t becomes increasingly apparent that the petrochemical industry park, a new-type industry park, is being plagued during its ecological construction process by such problems as improper management, backward infrastructure construction, weakening function of administrative departments, and the shortage of eco-industrial technologies, potent guiding policy and support. Therefore, it is crucial to take effective measures, perfect the infrastructure construction of the ecological industry park, strengthen the function of the administrative departments, promote the technological innovation policies, strive for the development of ecological industry technologies, enhance the policy guidance and support on the ecological industry park, promote the clean production, develop the circular economy, properly conduct the ecological management of the petrochemical park, and improve the level of the ecological construction of the petrochemical park. This research is about the Sharia-Based Tourism Industry, the aim is to describe how the Sharia-based Tourism Industry Development Model is implemented in Banten Province. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques interview, observation, documentation, and literature study. The results showed that: 1) Banten Province has good tourism potential. This can be shown by the number of tourism objects (ODTW) as many as 526 objects which are divided into several categories, namely 84 natural attractions, 34 historical and cultural objects, 24 man-made tourism objects, 9 living culture objects and 48 art attractions. . 2) The Provincial Government's efforts towards a sharia-based tourism industry, namely through fulfilling the provision of facilities towards sharia (such as toilets, prayer rooms), preparing WEB tourist destinations as tourism information material for the community, revitalizing the Sultanate of Banten because currently this place is synonymous with community icon about religious tourism in Banten 3). The sharia tourism development model in Banten Province is actually already in the preparation stage, but it has not yet been fully implemented towards sharia but has begun to be introduced through religious tourism. In the future the development model is through clear sharia regulations, after which a more intense introduction is made to the geographic contours in Banten Province, then a tourism zoning mapping is carried out according to the Provincial RJMD and PERDA No.6 of 2019 concerning the development master plan, after which the Provision is made. facilities towards sharia by paying attention to A3 (Amenitation, Attractions, and Accessibility), Provision of WEB Tourism Destinations as Promotions, Revitalizing several buildings that can be carried as sharia tourist destinations, Providing understanding, coaching and training to the community and several tourism industries both hospitality , transportation, food, transportation, tour gate, ekraf.

Creative industry has a big influence on the development of tourism destination. Developing a creative industry which is the part of the tourism industry is an assertion in the present. The synergy between the creative economy and the tourism sector is a potential economic development model to be developed in Indonesia, including the Province of Banten. Banten has the potential of tourism commodities such as wicker, a local wealth of Batik Banten, and Weaving Baduy. Banten Province also has 34 centers of small and medium industries including snack center, footwear, metal, bricks, and tile scattered in Serang, Pandeglang, and Lebak. The purpose of this study is to understand the main actor and driving factor of the development of creative industry, to construct the strategy of creative industry development in Banten Province, and to analyze the potential of creative industry development as a tourist attraction in Banten Province. The research method of the study is a literature review with descriptive and explorative approaches. This research found that to develop the creative economy as a driver of the tourism sector requires connectivity, by creating creative product outlets in strategic locations and close to tourist spots. These outlets can be counter or craft centers that can be packaged in tour packages.

This paper will describe the function of water resources to support business activities in Surakarta regency, Central Java province. Surakarta is a business city in Central Java province with small business enterprises and specific culture. This city has a famous river with the name is Bengawan Solo. Bengawan Solo is a River Flow Regional (RFR) to support business activities in Surakarta regency. Concious with the function, societies and local government in Surakarta must to manage the sustainability of River Flow Regional (RFR) Bengawan Solo. It is important to manage the sustainability of business activity in Surakarta regency.   According to the condition in Surakarta regency, this paper will explain how the simulation of Low Impact Development Model in Surakarta regency. Low Impact Development is a model that can manage and evaluate sustainability of water resources in River Flow Regional (RFR). Low Impact Development can analys goals, structures, and process water resources management. The system can also evaluate results and impacts of water resources management. From this study, we hope that Low Impact Development can manage water resources in River Flow Regional (RFR) Bengawan Solo.
