exploiting computer's vulnerabilities, attackers easily consume victim's resources. Many special techniques have been developed to protest against DOS attacks. Some organizations constitute several defense mechanism tools to tackle the security problems. This paper has proposed various types of attacks and solutions associated with each layers of OSI model. These attacks and solutions have different impacts on the different environment. Thus the rapid growth of new technologies may constitute still worse impacts of attacks in the future.

Internet. Cibercrimes.     Abstract: The main objective of this work is to analyze the progress of Brazilian legislation, especially laws 12,737 / 2012 (Carolina Dieckmann Law) and 12,965 / 2014 (Internet Civil Law Law), regarding innovations in approaches to cyber crimes (cybercrimes). Subsequently, an analysis will be made under international law, as well as the Budapest Convention, which will address the issues of misuse of the internet. The present study is justified by the technological advance of the modern world, which in turn has contributed to the creation of new habits in the "newest" forms of communication, which have come to use innovative means capable of promoting dialogue with people in time real and anywhere in the world. However, not only in Brazil, but in all countries in general, the misuse of the Internet has generated many confrontations that go beyond border barriers, such as the practice of acts that violate personality rights, intellectual property rights and other criminal offenses. This time around, the problems involving the Internet generally have their repercussions, extrapolating the internal legislation of each State, which is often insufficient to resolve this issue. It is believed to be not only timely but necessary to use International Law as a catalyst for combating the evils that surround the global computer network. For this, a research methodology based on a bibliographic study of a qualitative nature, pure in relation to its result, and descriptive-exploratory in terms of its objectives will be used. Keywords: International Law. Internet. Cybercrime.

This article analyzes the emergence of the phenomenon of suicidal communities in the Russian cyberspace from the perspective of the widespread in modern criminology theory of routine actions. The relevance of the selected topic is substantiated by the fact that despite a variety of studies dedicated to “death groups”, the problems associated with encouraging or assisting suicide using the Internet platforms are not fully covered in the view of criminological science. At the same time, there is urgent need for criminological research of this phenomenon due to the qualitative transformation of criminality – use of the Internet platforms for inflicting harm to human life and health without direct physical and psychological abuse is a distinguishing feature of the modern world. The subject of this research is the key concepts of the theory of routine actions (“motivated criminal”, “potential victim”, “no external control”) applicable to the problem under review. The author explores certain psychological and cultural aspects that characterize the modern younger generation (increased engagement in social media, more tolerant perception). It is concluded that criminalization of relationships developing between people in social media naturally increased criminality due to the emergence of new ways of communication in modern world. The author believes that the effective method to minimize the category of such type of crimes consists in promotion of the state policy aimed at improvement of psychological health of the population.

The internet is one part that can not be released in human life today. Every year internet users both in Indonesia and in the world have increased. This increase in internet users causes the availability of IP to decrease. That is because users who will use the internet must have an IP. The availability of IPv4 is currently decreasing. To overcome these problems, IPv6 was made which was announced to replace the existence of IPv4. But another solution that can be taken is using subnetting. With subnetting, IP can be used optimally according to the needs of the host or can make efficient use of IP. And subnetting also functions to avoid congestion resulting from too many hosts on the physical network. And to connect between subnets, routing will be done.

The Internet has revolutionized almost every facet of business and personal life. We are facing a far-reaching revolution, driven by Social Networking Sites (SNSs) where people talk about their life, purchases, and experiences. Mobile devices and tablets are replacing computers as the main access point to the Internet. Customer expectations are rising constantly with the development of new technologies. Social Media comes in many forms: blogs, media sharing sites, forums, review sites, virtual worlds, social networking sites, etc. Social Networking Sites (SNSs), the focus of this chapter, are the most disruptive social media and a key opportunity for business. Most industries recognized in that shift the potential for a more intimate and productive relationship with customers. Nowadays, retailers have no choice in whether they do social media: they only have the choice of how well they do it. Retailers need to convert browsers to buyers, and one-time customers to loyal sharing fans, so that they become advocates in the real and virtual worlds. The shift is deep: from one-way communication to conversation, and from advertising as an interruption to the interactivity in all locations. The originality of the chapter consists on its introduction of the concept of Social Networking Sites (SNSs) as an integration of the retailing marketing mix, defining its role in a marketing strategy, and providing some managerial implications for practitioners. After an introductive overview of the trend adopting a retailer point of view, four are the chapter's cornerstones: opportunities belonging from geolocation; how to plan a social media strategy; a new channel of interaction between customers and retailers: the social customer service; how to face a crisis in a Web 2.0 context. These are four brand new ways to engage consumers. This topic is relatively new and in continuous becoming, and much of interest remains to be said about it. The chapter's approach is to present what the authors believe to be the most relevant for a retailer facing a social networking challenge.

The collapse of the USSR led to national and religious intolerance, actualizing the problems of tolerance in the modern world and in Russia. It is believed that intolerance towards members of one or another social community (ethnic, racial, religious, etc.) is shown by those representatives who do not have stable values and attitudes. Therefore, the problem of tolerance is relevant for young people. The article presents the first results of sociological studies conducted by the authors in 2015-2018 in the Republic of Bashkortostan. The region selected for research in terms of socio-economic development is stable and has a special ethnic-sectarian structure of the population. In order to study the features of the formation of civic identity of residents of a multi-ethnic region, in 2016 a survey of 1000 respondents was conducted. This allowed us to determine the indices of tolerance of the population of the Republic of Bashkortostan depending on gender, age and type of settlement. To identify problems associated with interethnic relations and the formation of a tolerant (intolerant) attitude of youth, in 2018 the authors conducted a content analysis of the most popular Internet messengers in the Republic. Content analysis has revealed the manipulative techniques that leading Internet instant messengers resort to. It is shown that these techniques have an impact on the formation of youth's negative attitudes towards representatives of various nationalities living in the republic. Numerous studies record an increase in the time that young people spend on the Internet for entertainment. It is important to encourage modern youth to use the educational, scientific, professional resources of the Internet, which, when used correctly, can help to improve the culture of young Russians. Social technologies for working with youth should be adapted to new technologies in the field of Internet communications. This article was prepared with the financial assistance of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR) under project No. 17-03-00863 / 18-OGON "Social technologies for working with youth in the field of interethnic and intersectarian Internet communications.

Nowadays, psychology has entered a new era of its development. This is directly related to a phenomenon of cyberspace, the space in which the digital dimension of modern human life is manifested. Within the context of the development of new technologies around the world, cyberpsychology has emerged. It aims to understand the psychological processes associated with all aspects and features of human behavior in cyberspace. Cyberpsychology is faced with many challenges, and the impact of social media on mental health and psychological well-being is among them. The article attempts to investigate the influence of social networks on psychological functioning of an individual. While some researchers emphasize the positive impact of social networks on psychological well-being, others are focused on the dangers of cyberspace. Recent study suggests that long-term use of social networking sites may be associated with symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, loneliness, and low self-esteem. As far as social networks are a relatively new phenomenon, the potential link between their use and mental health and psychological well-being has not yet been properly explored, and the scientific community has not yet been able to fully interpret the results and reach a definite conclusion. The relationship between the use of social networks and psychological functioning is not that simple and unambiguous; it depends on many factors, such as the way to use it, communication patterns, emotional state, comorbidities, self-awareness, motivation, values, attitudes, and preferences. Today, we cannot avoid cyberspace, thus, the health and well-being of both the individual and society depend on our ability to interact effectively within it.
