Information System Models—as a Tool for Shipyard Planning and Control

This paper proposes the use of information system models of production as a tool to achieve rationalization and integration goals and to create a learning organization. It is shown that through use of these models it is possible to identify cost-benefit ratios for various rationalization and modernization tasks, and to create an action plan for their implementation. The proposed production information model aims at reducing every job into its smallest elements in the form of processes and activities as well as rationalizing the subjective concepts of complexity, size, quality, etc. through the use of metrics. The paper also discusses the increasing reality variance of accounting systems and proposes the introduction of single-factor and total-factor productivity for correct evaluation of operating performances and of investment decisions. While the model is generic enough to cover all eventualities, its application to specific yards requires additional tailoring to reflect the effects of layout, facilities, organization and labor resources on the yard performance. The paper suggests that adoption of such models avoids subsystem optimization or importation of methods and techniques which might have been successful in some other operation and yet may not be appropriate in given circumstances.

With the deterioration of ecological environment and the increasing demand for aquatic products, the development of fishing remains seriously threatened from various aspects, especially for production planning and control in particular place and time. Therefore, this technical paper develops a visual platform based on Geographic Information System (GIS) aim to help managers formulate sensible policy with the intention of achieving sustainable fisheries development. The key design of this system lies in the association of attribute database and GIS technologies referring to the Leftlet map. There are mainly two contributions in this article: (i) the visualizations of aquaculture production quantity are first proposed according to the geographical location and species category; (ii) system provides the superior results of statistical analysis on user interface due to the technical processing on data association and light or color intensities presentations. Furthermore, the web service is constructed and extended on the principles of the Browser/Server (B/S) architecture whose purpose is to reach efficiency of exploitation and operations.

Abstract - Development Telecommunication Tower growth cannot be avoided. Accordingly, the local government makes local regulations on Planning and Control of Telecommunication Tower to avoid illegal construction of Telecommunication Tower because makes a reduction in open land and also reduces the aesthetic value of the spatial region. The researcher conducted a study on the implementation of methods haversine on a geographic information system is expected to simplify the process of distance measurements for the determination of Telecommunication Tower towards he elliptical shape of the earth. Every company always needs a sales accounting information system because sales are a major activity in the company. A good sales accounting information system must be accompanied by effective business planning and control. With the existence of business planning and control in the company PT.PLN can make the company more focused in conducting the electricity sales process to get profit. The research aims to analyze the electricity sales accounting information system for business planning and control at PT. PLN (Persero) Branch of South Manado whether it has been effective or not. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The data taken in this study is the report on the results of electricity sales in January-December 2018. The electricity sales information system from planning to being realized has been effective then it can be concluded that the electricity sales accounting information system for business planning and control is running well and has been running well according to company needs.

Abstract - The aim of the research is to design and build an information system application for processing cash receipts and disbursements data for financial planning and control at the Wali Nagari Kenagarian Harau Office using the Java Netbean programming language and MySQL database which aims to speed up data entry for receipt and expenditure transactions cash and report presentation quickly, precisely and accurately. The conclusion in this study is the programming language Java Netbeans and MySQL proven to be able to be used in a performance that is fast, precise and accurate in data entry cash receipts and disbursements transactions, as well as more secure data security.Keywords - Cash Receipts and Expenditures, Java Netbeans, MySQL Abstrak - Tujuan penelitian adalah merancang dan membangun sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi pengolahan data transaksi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas untuk perencanaan serta pengendalian keuangan pada Kantor Wali Nagari Kenagarian Harau dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java Netbean dan database MySQL yang memiliki tujuan untuk mempercepat entry data transaksi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas dan penyajian laporan dengan cepat, tepat dan akurat. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahasa pemograman Java Netbeans dan MySQL terbukti mampu digunakan dalam sebuah kinerja yang cepat, tepat dan akurat dalam entry data transaksi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas, serta keamanan data lebih terjamin.Kata Kunci - Penerimaan dan Pengeluaran Kas ,Java Netbeans, MySQL

One of the tasks of business entity is building and creating the information system, because in today's business environment is more than ever necessary to make proper and good quality business decisions. If we were a business decision and as efficiently as it is necessary that a business entity you easy distribution of your information in several parts. Therefore, this paper will therefore be focused on the concept of accounting information system as a part of total complex information systems. Upon the basis of the focus will continue to be words on the complexity of accounting system and also the mains functions of their management or managing business information within the system. While in the last part will be discussed in relation to maintain and control of one accounting information system because the system itself requires appropriate controls with adequate maintenance.

Eine Umfrage des IFW zeigt, dass nur ein kleiner Anteil mittelständischer Unternehmen Weiterbildungsangebote in hohem Umfang nutzt. Eine Ursache ist, dass die Entscheidungsträger Weiterbildungsbedarfe und -erfolge meist nur qualitativ durch Interviews bestimmen. Für die betriebsspezifische Kalkulation des Nutzens wird am IFW eine quantitative Bewertungsmethode entwickelt. Ein Beispiel in diesem Artikel zeigt, wie auf Basis von Kennzahlen der Produktionsplanung und -steuerung Weiterbildungsstrategien betriebsspezifische Nutzenwerte zugeordnet werden.   A survey by the IFW shows that only a small percentage of SMEs use advanced trainings to a high extend. One reason is that decision makers determine training needs and successes only qualitatively by interviews. Therefore, the IFW develops a quantitative evaluation method for the company-specific calculation. Based on indicators from production planning and control this article shows an example how company-specific benefits of training strategies are determined.
