Human beings are deeply related to land. Human beings take birth on land, live on land, die on land and mixes with land ultimately. As stated in the holy Quran: ‘We (Allah) created you (human beings) from the soil, we shall make you return to the soil and We shall call you back again from the soil’ (20:55). Human life is surrounded by soil i.e. land. So, land is a highly completed issue of human life involving economic, social, political, cultural and often religious systems. Land administration is thus a critical element and often a pre-condition for peaceful society and sustainable development. In administrating land, Khatian or record of rights plays a vital role to determine the rights and interests of the respective parties as supportive evidence. In this article, discussion is mainly made on the fact that Khatian or record of rights is not a document of title solely but it may be an evidence of title as well as possession. This research tackles the subject of the indication of antonyms and its impact on the exegesis of al-Samin in both his books “al-Durr al-Masun” (Preserved Pearls) and “‘Umdat al-Hufaz” (Reliance of the memorize-rs). In this research, I have combined between the language and tafsir (exegesis) and clarified the efforts exerted by al-Samin in serving the interpretation of the Quran. Moreover, I have introduced his great contribution to linguistic research and compiled the conclusions he has reached in both his books (al-Durr) and (al-’Umda) on antonyms. I have organized his ideas, studied his tangible effects in his exegesis of the holy Quran in addition to methodologically establishing the role of the language being one of the tools in the past and contemporary exegesis of the holy  Quran and clarified its multiple indications and various manners. I was also keen in highlighting the importance of the indication of antonyms and the extent of its impact on interpreting the noble Quran. Moreover, I have studied the points of contention among the scholars and exegists on the meaning of the Quranic statement and clarified the importance of the Quranic context in determining the exact meaning of the vocabularies and structures. Furthermore, I have highlighted the close connection between the developed indication of words and the intended meaning in the Quranic verse.

This paper investigates the accuracy of the translation of the Arabic copula kaana (be-past-he) in the holy Quran. The first one hundred usages of kaana are selected for investigation. The examples are exclusively derived from Surat al-baqarah (1) and surat ali?umran (2). The translation under discussion is taken from ‘Holy Quran, CD, 6th ed. Saxir for Computer Programs’ The translation has been checked via back translation, which was compared with the original temporal and aspectual meaning expressed by the usage of kaana. It turns out that the translation of kaana caused confusion rather than understanding. It also seems that most of the inadequacies result from insufficient understanding of the mechanism of tense and aspect in both the Arabic and English languages. Moreover, in most cases, the modal usage of kaana which plays a significant role, is ignored by the translator(s). In addition to back translation carried out by some scholars, the translation has also been checked via ‘Machine Translation’ which shows a real abuse of the original text.

The language of the holy Quran is a cohesive system where all verbal and semantics components are linked to service his regulatory contract which is (Al-Tawhid). The purpose that the quranic text being to coherently and harmoniously is to determine the meaning of (LA ILLAHA ILA ELLAH). And if we come to his style we fnd it combine between which is informative and aesthetic with a confutable goal; it means that it’s with argumentative dimensions, and exiting the measurement of language in it serve semantics purposes, this made him a pragmatic discourse applicable in every time and place. Hence the following problematic arose: How the system style is structured in the one of language? And if we can speak about other functions of style non-aesthetic one? And how the role of the style is explicit in supporting the argumentative intention? I adopted the descriptive approach to answer these questions, with the help of analysis to achieve the goal of this research which is: to indicate that what consist the quranic discourse of miraculous methods isn’t for just an aesthetic purpose, but for the argumentative one. Key words: The style, The argumentation, The argumentative function, The deviation

Islam is complete code of life. Its basic sources Quran O Sunnah provide a lot of material about life of man. It is said that Islam has been completed about 14 hundred years ago. How is Islam compatible with society whereas society is variable (changeable) with time? The answer is that solution of every problem is present in the Holy Quran and Sunnah. There are two ways of solving the problem. Firstly, primary sources (laws) creeds, worships and actions. Secondly, secondary sources, Qias, Ijtihad, Istis-habe-hal, msaleh mursla, custom, Habits and their rules and limitations.

There is no doubt that what Allah has specified for women in their share in inheritance according to the closeness to their deceased, that is the best and right treatment with women which has no parallel in any other system no matter inheritance is less or much in quantity. In Islam women get their share of inheritance as mentioned in the Holy Quran and Sunnah whether she is the mother, the wife, the daughter, the real sisters from mother, the sisters from father, and the daughters of the son and the grandmother. But as the enemies of Islam attacked on the rights of women in Islam and raised suspicions about in general, such as polygamy, women work, their testimony, and ransom, as well as they raised suspicions about the inheritance of women, and claimed that women are oppressed in Islam. Because the male gets double of female, as the French orientalist Gaston Vibet expressed this when he claimed that it is clearly unfair to take half of the men in inheritance He said. "The role of women in Islamic society is very small, and the small number of women has been recognized in all aspects of life. Even in the matter of inheritance, she gets only half the share of men." And if we look at the reason for the revelation of the verse: "And do not wish for what Allah has preferred to some of you, men have a share of what they have acquired, and women have a share of what they have acquired, and ask Allah of His bounty”. Where Umm e Salamah, said O Messenger of Allah men go for jihad and women do not and for us half of the inheritance.” We find that the suspicion of the orientalists in the inheritance of women has its roots since the beginning of revelation, at first sight may appear that Islam is unfair to the girl, making her half the portion of her brother from the legacy of the father, but this is contrary to reality. Actually Islam has assigned the man such tasks and responsibilities which has not assigned to women. I have also elaborated that the Orientalists' suspicions about the inheritance of women are not based on logic or reasoning.
