Correction of the health state among the special medical group students with cardiovascular system defects by the means of physical culture

The analysis of the physiological aspects of conducting physical education classes with first graders who have cardiovascular disease is given. The research urgency is caused by the fact that recently the rate of child disability in Russia has doubled. Prevalent disabilities associated with cardiovascular diseases and their manifestations. The data analysis of morbidity and disability of children in Voronezh Region over the past five years is given, one could argue about the increase in the number of first-graders, divided in consequence to the special medical group and their reduction to the core. According to the Health Department of the Voronezh Region the highest prevalence of pathologies of the cardiovascular system in children of 7–8 years are cardiomyopathy and myocarditis various, as well as dysregulation of vascular tone, occurring in the form of neuro-circulatory dystonia. On average, pupils in the first grades of secondary institutions observed pathology of the cardiovascular system at 23.4 % of cases.We have developed a technique of physical training of correctional orientation for first graders having pathology of the cardiovascular system, including developing, gymnastic and breathing exercises that are adapted to individualisierung and dosing of the training load. The developed program allows to improve the process of physical education at physical culture lessons with first graders who have cardiovascular system disease.

Introduction. In the modern production of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), despite relatively low levels of air pollution of the working zone of the harmful substances, the problem of the negative effects of chemical factors on organism remains topical In this regard, the objective of the present study was the quantitative estimation of exposure of chemical loads (ECL) priority toxicants in PVC production and the identification of associated links with health indices. Material and methods. In the work of the applied methods of hygienic studies using a methodology for assessing occupational risks of the method of calculation of exposure to the chemical load. To justify a connection with the profession of morbidity used method of correlation analysis. Results. In PVC production average settlement values of ECL priority substances (vinyl chloride and 1.2 dichloroethane) for the 10-year period were was shown to gradually decrease and be statistically significantly higher: during the first five-year period in comparison with the second, at mechanics in comparison with bureaucrats, in the shop of production of PVC in comparison with the shop of production of VH (р <0.01; р <0.001). When studying the health state of workers, the high prevalence of occupational risks was also noted rather functional violations of a cardiovascular system (31.2±5.1), neurologic frustration (28.0±3.2), functional violations of a digestion system (26.3±3.4). At medical examination diseases of a cardiovascular system (43.4±5.9), the nervous system (29.5±4.9), the system of digestion had the greatest prevalence (19.7±4.0). Correlation relationships between separate indices of the violation of health and quantitative indices of ECL are revealed. Conclusion. For example, in employees of a modern PVC production, the results demonstrate it to be possible to identify an association between health and ECL, reflecting the cumulative impact of chemical pollutants production media after years of work at the enterprise. There was confirmed the usefulness of calculations specified ECL for linking disease with an occupation, particularly in the context of the effects of low concentrations of chemicals.

The research urgency is caused by necessity of studying the students somatic health level due to a sharp deterioration of health state during the last decade. The aim of the investigation is studying the dynamics and nosological forms of students diseases of higher educational institutions. The results of the work. It is established that the incidence of students in the dynamics of 2010–2016 is growing rapidly. The diseases of cardiovascular system, stomach and digestive organs, musculoskeletal system are the most common. In the analysis of nosologic forms of diseases for a gender characteristics, the percentage of women with pathology, from the first to the fourth year study within the specified research period is significantly more than men. Conclusions. The state of students health is unsatisfactory. This requires the search for new approaches for setting issue of youth health.

At the stage of nowdays the main part of physical education system for special medical groups updates and creates intergative innovative methods of selection and aprobation of modern academic activity. The object of our research was gain in quality improvement of the academic activity of physical education for special medical groups. The research problem was searching and approbation of modern innovative health saving technologies to the "The physical training and sport elective subjects: physical culture for students of special medical group" classes. The literature sourses research was made for dealing with the problem and for searching innovations in the field of recreative physical culture, the nosological characteristic of students' health problem was detected, special medical group members were chosen as well as forms, materials and methods of physical education. The testing for students' health level detection and the results are shown.

It has been noticed that dosed muscle activity in the form of regular physical culture exercises is capable of providing a pronounced general health-improving effect at any age. Neglect of systematic rational physical activity always contributes to a persistent weakening of the state of health and especially often leads to the formation of various dysfunctions of the heart and blood vessels. The study was carried out in 2019-2020 on young men living in Central Russia (the city of Moscow and the Moscow region). In the work carried out, it was found that regular muscle activity in healthy adolescents and those with dysfunctions in the cardiovascular system provides a stable normalization of the parameters of cardiac activity. As a result of regular dosed physical training, all those under observation had a statistically significant increase in the vital capacity of the lungs. All physically training young men showed an increase in the level of general physical fitness. In all cases, the boys who increased their physical activity showed an increase in speed-strength capabilities and an increase in overall endurance. It can be considered that an increase in daily physical activity due to an increase in the distance covered on foot is a very effective means of improving the health of adolescents, including when they begin to develop disorders of the cardiovascular system.

We discuss the assessment of the level of physical health of modern students. The recommendations of researchers on the construction of the process of studying the indicators of physical development and the level of physical health in adolescence. We present the criteria for the successful implementation of the pedagogical process of physical culture in terms of secondary educational institutions of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. The main types of cardiovascular pathology that arise among cadets enrolled in the 6th grade of the Tula Suvorovsky Military School are listed. We list and describe the indicators to be evaluated in determining the level of physical health of adolescents in general and with diseases of the cardiovascular system in particular: body mass index, life index, Robinson index, strength index. The data of the study of different characteristics of the level of physical health in adolescents control and experimental groups at the beginning and at the end of our experiment. Theoretically substantiated and experimentally proved the relevance and necessity of developing a method of correctional orientation to improve the efficiency of the process of physical nutrition of adolescent cadets with pathologies of the cardiovascular system of various etiologies in pre-university educational institutions of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

The staffs of the Dneprodzerzhinsk State Technical University (Ukraine), the College of physical education and the Dnepropetrovsk Institute of physical culture and sports have offered the methods of regulation of training loads athletes, depending on the energy performance of the cardiovascular system. The important objective of this study was creation the principles of diagnostics state of the cardiovascular system of sportsmen. It is shown that the basic structural knots of the biotechnical system are: patient (sportsman), operator (doctor), echocardiograph, electrocardiograph, block of ultrasonic influences, personal computer, interface, stand of operator, printer, gym kit. The structural scheme of the biotech complex diagnostics and correction of the state of this system is proposed. Basic principles of creation of biotechnical complex were carried out for diagnostics and correction of the functional state of sportsmen. The methods of regulation of the training loading of sportsmen were offered depending on the power indexes of the cardiovascular system. The mechanism of functioning of the cardiovascular system of man is considered at the increased physical loading. The main parameters of ultrasonic influences on the heart muscle (indoor massage), improves the cardiovascular system are considered. The structure of biotechnical complex of diagnostics and correction of properties of the cardiovascular system is considered on the basis of the personal computer, echo- and electrocardiograph, ultrasonic generator, trainer &#34;KONCEPT&#34;.
