Background: The importance of the problem of drinking alcohol and further, negative consequences in the prenatal period and before planning the pregnancy is not understood sufficiently by the women as well as by the doctors. The goal of our research was to determine Russian specialists’ current awareness p regarding the problem of teratogenic effects of alcohol on the fetus and to illustrate the importance of introducing this knowledge into their educational process to the specialist. Materials and Methods: To achieve this goal, an anonymous survey was conducted with 146 obstetrician-gynecologists (OG), 70 neonatologists (N), 56 pediatric psychiatrists (PP), 53 pediatricians (P), 46 pediatric neurologists (based at medical and prophylactic institutions in Eastern Siberia Irkutsk in Russia. The questionnaire consisted of 28 questions (htt://netfas.net/pro/). Results: The result of the study showed that most doctors were not sufficiently informed about the teratogenic effects of alcohol on the developing fetus, and in particular, its relation to FAS / FASD. It was established that neurologists were more aware in these matters with significant p <0.05 However, obstetrician-gynecologists, who are the primary preventive link to prevent alcohol consumption in the prenatal period and in the period of planning pregnancy showed lesser knowledge than the neurologists in this regard . Conclusions: Thus, this study concluded that it is necessary to the specialist and other researchers to pay attention in different medical and social spheres that the problem has really become quite urgent for the future generations also, these topics related to the problem of the effects of alcohol on the fetus should be introduced In the physicians ‘education curriculum. Physicians should pay special attention to pregnant women who were taking alcohol even in small doses, as there is no safe amount of alcohol during pregnancy.

This article introduces the notion of ancestral leadership that emerges from intergenerational wisdom at the intersection of people, place and ancestral knowledge. Place is a key component of collective continuity in ancestral leadership that reinforces identity, belonging and intergenerational reciprocity. The findings show that places carry leadership legacies and require ongoing maintenance to ensure genealogies of leadership are available to future generations. Engagement with ancestral leadership and its practical application is not bound to tribal and cultural contexts. By knowing the place of someone’s ancestors as a lens into their leadership, one sees structures of accountability that extends beyond culturally bound contexts, and includes their leadership expressed in professional environments. The authors contribute to leadership theory by illuminating how ancestral legacies of leadership continue to inform contemporary generations of leadership and is transmitted intergenerationally within frameworks of genealogy.

Introduction. The amount of information offered for study in modern educational institutions is rapidly increasing. Overcoming the inconsistency of the obligation to master the increasing flow of educational information and achieving the necessary "level" of training in fulfilling the traditional requirement of pedagogy – withstanding an acceptable amount of visibility leads to the mass introduction of multimedia tools. The folding so-called clip thinking shades the problems of filling thesaurus learning information virtually uncontrollable content and quality.Materials and Methods. Theoretical and empirical methods of research were used in the course of the work: analysis, synthesis, generalization, comparison, comparison, scientific theorization.Results. Clip-thinking interferes with a clear understanding of the context, and therefore the clip leaves no trace in semantically related phenomena. The trend of radical change in the roles of teachers and students reveals the main reasons and conditions for the transition to visualized presentation of educational information. In addition to the apparent negative consequences of the current pedagogical situation, some advantages of the protective reactions developed by modern learners to the most powerful stream of educational information are revealed. Studies have confirmed the risks of over-visibility in the learning process. Objective differences in the purpose and effectiveness of the types of visibility considered are highlighted. The main points of the formation of visual images are reflected, the obligatory maintenance of the conditions of problems in the educational process is emphasized.Discussion and Conclusions. The studies that have been carried out present an argument for the recommendations for the proposed frame-graphic approach in the organization of the educational process. The orientation of the educational process for each allocated group is justified, which requires a rather different nature of the script. One solution is to use educational information visualization tools to ensure the sustainability of the creative thinking vector.

With the development of mobile technology emerge fundamental changes in all spheres of human endeavor. In education, new methods of remote studying are being developed, with a particular emphasis on "m-learning" (learning with the help of mobile devices). Taking into consideration that mobile devices are one of the fastest-developing forms of technology, the importance of their assistance in the process of teaching and studying has been recognized. The goal of this paper is to introduce the concept of Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) in the context of industry and education as an example of disruptive technology. This concept implies that students bring their own mobile devices to the classroom and use them when learning. Using a descriptive research method and analysis of the relevant bibliography, the authors of the paper distinguish the implications for the change of university practices on the basis of critical analysis of positive and negative consequences of their use, redefined positions of the teachers and the students in the educational process, as well as the modified educational design.

In order to promote the practical application of psycholinguistic data in educational fields and expecting that this transfer would enhance the development of both the pedagogical field and the investigation in experimental psycholinguistics, we present two experiments to analyse the production of semantic relations in discourse, especially the causality/countercausality dimension. We found that the pattern of causal advantage is cross-wise and consistent in subjects with different levels of formal education, so it could be a suitable scaffold to develop other aspects of discourse comprehension and production. We compare our results with previous findings about discourse comprehension and interpret the data in the framework of educational processes. To use of empirical evidence about language processing on educational fields allows not only to review specific issues such as the characteristics of teaching materials, but also to improve educational process in a comprehensive way, making possible to adapt different approaches to populations with different characteristics.

The aim of our work was to highlight the importance of an interdisciplinary approach in the study of pediatric surgical dentistry. The introduction of the Standard of Higher Education in Specialty 221 “Dentistry” Field of Knowledge 22 “Health Care” for the second (master’s) level of higher education has allowed us to revise and improve a number of provisions regarding the study of pediatric surgical dentistry. First of all, the updated educational-professional program 221- “Dentistry” outlines the list of competencies and learning outcomes in the discipline “Pediatric Surgical Dentistry” and clearly defines the prerequisites on which the study of pediatric surgical dentistry is based. In the study of pediatric surgical dentistry, namely issues related to inflammatory processes of the maxillofacial area, attention should be paid to the etiology and pathogenesis of acute and chronic inflammatory odontogenic processes directly in the age aspect. At the same time, it is important to emphasize the need for preventive dental measures, timely therapeutic intervention, especially during the eruption of permanent teeth and urgent radical treatment to prevent complications. In addition, an important component in the study of this topic are issues related to the age of the formation of organs and systems of the child, the tendency to hyperergic reactions and generalization of the inflammatory process, the factor of minimal anti-inflammatory potential. The presented methodological approach in terms of practical application of interdisciplinary links in the study of pediatric surgical dentistry, according to our observations allowed to increase the level of knowledge within the professional competence of students with a score of “5” from 20% in IV year to 68% V year. Thus, the list of components of the educational process analyzed in this paper creates a promising direction for further improvement of teaching methods at the Department of Pediatric Surgical Dentistry.

The study actualized the complex and large-scale problem of adapting the theory of risk man-agement for the education system. A comprehensive analysis of domestic and international stud-ies revealed the lack of a theoretical framework, a general methodological vision of the problem of riskiness and risk-taking in the educational sphere. While effective management of education-al activities, ensuring the development of the competitiveness of the individual in the labor mar-ket and its potential for active participation in the life of society is possible on the basis of the modern paradigm of risk management, integrating achievements in pedagogical, economic, mathematical and computer sciences. A new methodology in the study is the fractal approach, which defines the idea of quantitative and qualitative analysis and assessment of the risk of non-formation of professional competencies, complex educational and cognitive constructs of subject activity. The fractal model of assessing the formation of knowledge and competencies, its risk landscape, taking into account the subject and cognitive divergence, will ensure the effective-ness of the structure of knowledge storage in the educational process, minimizing the time for building space and engineering knowledge bases, and the depth of solving the problem of pre-dicting educational risks. New methods of risk modeling based on machine learning algorithms and factor analysis, methods for constructing neural integrators, quantitative methods with and without taking into account the probability distribution will ensure the accuracy and speed of risk assessment and prediction, will allow one to identify new patterns of risk activity and further ways to develop the theory of risk. The presented effective strategies and innovative tools will solve the problem of minimizing unplanned chaos, the cascade of negative consequences of risky situations, including the COVID-19 epidemic.

Safety of mining operations is the basis for the efficient functioning of the mines. During mining operations, due to changing conditions in the mine workings, the natural draft began to appear more frequent. Moreover, its influence can be limited to a separate section without affecting the entire ventilation network. In this paper, the new concept is introduced and explained — local natural ventilation. The classification signs and the negative consequences of its manifestation are presented. Main difference between the local natural ventilation as a subspecies of natural ventilation as a whole lies in the limited action both in the spaces of mine workings or individual sections, and in time. Particularly its occurrence depends on the season or the technological processes performed. In this case, the local natural ventilation is not an emergency and is not subject to registration as an incident or accident. However, its manifestations can lead to both incidents and accidents. Taking this factor into account will allow to increase the level of aerological safety at the mining enterprises. A method of three-dimensional computer modeling is proposed for predicting the manifestation of local natural ventilation and making decisions to prevent it. An example of the use of this approach at the Norilsk mine during the construction of shafts with verification of field measurements is given. It confirms the possibility of practical application of the proposed calculation method. The algorithm for registering the local natural ventilation considered in the article makes it possible to develop activities for improving the level of industrial safety at the mining enterprises as a whole.
