Introduction: While several literature reports have been published about patients with microdeletions within chromosome 7p, only a small fraction of those reports is specific to deletions that encompass the TWIST gene and HOXA gene cluster.  The large-span deletions within this cluster result in haploinsufficiency of six genes known to have a role in different autosomal dominant genetic disorders: TWIST1, GSDME (DFNA5), CYCS, HOXA11, HOXA13, and GARS.  Deletion of TWIST1 gene on 7p21 and deletion of HOXA cluster on 7pl5.2 lead to Saethre-Chotzen syndrome and to hand-foot-genital syndrome, respectively. Objectives: Our patient presented with a phenotype combining Saethre-Chotzen syndrome (SCS) and hand-foot-genital syndrome (HFS), which is similar to previously reported cases with a deletion spanning 7p21– p14.3. The objective of our report is to correlate the clinical observations with the patient’s genetic test result, namely 46,XY,del(7)(p14p21). Patient and Methods: We describe a patient who had manifestations of SCS and HFU, caused by an interstitial deletion of chromosome 7p21–p14 detected by RHG band. Results and Conclusion: We therefore confirm previous reports that microdeletions of 7p spanning the TWIST gene and HOXA gene cluster lead to a clinically recognizable ‘haploinsufficiency syndrome’.  All of the features of this patient could be accounted for by combined effect of the deletion of the TWIST and HOXA cluster.

The aim of this research is to test the effect of customer relationship management (data and information, human resources, process, and technology) towards muzakki loyalty case study Yatim Mandiri Surabaya. this research was conducted with an associative quantitative approach. Number of samples that used in this research is 100 peoples who is active muzakki ini Yatim mandiri Surbaya and use purposive sampling technique. This research use a questionnare that calculates with Likert scale and analyzed with SPSS 23 version. The result of this research indicated that customer relationship management varible has significant effect and positive of muzakki loyalty. Based on the partial test result indicated that customer relationship management has partial effect of muzakki loyalty, and based on the coefficient of determination test result, indicated that customer relationship management variable has a big impact as 33,7% of muzakki loyalty.

The purpose of the study is to solve the problems existing in entrepreneurship education and management under computer technology. The teaching content of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is proposed. Since entrepreneurship education is practical, the auxiliary mechanism of entrepreneurship education also needs to be highly integrated with entrepreneurship practice. First, the network entrepreneurship teaching and management system is constructed, and students’ entrepreneurial creativity, communication ability, leadership ability, and qualities are taken as the research object. Second, the traditional teaching method, case study method, and scene simulation method are used to analyze and discuss the influence of the entrepreneurial teaching mode, entrepreneurial experience, and entrepreneurial ability on students’ entrepreneurial psychology. Finally, the questionnaire survey is used to conduct the relative sample t-test (Student’s t-test), and the influence of three teaching methods on students’ learning effects is analyzed. The influence of the three teaching methods on students’ entrepreneurial psychological states is further analyzed by the statistical method. The experimental results show that the test result of the scene simulation method and the traditional teaching method is 0.584, the test result of the scene simulation method and the case study method is 0.842, and the test result of the case study method and the traditional teaching method is 0.595. This shows that the scene simulation method has a significant impact on students’ entrepreneurial psychology and their entrepreneurial ability. In addition, students’ cognition of professional status significantly affects their entrepreneurial psychology and attitudes, and the correlation coefficient is 0.576. Therefore, it is suggested that colleges and universities should adopt the scene simulation method to improve the teaching quality of entrepreneurship education and strengthen students’ cognition of professional status and their entrepreneurial practice.

This is the case of a young farm worker presenting with episodes of acute organic psychosis superimposed on a state of chronic anergy and hypersomnia. It is suggested that he developed an encephalopathic illness presenting with an organic bipolar affective disorder as a result of organophosphate exposure. In proposing this aetiology, an hypothesis is developed which links clinical observations and investigative results with research findings in relation to organophosphorus compounds and neuropharmacology.

Kniest dysplasia is a rare autosomal dominant chondrodysplasia that is characterized by distinct musculoskeletal and craniofacial irregularities. These craniofacial abnormalities include cleft palate, midface anomalies, tracheomalacia, and hearing loss. This article illustrates a case of Kniest dysplasia that presented for orthodontic treatment. The purpose of this literature review is to describe clinical manifestations, radiographic features, histopathological features, genetic mutation, and management of Kniest dysplasia.
