Abstract. The results of a survey of 130 students are presented. arterial hypertension was diagnosed during the initial medical examination. The most depressive types of physical exercises, walking and running for students with arterial hypertension were established. It is shown that among students with high blood pressure, along with other physical activities, exercises of a static nature are also hypotensive. The classes that are most adequate for this contingent of persons, contributing to the restoration of functional disorders of hemodynamics, primarily blood pressure indicators, have been determined. Developed and tested a differentiated, scientifically grounded methodology of classes for students with borderline arterial hypertension.

For the sake of maintaining active longevity of the elderly the adequate, individually selected physical activity, that was get after the integrated assessment of physical fitness level, the functional status and the social features, is necessary. 121 women (mean age 66,77±5,37) who decided to engage in physical exercises were included in the study. For every participant professional, social and sport anamnesis, the presence of illnesses, the clinical information and the functional tests (Stange, orthostatic, «6 minutes walking», «Up and go») were evaluated. Was get, that 75,21 % participants of the study had hypertension. The normal type of systolic blood pressure reaction during orthostatic test was present in 71,07 % people, by diastolic blood pressure - in 84,29 % people. The body mass index corresponded to the excess body weight. The indices of the grip strength, spirometry were decreased, but were not critical. The indices of the grip right and left arm correlated with age (R=-0,33; p<0,01; R=-0,31; p<0,01). The results of the tests «Up and Go» and «6 minutes walking» were evaluated as normal. The orthopedic examination has revealed the flatfoot and scoliosis. 91,73 % of the retired individuals did not have a job. Cause of retirement for the majority of patients were stuff cuts after the age 60, which was not in accordance with the satisfactory physical state of the participants of the investigation. Therefore, nowadays the questions of part-time employment of the elderly and re-education of the people with the age «50+», together with the development of physical exercise programs are of great importance.

Introduction: physical inactivity is a risk factor for chronic non-communicable diseases, causing morbidity and mortality and weight gain in the economy of nations. Objective: to analyze the effect of combined physical exercises on anthropometric and hemodynamic parameters in young and adults people in Cidade da Matola. Methodology: 22 subjects from 23 to 60 years old (8 female and 14 male) were randomly selected in 2017. The anthropometric assessment consisted of weight, height, BMI and waist circumference. Hemodynamic variables were evaluated with an Omron M3-HEM-7131-E tensiometer. The sample performed combined physical exercises for three consecutive months. Using SPSS, 20.0, at 95% CI, the non-parametric WILCOXON test was applied to examine the effect of physical exercises on the variables of interest. Results: globally, weight and BMI increased over the course of the intervention, however without statistical differences, on the other hand, height, WP, SBP, DBP and HR differed statistically: P=(0.019; 0.008; 0.048; 0.006; 0.000) respectively. After analyzing the sex, only male individuals registered statistically significant differences for WP, DBP and HR: P=(0.023; 0.006; 0.000) respectively. The age range of individuals aged ≥ 36 years revealed a significant effect of the intervention on the variables WP, DBP and HR: P=(0.022; 0.042; 0.001) respectively. Conclusions: although the sample size was small, globally, the effect of the intervention on the variables of interest was notorious, especially in Blood Pressure, Heart Rate and Waist Perimeter.

Arterial hypertension (АH) among obese children and adolescents is diagnosed with a frequency of 24,8 — 40 % of cases. The pathogenesis high blood pressure (HB) among childhood obesity continues to be studied in connection with the identification of new genetic and epigenetic factors that determine its course. Polymorphism of genes of arterial hypertension can serve as a reason for maintaining increased vascular tone, even if the nutritional status of the child is optimized. The objective was to study polymorphisms of genes of arterial hypertension AGT: 704, AGТ: 521; AGTR2: 1675; еNOS3:786 among children with obesity and arterial hypertension, depending from the dynamics of blood pressure after courses of diet and physical rehabilitation. Materials and methods. The study has included 50 obese and hypertensive children aged 11—14 years who were prescribed diet and courses of special physical exercises for 6 months. We have compared 2 groups of children: children who have had arterial hypertension after treatment («АH6 month +») and children who had no arterial hypertension after treatment («АH6 month -»). The comparison group has consisted of 34 healthy children with normal body mass index and blood pressure. We have performed clinical and instrumental, laboratory examination, anamnestic assessment of heredity, laboratory analysis of genotypic variants AGT: 704, AGТ: 521; AGTR2: 1675; еNOS3:786 among the studied population of children. Results. Comparative analysis of genotypic variants has showed a disproportionate distribution of alleles depending on the dynamics of blood pressure. Among children o «АH 6 month +» there were a predominance of mutant homozygous alleles of the gene AGTR2 AA (A) 45 % (22 %) and a decrease in the frequency a normal homozygous allele GG 9,0 % (9,6 %). We found a greater affinity of the CC homozygote for AGT 704, the CT heterozygote for AGT521 and the CC homozygote for the eNOS gene for the group of children «АH 6 month +» than among children «AH 6 months -» and healthy children. Conclusion. The revealing of causal polymorphisms of genes of arterial hypertension in obese children will allow predicting the risk of developing stable hypertension and determining treatment.

Aim. To reveal the role of a “youth protein” GDF11 in regulation of lipid metabolism and cardiovascular system work in essential hypertension (EH) in women taking antihypertension medications and regularly involved in moderate physical exercises (kinesitherapy).Material and methods. In all participants, the level of GDF11 was measured by immune enzyme assay, and levels of lipids; registration was done of blood pressure, echocardiography and circulation condition with a novel sensor of dynamic light scattering (mDLS).Results. In women with AH taking antihypertension medications, the level of GDF11 was lower more than 3 times. In EH patients the deviations found, in a shear flow velocity with significant increase of rapid velocity processes. Correlations found for GDF11 level with the age, blood pressure, condition of the heart work, hemodynamical and oscillatory indexes. In the EH group patients regularly doing exercises (kinesitherapy), the level of GDF11, blood pressure, lipid profile and all parameters of heart work and hemodynamics are close to normal.Conclusion. The “youth protein” CDF11 is a factor of prevention of AH. Kinesitherapy in EH patients normalizes GDF11, lipid profile, and significantly increases the work of cardiovascular system.
