Software preservation has not had detailed consideration as a research topic or in practical application. In this paper, we present a conceptual framework to capture and organise the main notions of software preservation, which are required for a coherent and comprehensive approach.  This framework has three main aspects. Firstly a discussion of what it means to preserve software via a performance model which considers how a software artefact can be rebuilt from preserved components and can then be seen to be representative of the original software product. Secondly the development of a model of software artefacts, describing the basic components of all software, loosely based on the FRBR model for representing digital artefacts and their history within a library context. Finally, the definition and categorisation of the properties of software artefacts which are required to ensure that the software product has been adequately preserved. These are broken down into a number of categories and related to the concepts defined in the OAIS standard. We also discuss our experience of recording these preservation properties for a number of BADC software products, which arose from a series of case studies conducted to evaluate the software preservation framework, and also briefly describe the SPEQS toolkit, a tool to capture software preservation properties within a software development.

We analyzed the prevalence of alimentary-dependent diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, endocrine organs, blood and hematopoietic organs and certain disorders involving the immune mechanism, in particular anemia, obesity in schoolchildren aged 7–17 years. An increase in the number of these diseases was found in schoolchildren, associated with malnutrition and nutritional status disorders over a 6-year period. There has been a significant increase in obesity, the prevalence of which has increased over the past six years, among children 5 times. Among schoolchildren living in the city, diseases of the digestive organs associated with malnutrition account for 27.2 % of all alimentary-dependent diseases. We found that disease prevalence rates caused by the alimentary factor are influenced by the school environment factors. Formation of eating disorders in high school associated with the intensity of the educational process and training of senior schoolchildren during the school year only from the second shift create prerequisites for eating disorders and is a factor leading to an increase in the number of children with inadequate nutritional status.

Our reasons for choosing and developing the scope of this Program is our understanding of the need for children to acquire a set of knowledge, skills and attitudes to the world around us and specifically to the city in which we live through modern pedagogical strategies, techniques, approaches and methods in the conditions of application of an interdisciplinary complex, implemented in all age groups, integrated in additional forms of pedagogical interaction, as an independent educational field in an author’s program system, and is aimed at acquiring social, civic and intercultural competencies and competencies related to health and maintaining a sustainable environment. We pay special attention to work with children with SEN and children from vulnerable groups. Determining the expected results will be the framework requirements for the results of civic education for preschool education according to the texts of Ordinance № 13 of 21.09.2016 on civil, health, environmental and intercultural education, with at least two areas of competence in each additional form.
