Fibromyalgia is a debilitating condition that is frequently misdiagnosed. It affects 2% of the population, with middle-aged women having the highest frequency. Fibromyalgia affects more women than men, and It becomes worse as you get older. Because medical treatment for fibromyalgia is typically only partial, health professionals must provide patients with ongoing assistance in order for them to become effective, active self-managers. There is no one-size-fits-all drug for fibromyalgia, but you do have a lot of options for treating your symptoms. However, Antidepressants in general such as “duloxetine” and Gabapentinoids drugs such as “pregabline” are the most used drugs. There is some evidence that NSAIDs may have a synergistic effect when combined with centrally active agents such as tricyclic antidepressants and anticonvulsants. Among non-pharmacological therapy, exercise and psychoeducational techniques have the most evidence of efficacy, but they must be personalized to the individual. In this review we will be looking at diagnosis and treatment of fibromyalgia.

Endometriosis is a common disease, the diagnosis and treatment of which is still a matter of debate. One of the main symptoms of endometriosis -pelvic pain is a particular problem due to the difficulties in identifying the cause and the lack of sufficient effect from surgical and medical treatment. The literature review presents current data on the prevalence, clinical characteristics and methods of individualized therapy in patients with pelvic pain established or presumably associated with endometriosis.

SEVERE ACUTE RESPIRATORY SYNDROME AND COVID-19 (SARS-COV-2): A NARRATIVE REVIEWObjective: To analyze a scientific production on the current pandemic of new coronaviruses, highlighting aspects related to virus resources, as well as the epidemiology, diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 in order to provide information to health professionals and the scientific community. Method: Narrative review, searching the Scielo, Medline, Lilacs and Pubmed databases, for the period from February to May 2020, using the keywords: "coronavirus infections" or "coronavirus infections", "COVID-19", "Betacoronavirus", "Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome", "SARS-Cov-2", "diagnosis", "diagnosis". Results: Three thematic categories were highlighted: aspects related to the virus; an epidemiology and disease clinic; and aspects of diagnosis and treatment. Conclusion: The Coronavirus has mutated since the beginning of the pandemic, but it is not known whether these mutations have affected its infectiousness. In different parts of the world the epidemiology of COVID-19 was different. Regarding treatment, a drug that has been shown to be more promising until recovery is needed. Without an effective vaccine, the biggest weapon that affects social isolation.Descriptors: Coronavirus Infections; COVID-19; Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome. ABSTRACT Aim The aim of this study was to evaluate the maturity levels of the individual by comparing the correlation between dental, skeletal and the chronological ages. Materials and methods Intraoral periapical radiographs of the complete right side of the dentition and posteroanterior radiographs of the hand and wrist were obtained from 260 subjects, ranged from 3 to 15 years of age. Evaluation of handwrist roentgenograms for skeletal age and intraoral roentgenograms for dental age was done. Results The findings of present study indicated that participated children were skeletally and dentally, retarded in maturation as compared with the standards except at 3 and 6 years of age. The girls were found to be skeletally more advanced than boys at all ages except 7 and 10 years of age. The dental maturity is more for girls than that of boys. Conclusion No significant correlation was found among skeletal age, dental age and chronological age. Dental age and skeletal age was found to be correlated at 6, 10 and 11 years in boys and 6 and 9 years of age in girls. Clinical significance The results of this study could enhance the diagnosis and treatment planning in orthodontics and other dental disciplines. Grace, in the Christian understanding, is the unconditional love, the free, and undeserved favor of God. Grace, in this context, is not of man, but of the Divine through which the knowledge of truth is gained— truth that surpasses man’s natural knowledge and experience; by which the soul is likened to the Divine. In this paper, an attempt is made to decipher (through phenomenological inquiry) the experience of grace in the life of a middle-aged individual and how it provide resilience in the functioning of ones’ everyday life. The paper also discusses the possibility of the essential nature of the experience of Gods’ grace as it look into the subjective experience of the individual.

The article uses the organization of health houses in Denmark as a case to study the relationship between spatial surroundings and professionalization. The question is whether these new local health houses comprise an alternative to the medical view on health or ––even in the absence of the hospital–– script the professionals to identify themselves as agents from the medical field? In this article, macro-structural theory is combined with micro-relational theory in order to identify how macro structures such as professionalization nest the way social interaction takes place in concrete spatial situations and surroundings. The argument put forward is that we need to identity this process at the level of the individual in order to qualify and anchor our understanding of professionalization as a macro phenomenon. The empirical basis is two dissimilar locations (health houses), selected from a larger qualitative data set of interviews with health professionals and citizens and observations of health houses, originally selected from a nationwide survey. The presented analysis zooms in on selected places and situations and relates analyses to the overall picture of differences and similarities identified in the larger sample. The analysis shows how entrances, receptions, information screens and coffee tables not only design houses, but also script styles of interaction between health professionals and citizens as well as they work as signs creating expectations about professional roles and how to reflect and act as a professional in a given physical and social setting. The main finding is that spatial surroundings facilitate processes of identification and counter-identification crucial to a new kind of health professionals such as the ones under study here.

As the Congress explored the nature of burnout among doctors and health professionals in differing settings and in different nations it is clear that burnout is a global phenomenon. An organizational paradigm changes to a person- and people-centered system that incorporates complexity, is adaptive and integrative is essential. Such a change will enable continuing medical education be effective and the current unaffordable and unnecessary waste of human resources that the Congress identified reduced. The Congress reviewed a range of features precipitating burnout including a dysfunctional work–life balance and a variety of relatively simple individually protective factors. It is because of this variety that person- and people-centered initiatives rather than narrowly based top-down management solutions will prove effective Individual-level actions can be taken to reduce stress and poor health symptoms through effective coping and promoting healthy behavior. But there needs to be a much better alignment between the health system and the individual physician so that there are shared professional values within a clear medical ethical framework [23] that encourages professional development and adaptation to the health service environment and health system.
