Resum: El present article té per objectiu explorar la poesia dels anys seixanta de Carmelina Sánchez-Cutillas en contrast amb la de Vicent Andrés Estellés des de l’òptica d’estudi de la «poètica de la resistència» proposada pels autors Cornelia Gräbner i David Wood (2010). D’una banda, analitzarem l’obra dels dos poetes en tant que autors que formen part de la resistència cultural durant els anys de la dictadura per formar part d’una literatura minoritzada. I, d’altra banda, estudiarem com aquesta situació imprenga el contingut dels textos i articula una «poètica de la resistència» en què les veus literàries mostren a través dels versos la seua dissensió ideològica amb l’entorn dictatorial, especialment pel que fa a la reflexió de la consciència social, de gènere i nacional.Paraules clau: poètica de la resistència, poesia, franquisme, política, realisme Abstract: This paper aims to explore the poetry of the 60s of Carmelina Sánchez-Cutillas in contrast with the poetry of Vicent Andrés Estellés as an example of «poetics of the resistance» proposed by the authors Cornelia Gräbner and David Wood (2010). On the one hand, we will analyze the work of the two poets like authors that form part of the cultural resistance during the years of the dictatorship because they are part of minoritised literature. On the other hand, we will study how this situation permeates the content of the texts and articulates a «poetics of resistance». The poetic voices of these authors show through the verses his ideological dissent with the dictatorial frame, especially regarding the reflection of social conscience, gender conscience and national conscience.Keywords: poetics of resistance, poetry, francoism, politics, literary realism

This article follows an earlier assessment of Bentham’s views on guardianship 1 that touched on but did not explore connections or departures between guardian-ward and parent-offspring relations, about which Bentham was not as precise as he might have been. Further, he added complexity to the issue by describing parents as occupying dual roles: guardians and ‘masters’ (employers) of their own offspring. These relations are now considered, on the one hand, in the wider context of ‘special relations’ and ‘duties’ and, on the other hand, alongside some appreciation of Bentham’s personal perspectives. However, the main object of the present article is to assess similarities and differences between parents and guardians in legal, status and functional terms. It uses the profile of guardian-ward relations provided by the previous article 2 as a benchmark. The article concludes by affirming that ‘being a parent’ and ‘being a guardian’ have quite different meanings.

The present article has two objectives. One is to elucidate the philosophical approach presented in the so-called Strahov Systematic Manuscripts of Jan Patočka in terms of consciousness and nature. The other is to compare this philosophical approach with Maurice Merleau-Ponty’s theses on nature, as elaborated in 1956–1961, and to point out some advantages and limitations of both approaches. In our opinion, Patočka’s philosophical approach consists, on the one hand, in a descriptive analysis of human experience, which he understands as a pre-reflective self-relationship pointing towards the consciousness of the world. On the other hand, on the basis of this descriptive analysis Patočka consequently explicates all non-human life, inorganic matter, and finally the whole of nature as life in its own right, the essence of which is also a certain self-relation with a tendency towards consciousness. The article then briefly presents Merleau-Ponty’s theses on nature, and finally compares them with Patočka’s overall theses on nature. The advantage of Patočka’s notion of nature as against Merleau-Ponty’s is that, in Patočka’s view, nature encompasses both the principle of unity and individuality. On the other hand, the advantage of Merleau-Ponty’s understanding of nature as against Patočka’s lies in the consistent interconnectedness of the infinite life of nature and the finite life of individual beings.

Contemporary researchers of local communities and human societies face a new and difficult task today. It is, on the one hand, related to the great interest in this topic and the difficulty of creating a new concept that would fully exhaust the scope of phenomena observed presently in local communities and human societies. On the other hand, the character of changes that have gained momentum in the first decade of the 21st century, and the description of their sources, become particularly difficult to describe and name. The present article is an attempt at an indication of the need of an evolution of perception on societal reality and the emerging new social issues. Contemporary paedagogy attempts to write about the necessity of awareness/ education related to the needs of establishment of local communities and the creation of bonds as a response to processes related to social life in times of globalisation. It is a fact that we are presently dealing with a change in the forms and character of local communities.

This article examines translating and translations primarily from a sem(e)iotic viewpoint. The focus is, on the one hand, on a semiotic re-reading of certain translationtheoretical suggestions (such as the idea of translation being an inherently semiotic category), and on the other hand, on a translation-theoretical re-reading of certain semiotic suggestions (such as what signs can be used for representing). Other proposals that receive a revisiting discussion include, for instance, Roman Jakobson’s translation typology and Umberto Eco’s notion of semiotics as a theory of the lie. The approach adopted in the present article advocates a serious re-reading and attitude, but even more, a literal reading and sometimes, a less serious attitude as well.

Abstract For quite a long time it has been part of the opinio communis within Hebrew Bible scholarship that compassion and empathy with persona miserae is in its very meaning invented by Ancient Israel. This view has been challenged by a comparative study of Frank C. Fensham. The present article shows on the one hand that care for the poor, widows and orphans is in fact not innovative. On the other hand, a closer analysis is able to show that the biblical and Jewish care for the strangers, slaves and animals is indeed unique.

La idea de que la fenomenología de Husserl representa una suerte de filosofía reflexiva, basada en una metodología que desarrolla la tradición cartesiana, se ha convertido en una creencia ampliamente difundida en la literatura filosófica. Este énfasis puesto por Husserl en la reflexión fue arduamente criticado por Heidegger. Desde entonces resulta frecuente encontrarse con la afirmación de que Husserl y Heidegger desarrollan dos conceptos de fe-nomenología diferentes, incluso antagónicos. No se trata de seguir alimentando esta discusión historiográfica. Aquí, por una parte, se muestra el núcleo de la temprana crítica heideggeriana en el transcurso de sus primeras lecciones de Friburgo (1919-1923) y Marburgo (1924-1928) y, por otra, se sopesan algunas de las observaciones críticas de Heidegger a Husserl a la luz de evidencias textuales de la fenomenología husserliana, ignoradas no sólo por Heidegger, sino también por un sorprendente número de reconocidos especialistas en el campo de la filosofía, de las ciencias cognitivas y de la filosofía de la mente.The idea that Husserl’s phenomenology is a kind of reflective philosophy inspired by the Cartesian tradition has become a common-place in the philosophical literature. Heidegger was one of the first thinkers who criticized the Husserlian emphasis on reflection. Since then it is easy to find the affirmation that Husserl and Heidegger developed two different, even antagonistic concepts of phenomenology. Here is not the place to continue embracing this discussion. One the one hand, the present article shows Heidegger’s early criticism developed in the course of his first lectures in Freiburg (1919-1923) and Marburg (1924-1928). On the other hand, it weighs up some of Heidegger’s critical remarks regarding the reflective nature of Husserlian phenomenology in the light of important textual evidences ignored not only by Heidegger, but also by a surprising number of specialists in the fields of philosophy, cognitive sciences, and philosophy of mind.

Results of the research conducted from 2011 to 2013 in the organizations of various branches of economy of Kaliningrad and the Kaliningrad region are presented in the present article. Authors set a task on the basis of empirical data to reveal the impact which had by the head on organizational behavior of employees to define factors of increase of competitiveness of the modern Russian head. Relevance of statement of a problem of research in this context is caused, on the one hand, by insufficient attention of theoretical researches to the considered problem, on the other hand, requirements of practice.

It is well-known that the depression is a disorder which is with the crossroads of biological and the psychic one, of social of cultural and the spiritual one. It Would not be not convenient, even advantageous, that the therapeutist takes the risk to explore of advantage the quotient of religiosity of his patient, with the detriment or not of his own convictions, in order to better help it in his spiritual storm; in other world. Can the spiritual accompaniment" it form part of the therapeutic contract? It is on its same interrogations, that will try to focus our reflexion, today. This naturally leads us to wonder the following questions: That of the bond which can exist between faith and psychic imbalance on the one hand. As of the interest which can draw looking after it, by integrating the spiritual life of its depressed patient, in his psychotherapy intention, on the other hand.

Purposes: The present article aims to examine and analyze the nature of lexical combinability in the English language, namely collocates expressing elements of appraisal found in authentic online news articles. Methodology: The article is based on the analysis of dozens of online news articles as they contain a plethora of adjective + noun collocates denoting elements of the appraisal. Results: The phenomenon under study is attracting considerable interest due to its relevance in modern linguistics and practical day-to-day use. Despite this interest, many hypotheses regarding lexical combinability appear to be disputable and, in a way, ill-defined which makes further research well-founded. Implications/Applications: As a matter of fact, combinatory linguistics has always paid special attention to adjectives expressing elements of appraisal as appraisal itself belongs to, on the one hand, much-discussed, but on the other hand, quite an intricate subject matter. The appraisal is indeed bound to be a multi-purpose linguistic category that has been scrutinized by numerous scholars in the field of philosophy, axiology, aesthetics, etc. Novelty/Originality: It should be noted, that there are various viewpoints regarding the structure and means of representing attitudinal meaning and their tendency to combine with certain words the novelty of current work is paying to adjectives and nouns.

This article considers how the new finds have affected one's view of Empedocles, and suggests how interpretation of that material might help solve (or dissolve) some longstanding problems about the structure and content of Empedocles' writings. A basic account of the teachings of Empedocles would distinguish between two main components. On the one hand, there is a “Presocratic” physics, including a theory of principles, a cosmology, and a biology. On the other hand, there is a mythical law, clearly inspired by Orphic or Pythagorean legends, which imposes on guilty gods (called daimones) a punishment consisting in their transmigration through a series of mortal beings. The purpose of this article is to show that Empedocles has the habit of referring to divine entities of his physical system both in a physical and in a mythological way and that his uses of the word daimon form part of this twofold language.
